He estado leyendo varias reseñas y he optado por escribir la mía… Es cierto que la primera vez que hemos estado nos alojaron en una habitación donde la cama matrimonial eran dos camas individuales unidas, tal vez es lo único que se puede decir no malo sino algo incómodo pero que comparado con todo el resto de ventajas y comodidades deja de ser importante…! La primera vez hemos estado con mi Hijo y su pareja… Hemos repetido mi Señora y Yo, y cada vez se superan en cuanto a la prestación de servicio y atención…! Tal vez la diferencia ha sido que en esta oportunidad hemos reservado directamente en la página del Hotel y no a través de páginas web que ofrecen oportunidades más baratas de estancia… Nos han dado una habitación excelente con vistas y comodidades fabulosas…! El trato del Personal, mejor imposible que hasta te recuerdan…! Orden y limpieza en todo el recinto. Con toda seguridad los recomiendo y tenemos en cuenta que a la hora de ir a Andorra, este Hotel será nuestra segunda residencia…! Felicidades y mucho éxito…! Se lo merecen…! Pedro Oletta

ExceptionalHemos pasado 5 días magníficos destacar la amabilidad del personal tanto en recepción como en el comedor, la limpieza de las hab . Desayuno muy bueno , la cena muy correcta , muy bien aclimátado , vistas esowctaculares al río. Las habitaciones y el hotel en general es antiguo pero cómodo y limpio. Todo muy acogedor sin duda repetiremos

ExceptionalExcellent hotel. Great customer service. Breakfast is very good. Didn't have dinner here, so I can't comment. Even though there were school groups staying at the same time, they made sure we were at the other end of the hotel. Rooms were cleaned every day. Had a problem with the shower, and they fixed it immediately. Would definitely stay again.

ExceptionalExperiencia muy buena en todo,la ubicación del hotel perfecta para llegar a todos los sitios,...la habitación muy amplia,limpia,con la cama muy cómoda,perfecta!,...el buffet buenísimo todo,con mucha variedad de cosas y nunca falta de nada...y los trabajadores de 10,encantadores todos,siempre intentando ayudar en lo posible, repetiremos sin duda!

ExceptionalMe encanta que esté en medio de la montaña pero a 20 min en coche de Andorra la vella. Las habitaciones están bien pero sin duda lo mejor son la zona de la piscina, el buffet y el personal. La zona de la piscina entre montañas con su chiringuito y demás instalaciones me parece un pequeño paraíso. El buffet, aunque la variedad de la comida no es muy grande, tiene una calidad para mi gusto muy bueno, se nota que la mayoría de cosas son caseras. Los camareros y camareras super antentas y reponen a una velocidad de locura en cuanto se acaba algo. Tanto el ambiente como el personal hace que el lugar sea muy acoger. Antiguo pero limpio. A mí me recuerda mucho al ambiente de una casa de colonias o un albergue de montaña pero con todas las comodidades de un hotel. Lo único malo que se oye mucho de una habitación a otra pero generalmente la gente no hacía casi ruido cuando yo fui. Volveremos seguro.

ExceptionalWe had a weeks skiing in the second week of Jan 2023. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the rooms were clean and spacious vs what we had experienced in other ski resorts. The restaurant food selection is buffet style breakfast and evening meal and the food was amazing, with variety to satisfy everyone's needs, from cold food to hot and salads to roasts. Overall excellent holiday, topped off with some good live entertainment in the bar on an evening. :)

ExceptionalThe staff was kind and helpful. They were happy to let us lock our luggage in a room near reception because we arrived early, so that we could enjoy nearby hiking. Our room faced out on the lovely stream that runs behind the hotel. It was a delight. If you choose not to take advantage of the food offered on site, thete are meant cafes and tastings up the main road toward and beyond the lifts. The bathtub was a rare delight. Im so glad we decided to go.

