Reservations for the Chase Lounge at the US Open are now available, but a waitlist is already in effect.

If you're a Chase cardholder attending the U.S. Open Tennis Championships in New York this year, you can enjoy the excitement from the Chase Lounge and Terrace.

Here’s all the information you need to secure your reservation.

All Chase cardholders

Every Chase cardholder, regardless of the type of card, can access the Chase Lounge from August 19 to September 8 for both Fan Week and tournament matches. Please note that the lounge will be closed during session 18 and sessions 20 through 25.

TPG will be live-streaming a lounge review next week. Even without our coverage, you can look forward to complimentary snacks, nonalcoholic drinks, a cash bar, free hats, custom embroidery, a happy hour on the house, and a live ESPN broadcast — all in the comfort of air conditioning.

Online reservations are required for the tournament starting August 26, but cardholders can visit on a first-come, first-served basis during Fan Week from August 19-25. The lounge will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. every weekday, except Wednesday.

During the tournament, lounge reservations will be accepted from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

After making a reservation, cardholders will receive a confirmation onscreen and via email with a QR code needed for check-in at the Chase Lounge kiosk. Please note that cardholders must create a new account if their previous account was set up before August 2023.

As of August 21, the lounge is currently on a waitlist, but you can register to receive email notifications for any openings.

Besides the lounge, cardholders can once again enjoy the Chase Terrace this year on a first-come, first-served basis for outdoor tennis viewing, complimentary snacks, a cash bar, and more. The terrace, situated at the grandstand, offers views of courts 8 through 10. During Fan Week, it is open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and during the tournament, hours extend from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Moreover, there will be over 40,000 complimentary Chase-branded mobile charging units available throughout the venue.

Additionally, all cardholders have access to the South Plaza booths for Chase "ATMs," which provide cobranded giveaways, mobile chargers, Chase Pass information, and an immersive photo experience.

Cardholders of the Chase Sapphire Reserve

Those with the Chase Sapphire Reserve® can join Sapphire Clinics featuring Andy Roddick on August 26 and 27 for a rooftop tennis class at Pier 17. Reservations can be made through Chase Ultimate Rewards.

Reserve cardholders can secure a spot to watch Roddick record a live episode of the tennis podcast "Served" on August 21. There will also be a Q&A session with Roddick, followed by a cocktail party.

Reserve cardholders can schedule daily tennis sessions through the Ultimate Rewards portal.

Both Reserve and Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card holders are invited to the Seaport Sapphire Lounge for a complimentary cocktail and appetizer, along with tennis viewing and other themed experiences.
