The service and room conditions at the new hotel are unbeatable. The accommodations are pristine, featuring a spacious public bath and a satisfying breakfast. However, it's a bit distant from downtown.

During my week-long stay, I was thoroughly impressed with the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. One of the highlights was indulging in their spa facilities, which were truly rejuvenating. The breakfast spread always included a variety of rice dishes, allowing me to enjoy a diverse culinary experience. For dessert, I savored Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, a delightful treat. I particularly cherish the mornings when the talented male chef prepared delicious egg dishes and even shared his recipe for Vietnamese condensed milk coffee with me. I am truly grateful for such memorable experiences.

Tôi đã ở lại một tuần và rất hài lòng với dịch vụ của nhân viên. Đặc biệt, tôi rất thích được sử dụng dịch vụ spa. Luôn có cơm sáng, vì vậy tôi có thể thưởng thức nhiều món ăn khác nhau, và tôi đã uống cà phê Việt Nam với sữa đặc làm món tráng miệng, điều này thực sự đã khiến tôi hài lòng. Đặc biệt, đầu bếp nam phục vụ món trứng mỗi sáng đã dạy cho tôi cách pha cà phê sữa đặc kiểu Việt Nam. Tôi rất biết ơn.

I visited the hotel recently to meet our American customer and had a positive experience during my stay. Hai Phong city has shown significant development compared to a decade ago. My family resides here, and we deeply cherish Hai Phong and its surroundings.

The room is immaculate, with fresh bedding and pristine pillows. The newly constructed bathroom meets Japanese standards. Even the slippers provided are of superior quality compared to other places. The staff's demeanor is consistently cheerful and polite. The parking attendants are also very enthusiastic and helpful. During the Christmas season, the decorations are elegantly lavish and cozy, attracting many beautifully dressed girls taking photos in the lobby for check-in. The hotel's location is right at a roundabout, which can be slightly inconvenient for guests arriving by car due to separate entry and exit roads necessitating a small detour.
