We had a wonderful two-night stay and I can only share positive feedback. First, they accommodated our request for early check-in. The rooms were impeccably clean. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel features a lovely pool and well-maintained common areas. We enjoyed the complimentary bicycles for exploring the city. The location is perfect, just a short distance to the historic center, allowing for quick access while remaining peaceful. Highly recommended!

The hotel offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere. While there were varying levels of customer service, I was particularly impressed by the gentleman who guided me to my room, the staff member who assisted with bicycle rentals, and the friendly young woman at the front desk with a beaver-like face. Their kindness, politeness, and easygoing nature created a pleasant experience for all guests. It's clear that he had rich exposure to diverse cultures during his studies. Interestingly, many residents of Galapagos descent can be found in Vietnam. Just a short distance away, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia showcases a vibrant mix of Arab, Islamic, Indian, and Chinese cultures, resulting in a friendly cultural competition that has refined local cuisine. Everything I've tasted here has been delightful, though opinions about Vietnam can vary greatly among visitors. On a brighter note, the breakfast at the hotel was both delicious and generously plentiful. In contrast, during my stay at Continental Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City, I experienced an even wider variety of delectable dishes than at this long-established hotel. Given the reasonable accommodation rates, the overall value for money is quite impressive. Most guests were Westerners, making me the only Japanese visitor. Despite having a few challenging conversations due to my limited English and reliance on a translation app, the staff managed to facilitate communication effectively. The free bicycle rentals were a fantastic perk in the quaint town of Hoi An. Additionally, the hotel arranged taxis for round trips to and from Da Nang Airport, which I found to be a great convenience. With my flight scheduled for 12:05 AM, I left my luggage at the hotel, spent time at the beach, then returned, enjoyed a refreshing shower by the pool, and took a dip in the beautifully illuminated pool at night. I called a taxi shortly before 9 AM, and the two staff members at the front desk escorted me to the entrance. I regret not capturing a photo of the stunning sight of her Ao Dai costume glowing under the lanterns and lights, especially during our unexpected farewell. What a missed opportunity! 💦

Lovely hotel right outside the old town in Hoi An. Super helpful staff and comfortable rooms. You could hear noise form neighbors but it wasn’t awful. Breakfast was simple and good. You could also borrow a bike or hop on their provided shuttle to get to different locations in the city.

一家非常小資的網紅酒店。除酒店位置不好找，酒店內小巧精緻，有東南亞風情，低調奢華，游泳池很舒服，值得推薦。早餐種類少，希望有改善。

호이안은 두번째 여행인데 위치적으로 조용한곳을 찾다보니 외관도 예쁘고 시설,수영장도 좋어보여 예약했어요 결론적으로 완전 대만족입니다 수영장은 놀기딱좋고 건물과 식물로 둘러쌓여있어서 너무 아름답습니다 조식도 맛있는걸로 알차게 되어있어 맛있게 먹었고 위치는 올드타운까지 조금 걸어야하지만 너무 메인거리보다 조용하고 저희가 딱 원하는 곳이였어요 저희는 체ㅡ아웃 하면서 다시 호이안오면 여기 묵자고 약속했네요 여기만한곳 찾기 힘들듯요 ㅎㅎ

Beautiful hotel with nice decoration, The rooms are very unique and colorful, there is art everywhere in the hotel. It’s a 15 min walk to the old town or 5 min by bike, which you can rent from hotel for free. The staff is helpful. We had a great two night stay at Hoi A Boutique Hotel.

挺漂亮的酒店，但是是此行遇到中國人最多的酒店。酒店服務挺不錯，員工不多，但也能滿足需求。家庭房在餐廳樓上，早上睡不了懶覺。

旧市街からタクシーで数分なので、立地はとても良かったです。また旧市街から程よく距離があるので夜は静かで過ごしやすかったです。 フロントの女性のおもてなしがとても素晴らしく、ミーソン遺跡へのタクシーチャーター、ダナンへのタクシー手配など旅行がスムーズになるよう予定を聞いてサポートしてくれました。また、他の従業員の方もとても親切でした。 スパが6階にあり、スパを受けて部屋で休むこともできるので便利でした。ホットストーンとフェイシャルをやって頂きましたが、どちらも心地よかったです。
