Hotel excelente, os colaboradores são muito simpáticos e disponíveis. Pequeno almoço muito bom, jantei no hotel e gostei muito. Música ambiente maravilhosa. O SPA em ótimas condições tal como o ginásio. Simplesmente adorei. Obrigada Enigma

A lovely modern hotel with a beautiful outlook ( one must ignore recent bushfires) with large rooms overlooking the pool. Breakfast was excellent and included seeds and nuts for cereal. We ate dinner in the restaurant ( pre arranged) and had an excellent meal

Heerlijk hotel middenin de natuur van zuid Portugal. Schitterend uitzicht, fantastisch zwembad, geweldige medewerkers en prima kamers. Heerlijk om tot rust te komen en alles achter je te laten. Omgeving is helaas door bosbrand getroffen toen wij er waren, maar dat zal snel herstellen.

Maravilhoso! Hotel muito bonito, com vista para a fabulosa montanha. Pessoal super profissional, simpático e disponível. Possui SPA, restaurante com bom ambiente e ótimo pequeno-almoço. Já voltei algumas vezes, pois é um excelente local para descansar no meio da montanha, com piscina interior e exterior, SPA, bela varanda voltada para a montanha e tudo perfeito para um belo descanso!

Enigma is miles off the beaten track and really special. Beautifully clean and light and airy. The bedrooms were superb and spacious. Elena and Anna were professional and very friendly and charming and attended promptly to all our needs and requests. The swimming pools and facilities were really exceptional and we welcomed the chance to lie in the sun after a hard day's cycling in quite warm temperatures. They laid on a tasty meal - most of us had Chicken Stroganoff- which was very tasty. Our waiter worked hard and efficiently to ensure we were well looked after in the restaurant. The breakfasts were extensive and well presented and tasty. The place was in such a remote location that there was no noise at night. The next morning we cycled off down a dirt track for several miles before we joined more conventional roads!

Hotel muito agradavel e staff muito simpático, pequeno almoço maravilhoso e com bastante variedade, muita fruta e muito boa! Único hotel onde já estive com várias alternativas ao leite (Aveia, soja, amêndoa e arroz) Quartos muito confortaveis, porém o blackout deixa entrar muita luz.

Este hotel fica bastante isolado, o que torna a estadia bastante relaxante, o pequeno almoço é bom, estavam sempre a repor produtos e o melhor sem dúvida foi o atendimento, bastante acolhedor. Falta alguma manutenção no hotel, no entanto a estadia foi excelente.

Ideal for resting. Great staff: we had a problem with our reservation, as it was booked through another website, but the hotel still provided us with its best resources. Indoor pool, spa, balcony in the room and TV. Great Breakfast! Ideal para descansar. O hotel muito bonito, porém tive pena de me colocarem num quarto onde se ouvia o dia todo e a noite toda, água a passar pelos tubos. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Em relação à piscina exterior também bonita. A vista é espectacular. Em relação ao pequeno almoço tinha alguma variedade. Os melhores quartos são para vista montanha.

Perfecte locatie voor stranden aan de westkust. Mooi ontworpen hotel. Echter het wordt slecht onderhouden. De foto’s zijn niet recent veel van de glasplaten zijn gebarsten. Perfect uitzicht op het zwembad en de bergen. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt prima in orde en goed verzorgd. Diner is matig en een slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Dat is jammer, ze zouden het met iets meer aandacht en verzorging aanmerkelijk beter maken.

Auf einer Reise durch den Alentejo habe ich-wie vor einigen Jahren schon einmal- für drei Tage im Hotel Enigma übernachtet, da ich ein ruhiges Hotel suchte, von dem ich die Orte Odeceixe oder Zambujeira do Mar mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen wollte. Das große, saubere Zimmer (mit Bergblick) war absolut ruhig, der Balkon/die bodentiefen Fenster ermöglichten einen herrlichen Blick auf den Berg/Wald- richtig zum Entspannen! Das Frühstück war für den Übernachtungspreis zufriedenstellend. Das Restaurant habe ich zum Abendessen nicht besucht, da die umliegenden Orte viele Restaurants aufweisen. Beim Ein- und Auschecken waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

So I’ll put to the back of my thoughts all of the burned trees… this is not the hotels fault. August… No chef , restaurant not open in the evening in a **** Hotel . Not acceptable. Pool bar not open during the day again , somethings not quite right. Lack of attention to detail, broken pool tiles , decking broken in spa, dead plant in pots . Questions need asking !

This lovely hotel in the rural area of coastal Alentejo has fallen into some disrepair and requires investments in maintenance to regain its 4-star rating. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were not working. Cracks in plexiglass verandas etc

Hotel pouco cuidado. Piscina exterior em manutenção e algumas comodidades não funcionais. Alguns compostos do pequeno almoço com menos bom aspeto. O Hotel era calmo, tranquilo. A zona/localização bastante agradável. As expectativas eram elevadas para um Hotel 4 estrelas. Mas desiludiu.
