ExceptionalExcelente estadia de fim de semana. Funcionários prestáveis e educados e sempre disponíveis, Pequeno almoço muito bom e diversificado. Jantámos duas noites no Hotel em regime de buffet e a comida é bem confeccionada, com muita variedade e em muita quantidade.

ExcellentHotel de modo geral muito agradável. Quartos amplos e confortáveis, embora o colchão fosse um pouco duro. Zona muito tranquila. Jantar muito bom. O pequeno almoço poderia ser um pouco mais diversificado. Pena não ter piscina. De resto gostamos da experiência.

ExcellentUma das boas razões para escolher este hotel é a sua localização, pois por se encontrar num local relativamente isolado, é bastante sossegado e, como tal, relaxante. Claro que isso também pode ser um problema, já que se não quiser almoçar/jantar no hotel(o nosso caso), terá que se deslocar de carro para o fazer. No que ao quarto e casa de banho dizem respeito, são muito espaçosos. Pequeno almoço ligeiramente abaixo da média desta gama de hotéis. Apesar desses pequenos pormenores, considero que a estadia, no cômputo geral, foi agradável.

ExcellentAlthough in quite a remote area, this hotel is modern and well finished. We stayed there for 2 nights with a Titan holiday tour. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The room and facilities were fitting a modern 4*. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. The food was average though, with not much choice and there was only one staff in the restaurant for the 47 of us. Crazy! He really tried - but could have used help...

ExcellentWe stayed at this hotel on a coach tour of the area. A lovely base for seeing the surrounding area. Comfortable bed and good food. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. We loved the rural situation of the hotel with it's fantastic views.

GoodMain hotel in Tabuaço built around 2013. Rooms are quite large and clean. Beds are very hard and equipped with low quality mattresses. Breakfast is varied and average quality. Hotels caters mainly to organized group travel, so dining/breakfast area can be quite busy and noisy. Overall it is well priced to the value it offers.

GoodSituated on a hillside just outside Tabuaco the hotel boasts stunning views. It is possible to walk.into the village (about 20minutes). It is well situated for exploring the area around the Douro. The hotel.is modern and rooms are a good size with the amenities you would expect. Staff are friendly and helpful, if a little overwhelmed when there were 2 large groups there. Food was plentiful and good, although not always that much choice. Having said that, my partner is a fussy eater and he found things to eat. Greater attention to detail would improve ratings e.g the safes did not work (despite bringing this up with the hotel.on multiple occasions), the Orange juice at breakfast was very weak, more like Orange squash than proper orange juice.

GoodA decent enough hotel, but it's remote location lets it down. The room was spacious well appointed, clean and comfortable, without being outstanding. The breakfast buffet was good, with a good selection of fruit, cereals, cheese, ham, bread, eggs, bacon etc. Staff were helpful and friendly

GoodTendo já fico em vários hotéis da cadeia, este foi de todos o que menos impressionou. Os quartos eram arrumadas, espaçosos. No check in estava um quarto em falta. O almoço de Páscoa começou às 13h00 e as 13h15 um dos pratos tinha acabado, não existindo possibilidade de reposição. Extintores com validade ultrapassada à mais de um ano. Falta algum tipo de oferta de animação temática no hotel principalmente quando se trata de épocas festivas. Pequeno almoço e refeições estão assinalados pelo hotel com um horário é começam sempre 30 min mais tarde. A funcionária que servia as refeições era muito simpática e solicita Vamos continuar na cadeia mas não iremos regressar a este hotel.

Not goodfairly awful. Air con had switched off. We had to find the fuses box in the wardrobe and switch the air con on ourselves. Safe didn't work because they ran out of batteries - every room. The fridge was locked. Tea and coffe provided but no milk and nowhere around to buy any. The hotel was a concrete block miles from anywhere. Didn't think much of the food - didn't try the diced pigs ears.

Not goodTelefone avariado na suite (a recepção sabia do facto) e não se deram ao trabalho de acordar os hóspedes no dia seguinte apesar de pedido. Jantar muito fraco e pequeno almoço paupérrimo. Não voltarei.
