You can now find Amtrak routes on Google Flights

Starting last week, users can search for Amtrak tickets on Google platforms, viewing real-time departure information, trip lengths, and fares similar to what’s available on Google Flights, the train company announced on September 26.

Within Google Flights, users can filter for train options that include details on duration, schedules, and prices. Just input your departure city, destination, and travel dates like you would for a flight search, as illustrated below.

Below the flight options, you'll find Amtrak choices listed under the section "Trains to consider." For instance, searching for a route from Chicago to St. Louis returned the following options.

Select "See more train options" to view a complete list of available Amtrak services for your routes.

This feature is accessible only for cities and routes served by Amtrak.
