Hôtel au calme avec vue superbe, les chambres sont très bien équipées. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et parle approximativement le français mais on se débrouille. Le restaurant Louis XV est magnifique et la cuisine délicieuse ! Le personnel est charmant, mention spéciale à Magali au restaurant très souriante et très très gentille ! Le spa est à réserver très agréable en fin de journée. La salle de jeux au sous sol est immense ainsi que le bar. Le forfait cocktail à volonté est très appréciable. Nous avons adoré pour le prix ! Parking payant intérieur ou extérieur ( 20 euros en intérieur ). Pour le prix de la chambre, des repas, des cocktails et du spa je valide +++

Bonjour. Pour notre 3eme séjour depuis 2019 c'est toujours aussi génial de séjourner dans cet établissement. Tout, absolument tout nous convient. Il me semble que bons nombres de personnes feraient mieux d'aller chercher l'équivalent en France avant d'écrire leurs posts. Nous avons randonné plusieurs fois au cours de la semaine et nous avons fait une magnifique rencontre car notre guide isabelle a été top ! De la culture et de la marche au programme. À noter que les randonnées sont gratuites et avec pique nique fourni. Merci également à Franck pour notre chambre avec vue sur piscine. Et bravo à tout le personnel et à l'humour de Ramon !! Et petite mention spéciale à Bruno por su Lokura il se se reconnaîtra notre chanteur du soir ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement . Et même sans clim dans les chambres avec les nuits fraîches cela ne nous a posé aucun problème malgré les températures caniculaires la journée. We'll be back !

Hemos vuelto a alojarnos en este hotel porque hace 3 años tuvimos una muy buena experiencia y ests vez ha sido mejor aún. Trato Excelente tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. A la llegada nos atendió Jorge de recepción y fue muy amable, explicando todo los servicios del hotel al detalle. En el buffet destaca la amabilidad del maitre(ahora no recuerdo el nombre) y de Ruth la camarera que nos atendió en el desayuno.

Comenzando por la recepción y acabando por el trato de todo y cada uno de sus empleados , es un placer encontrarse con lugares así. Si tuviera que decir algo negativo sería el horario de la cena, la plancha podría estar todos los días y la calidad del alcohol empleado en sus cocteles. Por todo lo demás un 10 de lugar y entorno.

Excellent as usual, ‘this is the best place to stay in Arinsal especially if you are skiing, with the gondola a short walk away and super bars and restaurants in close proximity. Good facilities, excellent staff and great location. Highly recommended.

We booked through Crystal, and stayed in the Diana Parc and so enjoyed the service and food in the a la carte restaurant, but also enjoyed the other restaurant. Our room and the service provided was excellent, and with all the different facilities, especially the spa, we would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Arinsal. In the restaurant Alfonsina and Javier provided excellent service, and we were also impressed by Ghizlane, Rima and David on Reception. Thank you all for a most enjoyable stay.

First time in Arinsal - I was blown away by the look of the hotel when we first arrived , I felt like I was real life in Virgin River :) Staff were lovely , room was immaculate and cleaned everyday . Great Facilities Gym , Kids Club , Restaurant's - Bars . Very Pleased .

Hotel perfeito. Equipe maravilhosa. Funcionários felizes, simpáticos e muito prestativos. O gerente português é excepcional. Funcionários do lobby muito competentes, principalmente o argentino que nos ajudou o tempo todo. Comida deliciosa. Música ao vivo a noite. Piscina deliciosa. Uma experiência perfeita em família.

We stayed for 5 nights in Dec 2023 and we enjoyed it so much! The room is clean and spacious enough to have 2 large suitcases opened. Loved the design of the bathroom, very practical and well ventilated. The inside of the building is warm at all times. Also lots of facilities to use in the hotel, we tried the sauna, spa, message and played bowling. Definitely going to stay here again when we go skiing in Arinsal

Cuarta ocasión que nos hospedamos en el hotel , la verdad que todo muy bien, en el bloque B han realizado reformas y ha quedado fenomenal, el personal encantador David en recepción y Ramón metre son encantadores ( una fechas tan señaladas y siempre tan amable).Ha mejorar el cubre colchón que era muy incómodo.y supongo que el colchón sería bueno cambiarlo.

