GaySail
Based in the Netherlands, GaySail specializes in intimate gay charter trips aboard sailing yachts. Each yacht accommodates 10 to 16 guests, with up to three boats sailing together for a group of 10 to 30 men. Their GayNudeSail division offers similar cruises with a clothing-optional experience.
Destinations for group sailings include Greece, Croatia, Montenegro, the Seychelles, the Caribbean, and Tahiti. Private charters are also available worldwide. All cruises include a skipper and cook, as well as breakfast and lunch, with dinner paid for via a group fund, or "kitty," in port.
The cruises are exclusively for gay men, with about 30-40% couples and 60-70% singles. Guests are from around the world, with English as the official language. The typical age range is 30 to 50, but men of all ages are welcome as long as they are fit enough to sail. Sailing experience isn’t required—guests can learn from the crew or simply enjoy the journey.
The key difference between a GaySail cruise and a gay cruise on a large ship is the relaxed atmosphere on the former, with no wild parties, constant entertainment, or daily housekeeping services.

Out Adventures
This Canada-based company specializes in gay travel for smaller groups, offering a more luxurious and personal experience. Travelers can either join pre-planned land tours with up to 16 people or create a custom itinerary, with the agency tailoring the trip to suit individual preferences.
Out Adventures' cruises are capped at 40 guests, ensuring a more intimate experience where you won’t just blend in. It also provides a great opportunity for singles to meet others in a cozy, close-knit environment. The average guest is between 40 and 55 years old, making these trips ideal for those out of the "party phase."
Pied Piper Travel
With over 30 years in the business, Pied Piper Travel arranges gay and lesbian group sailings on several cruises annually. Their preferred cruise lines have included Azamara, Cunard Line, and Celebrity, offering exciting destinations like Alaska, the Holy Land, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, the Panama Canal, and Australia and New Zealand.
The majority of passengers are gay men of all ages, though lesbians, as well as non-gay or non-lesbian friends and family, are also welcome to join in the fun.
While you can't know exactly how many people will be in your group beforehand, previous trips have ranged from 15 to 900 guests. Once a minimum of 10 people is reached, Pied Piper will assign an onboard host to coordinate group activities, shore excursions, and more.

RSVP Vacations
Since 1985, RSVP Vacations has been offering gay and lesbian travel experiences, chartering entire ships for their cruises. These charters typically take place on some of the largest and newest ships, providing plenty of opportunities for fun on board.
For entertainment, RSVP organizes themed parties (costumes encouraged), screens the latest films, both gay and mainstream, and hosts performances by gay-positive singers, dancers, and comedians.
Saltyboys Sailing Cruises
Similar to GaySail, Saltyboys is a Netherlands-based company offering small-group, gay men-only cruises on sailing vessels. The key difference is that while GaySail offers non-nude options, all Saltyboys trips are either clothing-optional or nudist cruises.
The typical Saltyboys traveler ranges in age from 20 to 50, although guests outside this range are also welcome.
Each boat accommodates around 10 passengers, in addition to the crew, and may sail in a flotilla, allowing your group to join others while in port. All trips come with a skipper and crew. No sailing experience is required, but if you'd rather not get involved with tasks like anchoring, grocery shopping, or cooking, Saltyboys also offers luxury sailings, where a cook is included and takes care of everything for you.

However, most of their trips are to more unique locations such as the Black Sea, Dalmatian Coast, Tahiti, the Greek Isles, and Antarctica.
