Unpleasant Experience at a Four-Star Hotel

Not goodA four-star hotel with rooms that smell musty and appear uninhabited for a long time. There are no staff available to assist guests by carrying their luggage to the rooms.

ExceptionalTôi đã có một trải nghiệm tốt ở khách sạn. Không gian vô cùng rộng rãi và thoáng mát. Phòng nghỉ có view nhìn ra Hồ Tây vô cùng lãng mạn. Bể bơi rộng đẹp như resort, nước trong mát, đồ ăn ngon. Các gia đình ở Hà Nội hoặc khu vực lân cận có thể đến đây đổi gió cuối tuần rất phù hợp!

ExceptionalKhác với các khách sạn ở Hà Nội, Khách sạn có bãi đỗ xe rộng rãi, thuận tiện cho xe ô tô di chuyển. Mình rất thích phòng view hồ ở đây, phòng ốc sạch sẽ thoáng đãng. Nhà hàng rộng rãi. Điểm cộng là nhân viên được đào tạo rất tốt, gia đình mình đi có em bé nên hơi làm phiền một chút nhưng các anh chị nhân viên vẫn rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ mình khi cần. Sẽ quay lại đây nếu có dịp ra Hà Nội.

Exceptional酒店就在還劍湖旁邊，客房有陽台，面對還劍湖，早晨聽小鳥唱歌，自助早餐也不錯，雖然酒店掛四星，但是衞生設施老舊，前台小姑娘會講中文，非常有禮。

ExceptionalMy kids like this place very much since the space and view is really perfect. Lots of tree are around and all rooms have lake view. Breakfast is ok. We will stay again in our next trip to Hanoi. Recommend

ExceptionalI went there for event of company for the meeting around 700 pax. I got the room with view of lake same side with restaurant and bar. Breakfast is basic and same for everyday. Good price compaire with old town, same price in old town you got the room No window, but I got room with view on the lake. Value for money!

ExceptionalTôi đã đưa gia đình đến đây nghỉ vào cuối tuần. Một khách sạn có không gian đẹp, thoáng đãng. Rất thích hợp để nghỉ ngơi. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, họ đã hỗ trợ chúng tôi chụp rất nhiều ảnh đẹp. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây. Cám ơn các bạn.
