One portion arrived first, while the European-style breakfast set took 30 minutes to come 🙏🏻STAFF RAN BY AND ASKED: “Did you order the breakfast set?!” “Where is the breakfast set?” The European set brought out had pre-cut oranges, watermelon, and passion fruits that seemed old and dried out, likely left out for too long 🥲Let's see if it's worth 198k per portion, folks?!?!?

Amazing kind hospitality, in particular of the receptionist Ngoc. I was there when the typhoon hit and she was really kind looking after me. Hotel is nice as well, had some good nights of sleep in the centre of the city. I would definitely return.

We arrived at the hotel in August and stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is near the center, very convenient for transportation. The breakfast here is amazing and the staff are very friendly. Thank you Jayce and Kelvin for assisting me during my stay at the hotel. The hotel room is clean, I will come back for next year's vacation

Bb sapa hotel is a 4 star hotel. Location is next to the train to Fansipan.. Right next door. Interior the hotel has got quality. We were there for 2 nights. Overall the place is OK. Breakfast is good with a nice lady in charge.. She was very helpful. Love their egg Omellet. Sorry did not get her name but would definately recommend the management to give her a promotion. Reception only one gentlemen by the name Ambi (tall guy), was very helpful and very knowledgeable about Sapa.. He recommended and help us a lot. This guy also we would. Highly recommend him. For a promotion as he really works wonders to upgrade your hotel status and made our stay at Sapa very memorable.
