The new hotel is clean and the staff is very enthusiastic. The morning shift receptionist was exceptionally warm, and the manager at the tour desk handled everything swiftly. I observed her conversing with guests in a cheerful and friendly manner. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious. It's unfortunate that I only stayed for one night because the next day there were no available rooms.

We arrived at the hotel around 11 p.m., where we intended to stay for two nights. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that the toilet had not been cleaned since its last use. I'll spare you the details. Additionally, we had very little toilet paper, barely enough for two people. Despite this, we didn't want to use the toilet (which was frustrating after a seven-hour bus ride, facing a dirty toilet when all we wanted was to prepare for bed and sleep). My friend went downstairs to address this issue, but the receptionist simply explained that there had been a late checkout before us and they hadn't had enough time to clean properly. He assured us they would clean the next day and couldn't do anything immediately. As we pondered how to clean the toilet without supplies (absurd to think about cleaning a toilet on vacation that should naturally be clean), we noticed more stains, including a clear condom stain on the bedside table and hairs on the bed linen. This was the last straw, so we packed our things and left the hotel. Another review mentioned a similar issue, suggesting that their cleaning process may falter after late checkouts. Otherwise, the room left a reasonably good impression.

We stayed at the hotel with 2 adults and 2 children for 4 days. The room was pleasant and clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They arranged airport pickup, a fantastic food tour, and a tour of Hanoi city. They also offered to store our luggage while we went on the Halong Bay Cruise. The hotel's location is right in the heart of the old quarter, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants.

Location- Its a great location and just a 7-10 minutes walk to the Old Quarter area which is the most charming part of Hanoi. The walk to the Old Quarter area is filled with local shops, cafes that have the charming Vietnamese low seating outside, sugarcane juice machines, banh mi stalls (yum!) and buildings all vibrantly painted and full of character. Its also very close to the famous Train street. Staff- I wanted this point to come first actually because having supportive staff in a foreign country is a big source of comfort. Our flight landed in the middle of the night which meant we reach our hotel by approximately 4am. It was a little unnerving trying to find the place in darkness (despite Google maps- which by the way, works there). But as soon as they saw us alighting our cab, they came rushing to help us with luggage and to check it. Apart from that, they were also very helpful in guiding us to local places around Hanoi. The rooms and cleanliness etc- The rooms are beautiful, spacious and luxurious. Our room had wooden flooring and a wall and ceiling combination of grey and white. Beautiful picture frames of Vietnamese culture are put up all over the hotel. The bathroom was also nice and spacious with a bathtub and a shower area. Loved the experience and would definitely go back there to stay when I visit Hanoi again :)

Our stay was from April 29th until May 3rd. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was perfect! The people working here did everything to make our stay truly wonderful. Chloe organised a number of excursions for us so that we could enjoy Hanoi within the time we had. She was a very good ambassador for both the hotel, and Hanoi. We had breakfast as part of our package and we loved this. We had Pho every morning for breakfast, and loved it! Of course other options available too! The fruit, the pastries, regular eggs, if you want…but the Pho…sublime! Thanks for this introduction! Beryls is inside the Old Quarter and in every direction there is something to see. Walk down the back streets and you can see Vietnamese life! Onto the traffic streets and you are welcomed to the bustle of Vietnam! It is so exciting.

Heart of the city! Excellent staff! I would definitely stay here again. They arranged all my expositions perfectly. The location is perfect for touring the city and getting a good rest. Charming boutique hotel, with all the room amenities.

The pillows and blankets are comfortable. They have people in the lobby to help you plan your trip/last minute changes if needed; breakfast is decent (you can order from the menu, not just what is laid out); and I really appreciate management accommodating us when we had last minute changes to our plans. It would’ve been so stressful without their assistance. I like the decoration of our room - pretty and I think the hotel is remodeled from an old building with historical French influence. Please take that into account if you expect fast elevators and extremely large spaces (our room is decent size - 2 queen beds with room). I’m very satisfied with the style of the hotel and my stay.

We chose this hotel mainly because of the location, but we also found good service and nice clean rooms. It might be a bit noisy during the night because Hanoi never stops, but the room was clean and spacious enough for two adults. The staff was friendly and helpful and supported us with good and practical tips during our stay. The only minus I would give to the breakfast that was a bit poor for 4 Euros, but it was good. I would suggest including more fruits (given the variety they have in Vietnam) and yogurt and fresh juice. Apart from that, we found a good price for the quality of the services offered.

Got a great offer on the airport transfer, so agreed to that. Had a very pleasant stay in Hanoi. Such a convenient location near Old Quarter. I think we were lucky that we got a discount due to low/shoulder season. And would recommend to others to keep this one in mind. But with at least a 9 rating on *********** I'm sure it will get enough hits. Also very convenient being a few minutes walk from a TP Bank ATM, which is fee-free lol They do have a 3% charge for card payments, but in my case I wasn't required to pay all upfront at check in, so was able to get enough cash together when I needed to pay for the stay.

This is, price compared to quality, one of the best places We stayed in Vietnam. Lovely staff, very Nice rooms that were aircondition when We arrived. There were not breakfast included in the price We paid, but there are places to eat everywhere. Its right next to the small streets with lots of places to eat. We booked the place 2 times more for this trip.
