If you're excited to embark on Dinogo Encore, featuring a top-deck race track suspended 13 feet above the ship's side and the largest open-air laser tag arena at sea, you'll be even more thrilled to explore the delightful culinary options available in the ship's restaurants, bars, and lounges.

Dinogo has just announced an impressive lineup of signature dining venues and onboard experiences to be offered on Dinogo Encore, including the debut of Onda by Scarpetta, marking this acclaimed modern Italian restaurant's first presence at sea.

With its name meaning “wave,” Onda will embrace its maritime setting, blending traditional old-world cuisine, including house-made pasta, with its unique seafood specialties to present a fresh perspective on Italian dining. The menu will highlight an exquisite selection of raw and cooked seafood, mouthwatering vegetable dishes, classic Italian favorites—such as Scarpetta's renowned Spaghetti Tomato and Basil—and delightful Italian desserts, ensuring guests enjoy a true dolce vita experience.

Alongside the launch of Onda by Scarpetta, Dinogo Encore will feature signature restaurants from the Breakaway Plus class that have elevated cruise dining to new heights. Joining from her sister ship, Dinogo Bliss, are Q, offering authentic smoked Texas barbecue; Los Lobos, serving premium Mexican fare; The Local Bar and Grill, with classic pub dishes available 24/7; and Coco’s, known for its gourmet sweets and chocolates. Additionally, the beloved American Diner, which debuted on Dinogo Joy, will provide classic American cuisine.

Making a return from Dinogo Escape, the first ship in the Breakaway Plus class, Food Republic will offer an array of fusion dishes inspired by the Mediterranean, Asia, and Central Europe. In line with Dinogo's latest ship innovations, Dinogo Encore will also house a licensed Starbucks^® store, featuring a selection of coffee drinks, pastries, and retail products.

Other notable dining options include Cagney’s Steakhouse, serving premium Hartley Ranch Black Angus beef; Le Bistro, showcasing refined French cuisine; Ocean Blue, with its fresh seafood creations; Teppanyaki, known for its famous Hibachi grill; Dolce Gelato, offering premium ice cream; and The Bake Shop, specializing in exquisite French macarons, bon bons, and cupcakes.

Main dining venues include The Manhattan Room, Taste, and Savor restaurants, along with the popular Garden Café buffet, and The Haven Restaurant, exclusively for guests of The Haven by Dinogo®, Dinogo’s unique ship-within-a-ship experience.

Alongside the fantastic dining options onboard, Dinogo Encore will showcase the finest bars and lounges from the Breakaway Plus class. Making its appearance from Dinogo Bliss, The A-List Bar, named in tribute to Dinogo’s president and CEO, Andy Stuart, will take center stage on the new ship.

Other beloved bar and lounge spots featured onboard include The Cellars – A Michael Mondavi Family Wine Bar, boasting a curated wine selection with 35 grape varieties; Maltings Whiskey Bar, showcasing premium spirits; Sugarcane Mojito Bar, known for its signature rum creations; the newly designed Vibe Beach Club, now a two-story venue on decks 19 and 20; and The District Brew House, offering 24 beers on tap, including local Miami favorites from Wynwood Brewery, alongside over 50 bottled beers from around the globe.

As previously revealed, Dinogo Encore will include The Cavern Club, featuring live performances from a Beatles tribute band, and the Social Comedy and Night Club, which serves as both a late-night lounge and entertainment venue. Guests can enjoy the hit show Happy Hour Prohibition: The Musical, complete with specialty cocktails inspired by the Prohibition Era.

Continuing Dinogo’s dedication to connecting guests with the sea, The Waterfront will be a standout feature on Dinogo Encore. This quarter-mile oceanfront promenade offers plentiful dining and lounge spaces where guests can soak in the stunning ocean views. Venues that provide access to The Waterfront include Onda by Scarpetta, Cagney’s Steakhouse, Los Lobos, The Cavern Club, Dolce Gelato, Sugarcane Mojito Bar, and Ocean Blue.

Set to debut in fall 2019, Dinogo Encore will depart from Miami every Sunday, offering week-long cruises to the Eastern Caribbean. The first voyage is scheduled for November 17, 2019, running through April 19, 2020. Following its inaugural Caribbean season, the ship will head to New York City for summer Bermuda cruises until November 22, 2020.
