We opted for a one-bedroom suite due to traveling with an infant, necessitating cooking and laundry facilities. Despite encountering issues three times with both the stove and washing machine, the staff responded promptly and resolved the problems efficiently. They even allowed us to use the hotel's laundry facilities temporarily. Overall, laundry proved challenging due to ineffective dryers and the absence of drying racks; we resorted to hanging clothes on hangers. The pool area is notably comfortable, complemented by a sauna, steam room, and a well-equipped fitness center with showers. Breakfast at the Cocette restaurant (a popular French chain in Vietnam) offers made-to-order eggs, a variety of pho and Vietnamese specialties, croissants, fresh fruits, cereals, and daily-changing freshly squeezed juices. Coffee is included but served from a fully automatic machine; we preferred Starbucks coffee ordered via Grab. In conclusion, this hotel comes highly recommended, especially for extended stays (we stayed for 2 weeks); everyone is accommodating and great with children. The neighborhood is trendy and youthful, featuring breweries, stylish restaurants, and cafes nearby, along with supermarkets and street food options. We thoroughly enjoyed the location.

Despite arriving earlier and ordering just warm water, the waiter served my male friend tea first. My laundry went missing—9 pieces the first time. Despite numerous follow-up emails, SILA couldn't confirm how many items were returned. I might have made mistakes too, as I didn't count the laundry the first time. Even after providing evidence the second time, they insisted they were correct. Their service left me speechless; they only responded via email. Please reconsider choosing SILA for long stays—it's truly unpleasant and frustrating.

I had to request my coffee 10 times before finally receiving it. The food itself was overly basic and not at all suitable for a hotel of this caliber. If you wanted something like soup or an egg, you had to place an order with the already overwhelmed staff, resulting in endless waiting. The rooms themselves were generally satisfactory, but there were issues such as the inability to close the "balcony door" and the malfunctioning closet light that wouldn't switch off. As for the air conditioning, it only seemed capable of delivering ice-cold blasts or nothing at all. The most frustrating incident occurred when I left an unused hair dye kit on the counter for two days, only to find it had either been thrown away or stolen by the second day. When I queried the staff about this, they insisted it must have been our own fault, despite the cleaner supposedly just emptying the trash cans. Even beneath the beds, cleanliness seemed lacking. Therefore, a word of advice: never leave anything unattended for more than two days, as you may find yourself wrongly accused of disposing of it, or perhaps reconsider your decision to stay here altogether.
