The hotel boasts a modern and impressive appearance. Facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and sauna are delightful, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. However, our room was excessively noisy. We could not only hear street parties but also clearly hear our neighbors.

To start with, the staff here is incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to assist. The rooms and facilities are impeccably clean. Given the large number of European guests, the staff speaks excellent English and caters to diverse needs. We opted for a one-bedroom suite due to traveling with an infant, necessitating cooking and laundry facilities. Despite encountering issues three times with both the stove and washing machine, the staff responded promptly and resolved the problems efficiently. They even allowed us to use the hotel's laundry facilities temporarily. Overall, laundry proved challenging due to ineffective dryers and the absence of drying racks; we resorted to hanging clothes on hangers. The pool area is notably comfortable, complemented by a sauna, steam room, and a well-equipped fitness center with showers. Breakfast at the Cocette restaurant (a popular French chain in Vietnam) offers made-to-order eggs, a variety of pho and Vietnamese specialties, croissants, fresh fruits, cereals, and daily-changing freshly squeezed juices. Coffee is included but served from a fully automatic machine; we preferred Starbucks coffee ordered via Grab. In conclusion, this hotel comes highly recommended, especially for extended stays (we stayed for 2 weeks); everyone is accommodating and great with children. The neighborhood is trendy and youthful, featuring breweries, stylish restaurants, and cafes nearby, along with supermarkets and street food options. We thoroughly enjoyed the location.

Có rất nhiều khách Châu Âu, vì vậy nhân viên nói tiếng Anh tốt và hiểu những nhu cầu của khách. Chúng tôi đã ở trong một căn hộ một phòng ngủ, vì có em bé, chúng tôi phải nấu ăn và giặt giũ. Đã có vấn đề ba lần với bếp và máy giặt, nhưng nhân viên đã nhanh chóng có mặt và giải quyết. Sau đó, chúng tôi được phép sử dụng máy giặt của khách sạn một thời gian. Tóm lại, việc giặt là vấn đề khó khăn vì máy sấy không hoạt động tốt và không có giá để phơi. Chúng tôi đã phơi quần áo bằng móc treo. My experience with SILA was terrible. I do not recommend it to anyone. There were very few breakfast options available, which I did not prefer. The service was appalling. Despite arriving earlier and ordering just warm water, the waiter served my male friend tea first. My laundry went missing—9 pieces the first time. Despite numerous follow-up emails, SILA couldn't confirm how many items were returned. I might have made mistakes too, as I didn't count the laundry the first time. Even after providing evidence the second time, they insisted they were correct. Their service left me speechless; they only responded via email. Please reconsider choosing SILA for long stays—it's truly unpleasant and frustrating.

Firstly, it must be said that the restaurant service was incredibly disappointing. The "buffet" was so tiny that when a group of 15 people arrived, it caused complete chaos. I had to request my coffee 10 times before finally receiving it. The food itself was overly basic and not at all suitable for a hotel of this caliber. If you wanted something like soup or an egg, you had to place an order with the already overwhelmed staff, resulting in endless waiting. The rooms themselves were generally satisfactory, but there were issues such as the inability to close the "balcony door" and the malfunctioning closet light that wouldn't switch off. As for the air conditioning, it only seemed capable of delivering ice-cold blasts or nothing at all. The most frustrating incident occurred when I left an unused hair dye kit on the counter for two days, only to find it had either been thrown away or stolen by the second day. When I queried the staff about this, they insisted it must have been our own fault, despite the cleaner supposedly just emptying the trash cans. Even beneath the beds, cleanliness seemed lacking. Therefore, a word of advice: never leave anything unattended for more than two days, as you may find yourself wrongly accused of disposing of it, or perhaps reconsider your decision to stay here altogether.

Tôi đã phải đặt lại cà phê 10 lần trước khi nhận được nó. Về đồ ăn, nó quá đơn giản và không phù hợp với một khách sạn ở tầng lớp này. Nếu bạn muốn súp hay một quả trứng chẳng hạn, bạn phải đặt hàng từ nhân viên, những người đã bận rộn với mọi thứ = chờ đợi mãi mãi. Các phòng ngủ thì nói chung là chấp nhận được. Vấn đề là bạn không thể đóng cửa "cửa sổ ban công" và đèn trong tủ quần áo không tắt được. Không cần phải nói nhiều về điều hòa không khí. Nó chỉ có thể là lạnh lẽo hoặc không có gì cả. Phần tốt nhất là, tôi đã để một bộ nhuộm tóc chưa sử dụng trên quầy trong hai ngày. Vào ngày thứ hai, nó đã bị vứt vào thùng rác hoặc bị mất. Khi tôi hỏi nhân viên về điều này, họ cứ khăng khăng rằng chắc chắn là do chúng tôi và người dọn phòng chỉ đơn giản là đổ rác. Bạn cũng nên lau dọn dưới giường. While my boyfriend struggled with the neighboring rooster's midnight crowing, average sleepers like myself were undisturbed by the sounds. Sila Urban Living captivates with its prime location, reasonable price point, and excellent amenities. It's a highly recommended choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
