Lovely hotel with great facilities, really good restaurant and bars, bowling alley and awesome spa. Super pet friendly with welcome pack waiting for us in the room when we arrived. Sufficient car parking area (for a charge). The Bike park Pal Arnisal is 10 minutes drive, Campedrosa natural park is 2 minutes drive. Overall great spot for a summer vacation in Andorra (probably as good in winter, but we only explored it in June)

We stayed at an alternative hotel but were told by locals of the day passes available for Princesa Parc spa. We visited after a day of skiing and paid £18pp for the spa. This didn’t have a time limit but we went in the early evening and it shut at 9pm. The spa facilities were perfect, multiple steam rooms, two saunas, a pool with jets and bubbles and an extra hot pool (I loved). Also an ice pool bit to walk through (shallow) and an ice bucket. Towels included in price. We didn’t get any treatments but looked at the menu for this, varied in price.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours et 3 nuits dans ce superbe hôtel. Tout est parfait: hôtel à deux pas des remontées de ski et des navettes de bus pour visiter toutes l’Andorre. Parking gratuit à 200m sinon 2 parking payants privés (15€/j extérieur et 20€/j intérieur). Tout le confort est pensé pour les clients:chambre luxueuse, bien insonorisée. Nous avons une belle vue sur la vallée. Les parties privées comme communes sont très propres. Club enfant ouvert de 15h à 22h avec une animatrice géniale. Je recommande l’option boisson à volonté pour profiter des deux bars de l’hôtel. Soirées musicales organisées plusieurs fois par semaine. Restaurant le Louis XIV divin: service chaleureux, mets exquis, du choix et de la qualité sont au menu. La piscine intérieure est incroyable avec plusieurs espaces (sauna, hamam, bains froids…). Attention les enfants n’y sont admis que de 12h à 18h. Réception aux petits soins. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Diana parc. Merci à toute l’équipe !

De nouveau dans cet hôtel-restaurant luxueux au Diana Parc (renommé Hotel Princesa Parc Excellence) pour se détendre, se faire plaisir et fêter notre anniversaire. Le personnel nous réserve un très bel accueil dès notre arrivée et tout est fait pour que vous passiez un très bon moment. Tout le personnel est accueillant, très sympathique et à l'écoute du client. Il y a beaucoup d'activités dans cet hôtel (bowling, salle de sport, billard, flippers, jeux vidéo , ) et l'espace bien-être est magnifique, vaste et complet. La chambre supérieure est romantique, de qualité et dispose du confort attendu (Bonne literie, minibar, Peignoirs et pantoufles, téléviseur avec grand choix de chaînes...,), ainsi que deux salles de bains complète avec baignoire à hydromassage. Le bar propose un vaste choix de boissons à prix correct. Le restaurant Louis XV est un coup de cœur : un cadre magnifique, des plats bien cuisinés avec vue sur les cuisines. Un clin d'œil à Xavier (responsable), Malena et le reste du personnel du restaurant pour leurs gentillesses et leurs professionnalismes. Le petit-déjeuner est varié avec une base de choix et une carte avec choix de plats (inclus ou payant) cuisinés sur place par le chef. Au dîner, le chef vous propose une carte de plats avec choix variés (entrée/plat/dessert) avec indication d'allergènes. La cuisine est excellente et créative. Une carte des vins est proposée et à tous les prix. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir, Les jumeaux de Toulouse

Venant régulièrement dans cet hôtel depuis 2018, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Après une petite baisse de qualité liée à la période post covid, l'hôtel est revenu à son meilleur niveau et continue de s'ameliorer avec des nouveautés à venir. Ainsi, la nouvelle salle de sport est moderne avec du matériel de qualité. Le spa est chaleureux et cocooning dans sa nouvelle ambiance. Les massages sont de bonne qualité avec des prix corrects. Le petit déjeuner du restaurant Louis XV est revenu à son meilleur niveau avec de nouvelles idées comme une formule petit déjeuner sain. Mais le vrai trésor de cet hôtel est son ambiance familiale et chaleureuse. La gentillesse de son personnel est sans égal et nous fait sentir comme des hôtes de marque. Je remercie spécialement David, Albert et le maître d'hôtel du Louis XV qui sont toujours heureux de nous revoir. Les chambres du Louis XV bénéficient d'une vue magnifique. Nous reviendrons cet été pour profiter de ses activités estivales, notamment les randonnées organisées par l'hôtel ainsi que la piscine estivale.

travelled as a group of 14 f.From check in to departure it was so good reception staff so helpful rooms allocated to us were perfect and cleaning of them was top notch .Food in hotel very goo wit loads of choice in buffet an a la carte excellent We are definitely going to return next year

J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour quelques jours de déconnection, de total repos et de relaxation. Le rapport qualité/prix est exceptionnel. Très bon accueil, personnel discret et présent. Chambre impeccable. Félicitations au chef du Louis XV et à son équipe. Plats originaux, gouteux, cuisinés avec soin. Service irréprochable, souriant et sympa. Le petit déjeuner était sous forme de menu et vraiment copieux !