¡Fabuloso! Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento no ha podido ser mejor. El hotel es precioso, completo, limpio y la comida está buenísima. No es muy extenso el buffet, pero lo que hay siempre está muy rico. Tienen cocina en directo en desayunos y cenas. Disponen de spa, con piscina climatizada en el que pueden entrar niños, piscina exterior, bolera, zona de recreativos, parque de bolas, mini club para los niños, hinchables algunas tardes, terraza, diferentes zonas de bar, música en directos algunas noches, guarda esquís, es petfriendly y está cerca de los telesilla. El personal es muy simpático, sobre todo el caballero que recibe y da mesa en el comedor, un profesional excelente y muy amable, y Antonella, la chica de animación para los niños, tiene el cielo ganado, muchas ideas divertidas y niños y padres le cogemos mucho cariño. Sin duda una gran experiencia que pensamos repetir. Gracias por todo al personal del hotel. Nos vemos pronto!

A destacar como positivo todo: atención, instalaciones, bolera, bares, recreativos, parque de bolas, Spa, masajes y faciales, música en directo algunas noches, mini club para dejar a los nenes por las tardes, buffet increíble, piscina exterior, mesa ping ping, habitaciones comunicadas... Agua, café soluble y té de cortesía. Amenities suficientes. Camas comodísimas (aunque con cojines más q almohadas),habitaciones espaciosas (el baño más justo) y temperatura ideal ( tiene radiadores aunque no vi aire acondicionado). Muy muy recomendable. Ubicacion ideal y no tuvimos problemas para aparcar cerca. Bares y supermercados en una zona a la vez tranquila. Vistas impresionantes.

Pues el hotel lo conozco de hace muchos años y me recibieron como cliente que he sido, nos dieron una buena habitación el la parte 5 estrellas, pero no por reservar a través de Tríp. Además reserve una habitación y luego allí me hicieron pagar una segunda persona, con un recargo adicional por mi mujer, y eso para mí es de mal gusto. Son ustedes unos mal quedas. La habitación que nos dieron no salía agua caliente y el desayuno aparte era para mí carísimo 18 e. Así que opté por bajar un solo día. Me dijeron que eran 9 e pero no fue así. El hotel está muy bien, pero llevábamos tiempo sin ir, pero creo que vamos a dejar de volver a ir, porque los intermediarios son poco eficaces, y van a ver a quien pillan de tontin

Arrived early April for late ski trip through smaller operator. Nightmare start as Arinsal closed slopes the day we arrived! The hotel was great, check in easy, nice first floor room all clean, modern comfy big beds, little balcony and everything you need. The restaurant was great, we were half board, breakfasts covered most options including crepes cooked to order. Dinner was plentiful, nice choices, salads, grilled meats, stews and nice cheese and mrar platters. Only gripe would be no drinks included at dinner so everything chargeable including water. Downstairs loads of pool tables, games and a bar. Give the b kids a few euros and enjoy 4 euro pints of Estrella while they play! Our departure was early in the morning and they insisted on having a packed breakfast for us to take with us. Biggest bonus was we had to take buses to Ordino Arcalis to ski. First stop was this hotel and always stopped on the way back. Lovely, friendly, hotel. Ramon in the restaurant was brilliant and made a real fuss of our son. The reception team relaxed and accommodating. Good value hotel, and would be brilliantly located if we were able to ski at Arinsal.

I stayed at the Princesa Parc with my friend and her daughter on a short ski trip at the end of the season. We had a suite which consisted of two double rooms separated by a sliding door, two separate bathrooms and two balconies. The hotel was located just 150m from the Arinsal ski lift (not particularly easy in your ski kit!) There is underground parking - not recommended if you have a large vehicle- but there is also a free public car park near the ski lift. The hotel also had a great spa that you could book per hour. There was a bowling alley and kids play area. The lounge bar was pleasant and there was entertainment some nights but also a screen showing sports fixtures. All staff were really friendly and helpful. David the reception manager was fantastic, so friendly and professional. A short walk down the hill there were bars and restaurants - I’d recommend Restaurant 360 for après-ski drinks and food. I would definitely stay again.
