The hotel is conveniently located near the old town, just a walk across Chuong Duong bridge. The hotel is really beautiful and clean, everyone. Prices are much more reasonable compared to the old town. The hotel's facilities are very comprehensive and clean. Especially, the receptionist here is extremely professional and friendly. Upon arrival, they helped me with my luggage to the room and greeted all guests. Cons: the area seems a bit melancholic at night, morning traffic jams, and vehicles are prohibited from crossing Chuong Duong bridge to enter the old town from 6 am, so it's quite far to reach the old town.

Khách sạn nằm gần khu phố cổ, chỉ cần băng qua cầu Chương Dương là đến. Khách sạn rất đẹp và sạch sẽ. Giá cả hợp lý hơn nhiều so với khu phố cổ. Trang thiết bị trong khách sạn rất đầy đủ và sạch sẽ. Đặc biệt, nhân viên lễ tân ở đây rất chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện. Khi tôi đến, họ đã giúp tôi mang hành lý vào phòng và chào đón tất cả khách hàng. Nhược điểm: khu vực này vào ban đêm có vẻ buồn tẻ, buổi sáng kẹt xe và cấm xe qua cầu Chương Dương vào phố cổ từ 6 giờ sáng nên việc đi qua phố cổ rất xa.

È stato il nostro primo soggiorno in Vietnam. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera in buone condizioni e pulita. Colazione buona con piatti solamente asiatici. Con un motorino o una macchina è molto semplice e veloce raggiungere il centro.

수영장이 있는 프랑스풍의 엔틱한 4성급호텔입니다. 저는 스위트룸에 묵었는데, 전반적으로 낡은 느낌은 있으나, 전 만족했습니다. 하지만 한가지 구조적인 문제인듯한데 아랫쪽방 말소리까지 들릴정도록 방음에 문제가 있습니다. 예민한분은 싫어하실듯합니다. 통유리 사이에 틈이 벌어져 있습니다.

At first when we came to check in I didn’t have my passeport normally all around Asia the one of my girlfriend is enough… I rented a motorbike so my passeport were at the renting place he told me directly you’re not gonna check in you’ll sleep on the sidewalk outside nobody’s never ever dare to talk to me like garbage like that guys name was Ngan lee… then I complain to that situation to the manager he did nothing for us and hang up on me ! Then on the morning we left the room the guy offered us bottle of water for what happened then we left the room they wanted to charge us for 4 bottle of water and a tiny towel they didn’t find (towel was there when we left) I won’t recommend that hotel for anybody the staff are incompetent and not helpful at all they are disrespectful and unpleasant… then they told us everything was ok and we have a message from booking that now we have to pay for water that the guy gave us and for the towel worst experience ever and I’m traveling a lot… Flee those guys don’t go there we payed 40€ for a room there it wasn’t worth it room was noisy and there was a pipe leaking in the bathroom and then we are the victims and we have to pay extra !!! Don’t go there !! They are stupid and no consideration and scammers !!!

This place is no where near the centre of town. Do yourself a favour and pay a little more to stay in the old quarter because you’ll be using the money on taxis if you stay here. There are no places to eat within walking distance and the hotel is located right next to the bridge that separates old and new Hanoi. This makes the area extremely busy, loud and dirty. The beds are like slabs of wood with sheets on. We asked to change rooms because of the bed only to be offered another room with the exact same bed. The room had a booklet advising of in-room dining and cocktails on the 8th floor however, this was not available and the 8th floor consisted of only rooms. We requested airport pickup only to be left at the airport. We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel, the taxi was cheaper than the hotel shuttle. Don’t bother staying here. We were provided an upgrade to the room with the worlds most hardest bed. I’m so happy I’m only staying one night here. Avoid this place and Stay somewhere nice in the centre of town.