Super room (I won’t say which as its the second year running we have enjoyed it and don’t want it overbooked). The restaurant is very good and the drinks package works out good value even if you are not a big drinker. Spa also very good afterva day on the slopes. Friendly staff throughout.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el hotel ,la comida en el restaurante a la carta está muy bien y la atención de Javier y las dos camareras ha sido espectacular ,él recepción a destacar el trato de el hombre que nos subió las maletas ,siempre con una sonrisa en la cara … A mejorar,a falta de ganas de los que atienden el bar ,son gente muy joven y se le ve que están ahí para complot el trámite ,no es normal que para pedir un café solo ten 2 personas delante de ti y tarden siempre 5-10 minutos en atenderte ,(muyyyyy lentos ) ,el tema del aire acondicionado….hace calor en la habitación por muy montaña de un sea ,la presión del agua caliente es malísima ,casi no salía ,teníamos jacuzzi en la habitación llenarla costaba 45 minutos y al darle marcha ni una triste burbuja ….el tema del spa ….me parece normal que por la tarde está permitida la entrada de niños ….pero es una locura de niños gritando y salpicando ,deberían controlar un poco . Por lo demás ,creo que repetiría

Faisant partie d'un groupe avec un voyagiste, nous n'avons pas choisi cet hotel, changé avant le départ, nous n'avons rien perdu au change pour les chambres, surclassé probablement à cause du petit nombre de touristes et tous regroupés dans une seule aile de l'hotel , tant mieux pour nous très bon accueil, dommage pour la piscine pas ouverte en cette fin de mois d'avril 2022, de même que le spa, restauration correcte, mais ne relève de pas de la gastronomie , un peu répétitif au niveau des entrées, dessert

Chambre correct sous les toits mais il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation ( donc si vous savez chaud il faudra demander un ventilateur à la réception) concernant les repas petit-déjeuner très correct avec des suggestions possible avec ou sans supplément financier pour le repas du soir en tout cas en demi-pension il faut savoir qu'un supplément de 3 € vous sera demandé pour l eau

No tuve buena experiencia

My 13th or so time in Arinsal and about 5th time at this and the neighbouring hotel. Room was lovely with comfy bed, fresh bottle of water every day and pillow menu (found on last day!). Had mini bar but as no price list assumed this was at charge so didnt use. Bathroom very old, cracked sink, in bath covers fell off jacuzzi jets when used and not refixed by housekeeping so stayed off for next 8 days. Worse though, thick long black hairs on bathroom floor and round bath taps on arrival and stayed there for 4 days (yuk). Cleaning in bathroom not done to a good standard through whole of stay. Breakfast limited and when ordered 'full english' it turned up cold, greasy and inedible. Overall a decent stay but would not class this hotel as a 5*

Stayed here with my son, 9 YO - 1st Ski trip on the slopes. Lets go from the beginning ... Check in was OK, greeted by someone pretty nice and sensible , they hit you with a tax for staying. No issues with that, they then check you in and point you in the direction of the rooms, we were 5204 - Main building upstairs. Room was comfy and clean, bit tired but we were only using it as a base for sleeping and getting changed so no issues. Had a suite with a jacuzzi in it - One bed, no sofa bed made up, again, no issue, he was always going to crash in the bed with me, albeit, any other 5* would have asked the question when you book a room with 2 beds? ... - Maybe ambitious ... Went for breakfast few bits have a supplement, but not a big deal, I get that the last couple of years have been tough on the industry and its only a couple of Euro's , day 1 all good, no issues, headed up the slope (Gondola is about 2 mins away) wasn't an issue collected tickets and went up. Job done - No hotel issues. Got back day 2 - Went in got changed, enquired about the spa, both of us thought we could do with a little chill in the pool , they then tell you that you can only take kids in between 12-6... Bit of an issue in ski season in my opinion, I asked if there is a way to amend the policy, he had lessons at 12 so was a pain, and we could have gone in before as was no bookings, ultimately refused so booked for 5pm the next day. Went down at 4:55 - given some towels, some flip flops and a reception from the most miserable 2 people I have met in a while... Went in, no issues, 5:58, the 2 happy people from the spa come in and moan that 5-6 of us haven't left, we'd booked till 6 & paid till 6... but clearly the 2 minutes were for exiting... the spa, not for using your hour. No biggy I guess.... But ***, you pay for a pool, then are chased out, I'm not one for taking advantage, however would like to have an hour rather than feel like that's the time I have to be out of the changing rooms. Next day we didn't bother booking it, went out for dinner and then went downstairs to play bowling and arcade games, nice little feature tbf, take some euro coins downstairs. Jacuzzi suite isn't worth it, as it took about 2 hours to fill up and its not great for having a shower in (water leaks off the site) but overall it was a pleasant stay, in both location and the general hotel. No real complaints other than the agreement it doesn't really feel like a 5*, probably a 4* at best ... Would I go back, for convenience, yeah, for the spa, no, but in general it was all ok, probably didn't feel like I got value for the price, but we enjoyed the trip... Fairly busy hotel but I think this is location driven.
