Located conveniently in the heart of Mui Ne, the property enjoys a prime location. However, the service provided by the staff and management is severely lacking. Issues are addressed slowly and there is a lack of coordination between departments such as security, reception, and the restaurant. There is also a noticeable disparity in service based on nationality, with Russian guests receiving preferential treatment while Vietnamese guests are often overlooked or mistreated. The location is indeed advantageous, situated near the center of Mui Ne, but the quality of service from the staff and management leaves much to be desired. Problems are handled slowly and there is inconsistency between departments such as security, reception, and the restaurant. There is a clear bias in service, favoring Russian guests over others and displaying disrespect towards Vietnamese guests.

The hotel grounds are pristine, well-maintained, and in full bloom. Rooms in the front building are cozy, featuring spacious balconies. The staff is exceptionally friendly.

Khu vực khách sạn sạch sẽ, được chăm sóc kỹ lưỡng và thật sự rực rỡ. Các phòng trong tòa nhà nằm trên hàng đầu tiên rất thoải mái, có ban công rộng lớn. Nhân viên rất thân thiện.

The beach isn't beautiful, and the room's air conditioner isn't working well.

A stunning, exceptional, and impeccably clean hotel with very spacious and comfortable rooms. The lush garden is meticulously maintained, and the breakfast is exceptional. The staff is extraordinary, always smiling, considerate, and attentive. There are 2 huge swimming pools with direct access to the beach. This is by far the most beautiful hotel we have ever seen! Honestly, you can book here with your eyes closed. It's paradise on earth in every way!

I had a great experience staying here, from the space and the amenities, I think I made a great choice, thanks to the team. We will be back with the team soon, thank you for letting us enjoy the interesting experiences, services from the outdoor swimming pool and cool reading space with fresh air from the lobby.

The rooms were nice, the surrounding was small but the beach and the environment was comfortable. The internet is very fast even and even with the whole tour team using it. The only problem is the abundance of seashells on the beach that stabs your feet.

Một chuyến đi rất thú vị, resort thân thiện. View đẹp. Đồ ăn đa dạng. Ban đầu, rất đắn đo trong việc lựa chọn resort ở Mũi Né. Nhưng đợt này rất là ok mọi thứ. Không làm gia đình thất vọng. 10 điểm không có nhưng. Viết cho đủ ký tự chứ không biết viết như thế nào nữa.

Resort không gian thoáng mát sạch sẽ nhiều cây xanh mát mẻ, có hai hồ bơi lớn, bãi biển sạch có điều hơi nhiều vỏ ốc, điều thích nhất ở đây là spa nằm ở ngoài trời view biển rất đặc biệt, nhân viên làm việc tận tình tận tâm vui vẻ một điểm cộng cho ks, có dịp sẽ quay lại

Resort rộng rãi, phòng đẹp, view đẹp, đồ ăn sáng ngon nhất là yaourt, nhà mình ăn hơn chục hủ vẫn muốn ăn tiếp, nhiều câu xanh thoáng mát, thích hợp nghỉ dưỡng, bãi biển sạch,hai hồ bơi rộng và rất đẹp, nhân viên chăm sóc tận tình, nhà mình sẽ quay lại vào một ngày gần nhất

This is second time we have stayed at Sunny Beach Resort. On behalf of my 19 travelers, I wound love to say thank you very much. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the spaces are fabulous, the bed , pillows, air conditioning… are perfect . Keep up the good work!

Khách sạn OK, phòng cảng đẹp, hồ bơi nước trong xanh, sạch sẽ , đồ ăn hợp khẩu vị, nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, phòng rộng rãi thoáng mát, cod bạn công ngắm biển nhưng hơi tiếc là chưa đc tắm biển đó áp thấp nhiệt đới, muốn ở lại thêm mấy ngày nữa, sẽ quay lại ngày nào đó

We had a memorable trip here, staying for two nights and thoroughly enjoying it. The resort is clean and situated in a beautiful location. The food was good, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Additionally, Phan Thiet is easily accessible by highway, which is very convenient.

The staff at Sunny Beach Resort are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was attentive and courteous. However, there were a few instances where service was a bit slow, especially during peak hours.

Have a good experience. This is a first time I come to Mui Ne and this resort makes me feel comfortable, peaceful place, they have a small pool for you to swim and the resort very near the sea, have many places for you to take some photos, good buffet breakfast from 7a.m to 9a.m.
