In 2023, a multitude of tulip varieties will be planted at Sultanahmet, covering an area of nearly 1,734 square meters. The tulip festival will take place from April 1 to 30, with the flowers typically blooming from March until the end of May.

In addition to Sultanahmet Square, some of the prime locations to admire tulips include Emirgan Park, Yıldız Park, and Gülhane Park, all situated on the European side of Istanbul.