ExceptionalEl hotel nos sorprendió positivamente en todo. Vimos que la nota estaba bien pero no era de las más altas. Queremos agradecer el trato de todo el personal; amables, serviciales y atentos. Muy contentos en todo momento y una relaciom calidad precio que aún yendo en enero vale mucho la pena. A gustos colores, y si en otros comentarios se leen que las instalaciones son antiguas, deberian viajar y ver otros hoteles y tener en cuenta que precio pagan por ello. Si podemos seguro volveremos !!! Gracias de nuevo!!!

ExceptionalEl trato es excelente, desde Antonio el Metre, Samuel uno de los tantos camareros y Paula en cocina, para una persona con una estricta intolerancia alimenticia es fantastico contar con profesionales tan cercanos, entregados y dispuestos hacerte más fácil el tema alimentario. Es difícil salir fuera de España para las personas celíacas o intolerantes al gluten más cuando sabes que tu salud y disfrute depende de algo tan necesario como la alimentación y es un regalo encontrarte con Antonio que más llegar ordena a cocina el pan sin gluten, Samuel que te trata como parte de la familia o paula que te explica todos los ingredientes del buffet y te prepara una pasta especial solo para ti. INCREÍBLE. Una excelente puntuación y un gran agradecimiento. Volveremos y os lo recomendamos.

ExceptionalUn hotel con una calidad precio insuperable. Comida muy buena. Y servicio excelente. Para ir con niños ideal. Ahora el agua de la piscina está más fría que la relación entre Bale y el Real Madrid. Pero es lo que tiene la montaña.

ExceptionalRecepcionistas muy atentos y amables. Aparcamiento cerca y gratuito. Desayuno buffet muy completo. El ascensor es MUY pequeño, LENTISIMO y muy antiguo, yo opté por usar las escaleras. Las habitaciones algo antiguas pero el baño (con bañera) es grande y reformado. Tiene secador, champú, acondicionador, loción corporal y gel. Muy completo.

ExceptionalSoy asidua del hotel San Gothard. Nos encantan sus vistas, su ubicación, su tranquilidad, su piscina. Repetimos cada año.
La comida también está muy bien. Buena relación calidad precio, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que es un hotel un poco anticuado en mobiliario, pero a mí eso me da igual.

ExcellentHôtel très sympa personnel très gentil le directeur est vraiment super à l écoute et très arrangeant merci chambre correct propre et lits tres bien hôtel est très propre aussi Les cocktails sont très bien le petit déjeuner est très bien avec de nouveaux choix tous les matins le dîner est vraiment délicieux variés et changeant tous les soirs un régal nous recommandons et nous reviendrons bravo

ExcellentI have not skied for a few years dues to covid and illness. So I decided to go for a cheaper ski holiday, to ease back into it. This hotel has surprised me pleasantly. It is better than expected. It definately kicks above a 3-Star hotel. It is professionally run. The welcome from the staff was warm and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. The walk-in power shower was very welcome. As was the flat screen TV with international channels. Being on a half-board basis, I was impressed with how professional the kitchen was run. The standard of the food is very good with different dishes on offer, on a buffet basis. This made me over-eat, so this not the place for you, if you are on a diet. Now, the negatives: This hotel caters for the school-holiday market. In the evening the school kids can make a loud racket. But I actually found this added to the atmosphere, hearing lots of laughter and banter. It dies off after 10pm. The walls of the rooms are wafer thin. I could hear every word spoken by the room next to mine. I could have joined their conversation, if I wanted to. The ski bus stop is a few hundred metres away and the buses do not follow a timetable. The bus service is a bit hit and miss, which a pain when you have all of your ski-gear with you. Walking to the gondola is uphill and will take around 20 minutes with your ski-gear. Not easy and not good. Despite the above, I found my stay was very comfortable. If you are on a budget but expect a high standard, this is a fine choice of hotel.

ExcellentEl hotel ofrece variedad de opciones de entretenimiento y es muy acogedor. Fuimos a pasar un par de días con amigos y, a pesar de la lluvia, pudimos pasar las tardes si bien en su spa o bien jugando al billar en la cafetería. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y adecuadas. La comida de la cena (tipo buffet) un poco escasa para la cantidad de comensales que habia en el salón. Se acababan las bandeja enseguida que las depositaban los camareros y nos quedamos sin poder probar algunas cosas.
