Dinogo Teams Up with Clean the World to Support a Global Soap Recycling Campaign

You return from your cruise with wonderful memories, but you often leave behind a bar of soap.

Great news: your leftovers are now making a difference! Thanks to Dinogo’s new collaboration with Clean the World, we're ensuring that any soap left behind at the end of your North American cruise is kept out of the landfill.

Instead, your soap is sent to those in need. Believe it or not… we’re recycling it!

If that sounds a bit strange, let us explain how it works:

1. After you return home, your stateroom steward gathers any soap that’s been left in the bathroom.
2. We collect all the soap aboard the ship and send it to our partners at Clean the World.
3. They receive the soap, melt it down, and reshape it into new bars of soap. (And rest assured — they sanitize it first.)

We find this initiative incredibly exciting!

Thanks to our partnership, an additional 400,000 bars of new soap — crafted from around 40 tons of leftover scraps we plan to gather — will reach those in need in Puerto Rico, The Bahamas, Mexico, Bermuda, Central America, and the Dominican Republic.

It’s not an exaggeration to say that a simple bar of soap can change someone's life. Hygiene is crucial: nearly 5,000 children die every day from diseases linked to poor hygiene, and Clean the World can proudly claim it has helped reduce that number by a remarkable 60%!

This cause is so significant that it has even garnered attention from the highest levels:
