[Executive Lounge]
The minimum age of guests allowed to use the executive lounge is 13.

-Afternoon tea: 03:30 PM ~ 05:00 PM

For guests staying in room with Executive lounge access, breakfast is served in the executive lounge.
※ The property may choose to replace breakfast at The Executive Lounge with breakfast at The Parkview, depending on current circumstances. Guests will be notified of any change upon check-in.
Guests 13 years and older are considered adults.
Executive Lounge guests may invite up to 2 non-resident guests, except Friday to Sunday and holidays.

Online, auto, and self-service check-in are not available.
Reservations for children (under 13 years old) are not available on the site. please contact the property directly for the reservation.

[Outdoor Swimming Pool]
- When using facilities such as adult pools, kids pools, and jacuzzi, please be guided by on-site lifeguard staff.
- Customers with a height of less than 140cm need to company withi their adult guardians, and they must wear a life jacket when using adult pool.
- Sunbeds are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and two are provided per room.- Infants under 36 months old can use it after wearing waterproof diapers.
- Only tubes of less than 1m in diameter are allowed to be brought in and can only be used in the kids pool.
[others]Urban Island Operating Hours: Urban Island operating hours vary by period, so please refer to the hotel website.- You may wait for use if the number of people exceeds the limit.- Use of Urban Island may be restricted depending on weather conditions such as rainfall, typhoon, and cold wave.

[Fitness]
The regular closing day of the gym, indoor swimming pool, and indoor sauna is every third Wednesday.
Guests above 16 years old are permitted to enter the gym.
Guests 13 years and older may enter the indoor sauna.
An additional charge will be required for use of the sauna. Guests staying in room with Executive lounge access are free of charge.
The indoor swimming pool is a facility for adult customers and may only be used by customers above the age of 13 years. (On weekends and holidays, children below the age of 13 are allowed to enter under adult supervision.)
Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached.

An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.

[Others]
Extra charges may apply for additional guests. (adult: above 13 years old, child: above 37 months to 12 years old)
Children of all ages are included in the maximum occupancy.
Breakfast inclusive room is for 2 adults and extra charges may apply for additional guests.
Shilla Rewards membership point accumulation is not applicable.

[Transportation]
Guests can take 6702 KAL Bus at Incheon International Airport and get off at Jangchung Gymnasium station. It takes around 2 hours to reach the property from the airport, and 15 minutes to walk to the property from the bus stop.
KAL Bus stop is at Terminal 1 (3B, 4A) and at Terminal 2 (17, 18, 19) at the Incheon International Airport.
The property provides shuttle or pick-up service from it's parking lot to the lobby. For Pick-up service, please contact the 10 minutes prior to arrival.

Children 3 - 12 years old will be charged KRW 36,300 when using existing bed.

[The Parkview Breakfast]
-Breakfast Operation Time: 06:00 AM - 10:00 AM
-Price: KRW 80,000 for adults / KRW 40,000 for children

You can wait for use if the appropriate number of people exceeds.
Urban Island may be restricted depending on weather conditions such as rainfall, typhoons, and cold waves.
