Not goodThe compound looks good at entrance, but at check-in it was horrifying. We are family got split across 3 floors and worse is we surrounded by a noisy group. When we asked reception why did they split us up, they say there nothing they could do about it, this is really a 3 star hotel service, not ritz Carlton
We talked to the manager and he don’t understand why noise will affect our sleep!
I am speechless, golf course wasn’t well maintained either. It’s a waste of the ritz Carlton brand and unless you plan to be drunk every day, I doubt you can relax.
