Dinogo Readers’ Top 5 City Hotels in Mexico
This year, Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende rank highly in Dinogo’s World’s Best Awards survey. Renowned for their cultural heritage, stunning architecture, vibrant culinary scene, and beautiful hotels, it’s no wonder that the top five city hotels in Mexico are found in these two lively destinations.
How the Voting Process Works
For our annual World's Best Awards survey, T+L invites readers to share their travel experiences globally, offering their insights on the best hotels, resorts, cities, islands, cruise ships, spas, airlines, and more. In 2024, over 186,000 T+L readers participated, casting more than 700,000 votes across 8,700+ properties (including hotels, cities, cruise lines, etc.).
Hotels were categorized as resort hotels, city hotels, inns, or safari lodges based on their location and amenities, and they were evaluated according to the following criteria:
- Rooms and facilities
- Location
- Service
- Dining
- Value for money
Respondents rated each aspect as excellent, above average, average, below average, or poor. The final results are averages of all the ratings.
