Exceptional真心超級滿意 以後東京肯定衹住這裏了 服務是我來日本幾十次裏入住服務最最舒心的酒店。房間設施也很貼心，用起來非常舒適便利。尤其是服務，中英文都有，服務人員是發自內心的服務，從下車辦理入住，到最後離開送上車，都讓你無可挑剔。入住的時候小孩還送了柴犬小玩偶，房間一晚上9瓶歐舒丹中樣再加歐舒丹肥皂2塊。用完第二天都會補上。早餐也很不錯，服務很好，我們忘記帶餐飲券了，去日式餐區我跟接待人員説，我回房間取。對方直接説不用，衹問了我房間號。我後來説一會送來，服務人員也説真的不需要。園林也很漂亮，直接就是一個景點，特別安靜愜意。這次住了2天，我本來想再續住2晚，一起的朋友覺得去銀座太遠了，改住了帝國。説實話去了帝國我真超級後悔。從房間大小到軟件到服務，都不及這裏愜意，我寧願打車來回。5個人打車商務車去帝國3400日幣，酒店前台幫我們代叫的車。酒店的温泉和游泳池等我沒有體驗這次。下次一定補。衹有住過一次的人才能真正體會物有所值！帝國我不建議了，很小，兩邊價格差不多，寧願住這裏。

Exceptional留給了一個非常好的印象，下次一定會再入住。 環境很舒服、悠閑渡假的酒店。庭園每天有雲海景觀欣賞，環境優美。
酒店餐廳質素也很高，服務和食物一樣很好。 最欣賞他們在庭園裏的菊水樓的鰻魚定食。
酒店房間寬敞潔淨，SPA 、泳池、健身房地方高雅。值得推薦。
