1 (2 pound) flat iron steak

Cooking Instructions

Combine brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, ancho chile powder, chipotle powder, salt-free seasoning blend, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat both sides of the steak with the mixture, then rub it into the meat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 days.

Before cooking, drizzle vegetable oil on the steak and rub it into the surface. Cook according to your preference.
