Most importantly, the outstanding service provided by Chau Anh at the reception was remarkable; she went out of her way to assist us in finding a return bus to Hanoi. We are deeply grateful for the exceptional service and kindness we received, truly a five-star experience. Thank you immensely for saving us twice!

Great and amazing staycation in this hotel. Highly recommended this hotel especially the staff ( Mr.Phuc) the food is also great, they serve a heavy meal for breakfast. All the staff here in Bamboo hotel are really helpful. From the very beginning of our stay here in the hotel there are really accommodating especially Ms. Ly who is always one call away when we need something even there is language barrier, she really try here best to fulfilled our needs. Mr. Phuc the manager is really kind and informative to us. He gives us background about the places. He is really nice and accommodating to us.

We loved this very picturesque hotel built on the side of a cliff overlooking the mountains, sometimes shrouded in the clouds. The views are spectacular. The rooms are lovely, clean and very comfy beds with great pillows. Lovely outdoor pool with views, and a fabulous observation deck. Very well located, close to everything in Sapa city.

Our trip to Sapa was like a dream. The hotel is amazing, the food is great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of the trip was how pleasant it was dealing with the staff. They took care of us and provided everything needed, especially Ivy. Ivy was caring, friendly and have a good sense of humor to:)) She also help me to arrange the car to go to the Lao Cai station. This was a great stay. This hotel has a stunning view with great breakfast buffet. Rooms and service was great . The location was also good right in the sapa town center. Phuc and Lam were especially very friendly. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

We stayed here for two night in August this year. The hotel has a great location in the middle of Sapa. It was in a walkable distance to everything. Cute cafés with beautiful views, many good restaurants, shops and massage studios. The staff was extraordinary nice and helpful. Especially Phuc helped make our stay even better. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the hotel had everything we needed. A beautiful pool, spa, gym and evene scooter rental. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time come visit! Greatly recommend this hotel when you stay in Sapa!

It was a great experience, we eat kosher and they let us cook in there kitchen and they were very nice. Phuc Hoang was very nice and he knows English very well so it's easy to talk to him. We asked to change the sheets because we wanted to make sure it's clean and they had no problem to change.

We loved the hotel. The staff is amazing! We had some trouble with our window shutters in the room but they fixed it imediately. The rooms were quiet and clean. And above all the view was just amazing! We will come back. Thank you for everything!

Great Hotel! Loved the view from the pool and the Breakfast Buffet was simply amazing. The gym is quiet decent but was enough for a quit workout. The equipment they have is quite new although dumbbells go only until 10 kg. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

We stayed in the superior room with window and balcony, with beautiful views of the mountains and clouds, the room was very spacious and comfortable and clean, the staff were lovely especially Phuc he was very nice, friendly and helpful at reception. Nice swimming pools too with beautiful views

There was a great variety of breakfast at the morning buffet with beautiful views of the clouds and sky. The hotel is in a lovely location.
