ExceptionalUna lugar perfecto para descansar en Andorra. La habitación era cómodo, luminosa y limpia. El personal muy agradable y profesional. Buena comida y muy variada. Disfrutamos mucho en la piscina. Destacar la excelente atención recibida por el personal del comedor. Mi mujer iba mala con una gastritis y le prepararon platos especiales. Una atención maravillosa.

ExceptionalComo en casa,es el resumen a 6 días allí. Recepción buena, habitaciones y hotel en general muy limpio y todo en su sitio. Comida muy buena,atención de los camareros excelente. Vistas del hotel y tranquilidad muy de agradecer. Muy buena ubicación a cualquier rincón de Andorra siempre y cuando te desplaces en coche por supuesto. Por la zona no hay nada donde poder tomar algo y pasear.

ExceptionalVery friendly and welcoming hotel. The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly. I would like to take this opportunity to thank to Manager Oli because he is an excellent professional and a fantastic person - always caring our comfort! Without any doubt, he made our accommodation (1 week) even more special. I also want to thank to Bela who treated us super well. I recommend everyone to try this good and familiar environment. Congratulation!!!

ExceptionalSegunda vez que vamos a este hotel, esta vez estuvimos en el edificio de la parte de arriba, la habitación es bastante amplia, el baño dispone de una ducha grande y esta todo muy limpio. El personal del hotel, tanto de recepción como del restaurante es muy amable y te atienden estupendamente. El desayuno es tipo buffet hay bollería, algo de embutido, huevos, salchichas, quesos... esta todo bueno. Nosotros cenábamos en el hotel cada día cambian el menú, estaba todo bastante bueno, también tienen un menú para niños, Con respecto a al ubicación estas a unos 10 minutos en coche de Andorra la Vella. Y las estaciones de esquí también están cerca.

ExceptionalMuy buen hotel y en buena zona. Viajamos con perrita y todo el personal muy amables y atentos con ella, agradecer en especial a Joao que nos ayudó un montón en varios momentos y sobre todo para desayunar con ella porque nevo y no podían habilitar la terraza y nos hizo un espacio fuera del restaurante para poder estar con ella, se agradece mucho. La habitación está muy bien, aunque es una pena que solo pueda ser la estándar, pero están bien. Volveremos seguro.

ExceptionalI was together with my family and friends in this hotel for a week in a ski holidays. It was great! The hotel is very comfortable (rooms are big and have two bathrooms which is great if you have two kids with you!!). Dinner was excellent (far better than other hotels I've been before) and the staff super friendly - special thanks to Oli and Belinha!

ExceptionalJ’ai séjourné 2 nuits à ABBA XALET SUITES HOTEL, et j’ai passé un super week-end. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, comme repas j’ai seulement pris le petit-déjeuner et il était excellent, il y a beaucoup de choix. J’ai profité du spa, du sauna, pendant 1h c’est vraiment reposant. Le seul point négatif est l’isolation des chambres, on entend facilement ce qui se passe dans les chambres à côté et dans le couloir, mais je n’y allais pas pour faire des grasses matinées donc ça ne m’a pas vraiment dérangée. Cet hôtel est vraiment bien situé, dans un environnement calme et pas loin du centre et des stations de ski. Je reviendrai sans hésiter à ABBA XALET SUITES HOTEL si je dois revenir en Andorre. Merci encore à tout le personnel de cet hôtel

ExceptionalUna experiencia desde el principio. Desde hablar con las personas de recepción, haciendo la reserva sencilla, las explicaciones de los servicios, perfectamente detalladas, y la comunicación posterior hasta la llegada al Hotel, por e-mail o por teléfono, perfecta. Y ya en el Hotel servicio excelente eb persona en recepción. A destacar Lluis, Maria, Marc y Valentina. Un trato excepcional en todo momento. Restauración de 10, tanto en servivio (Oli el maitre y su equipo de servicio excepcional), como en comida (en calidad y variedad). Servicios de spa, bar y de transfer a pistas asimismo muy buenos. Gracias! Y la habitación a destacar por su comodidad: dos baños completos, secador que seca de verdad, muchas perchas que se agradece, caja fuerte donde de verdad caben cosas, cama y sofá muy cómoda, y espejos de cuerpo entero. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por esta semana. Nos veréis muchas más veces!. Nos hemos sentido como en casa! Joaquín y María

ExceptionalMuchas gracias a todo el equipo del hotel. Sois magníficos.nos hemos sentido muy apoyados en la situación tan complicada que hemos pasado en nuestra última estancia.Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel!! La ubicación es perfecta, las habitaciones muy amplias y luminosas. El restaurante muy bonito, cuidado al detalle y el personal atento, profesional y muy agradable.Volveremos seguro!!

ExceptionalHotel cómodo y práctica. Gran detalle por parte del hotel, ya que nos dieron una suite para dos noches en lugar de habitación normal. El desayuno buffet es correcto y completo. Además, se da la posibilidad e acudir al spa si está dentro de la tarifa, sino son 15 €. Parking exterior de forma suficiente (época de nieve puede variar)

ExceptionalSolemos pasar una vez al año por Andorra y es la tercera vez que paramos en el Abba Xalet Suites. Precioso el paisaje, el lugar donde se ubica es maravilloso. Buen desayuno y personal muy correcto. Muchas gracias por otra estancia muy agradable.

ExceptionalDes vacances parfaites, un cadre magnifique, le personnel au top, les chambres agreables, spacieuses et confortables. Forfait tout compris avec un petit dèjeuner très variè et um menu du soir èquilibrè et gouteux! Merci pour ce beau sèjour. Un hotel 4*, vivant et pas asseptisè, proche du centre d'Andorra tout en étant au calme avec piscine exterieure et spa. Un bon choix en amoureux ou en famille, les randonnèes et les lacs accessibles en 5 min en voiture ou en 15 en transport.

ExceptionalY estuvimos en junio y volvimos a repetir en septiembre del 2022. El entorno maravilloso, paradisiaco, tranquilo, de descanso. Las habitaciones muy bien equipadas, con calidad en colchón y almohada para propiciar. Mejor descanso. Piscina exterior excepcional. Gimnasio pequeño pero suficiente y muy práctico. Atención del personal para que uno se sienta mejor. Os lo recomiendo. Volvemos. Difundo.. Gracias. Enhorabuena!

ExceptionalGreat hotel! We’ve stayed here a few times before. This time all the staff were excellent! The facility’s are top notch clean and big rooms. One staff member in particular Mikel went above and beyond to make sure our party had amazing experience great guy!
