Exceptional (9.0+)Trong chuyến công tác của tôi tại Luxeden, tôi đã có những khoảng thời gian ấm cúng. Đó không chỉ là sự chào đón nồng hậu mà còn là phòng nghỉ thoải mái. Món ăn sáng Việt Nam là điều tôi rất thích, khiến cho những ngày tuyệt vời của tôi tại Hà Nội. Đây là một địa điểm thuận tiện cho tôi di chuyển trực tiếp đến nơi làm việc và dễ dàng đặt xe Grab nữa. Rất đáng giới thiệu cho những ai có kế hoạch công tác tại Hà Nội.

GoodTôi thấy so với chất lượng và giá tiền thì chưa tương xứng lắm. Buffet sáng thì ít món. Phòng thì bình thường, các dịch vụ tiện ích đi kèm như spa, xông hơi thì không có. Nhà hàng thì thiếu nhân lực nên chỉ phục vụ bữa sáng, còn bữa trưa và tối thì không có, muốn ăn thì phải ra ngoài.

Excellent (8.0+)The staff was responsive and helpful. I asked them to book me a bus ticket to Ha Giang, and they were able to do so in advance. The morning I was meant to leave on the bus they booked me a taxi and sent an English-speaking guide with me to help me navigate the busy bus terminal. The breakfast had a nice variety and a great view. Bed was fairly comfortable.
