I seldom write reviews, but the service provided here truly amazed me. Upon our arrival on the first day, the concierge team greeted us warmly and patiently briefed us on various activities in the neighborhood. Whenever we needed assistance (e.g., utensils for outside food), they promptly and efficiently catered to our needs. Upon check-out, our prearranged transportation was almost 45 minutes late, which we had booked separately. Despite not being their responsibility, the hotel staff still checked on us regularly, offering assistance to contact our arranged transport or arrange a separate taxi to ensure we wouldn't miss our flight. Overall, I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed during my stay here (the room & lobby were also clean and attractive). I would definitely recommend this place to friends and families visiting.

Ngay khi đến vào ngày đầu tiên, nhân viên lễ tân đã chào đón chúng tôi rất nồng hậu và kiên nhẫn giải thích những điều cần làm xung quanh khu phố. Khi chúng tôi cần giúp đỡ (ví dụ như dụng cụ ăn cho đồ ăn chúng tôi mua từ bên ngoài), họ luôn phục vụ chúng tôi một cách nhanh chóng và hiệu quả. Khi trả phòng, phương tiện di chuyển theo lịch trình của chúng tôi (mà chúng tôi đã đặt từ một nhà cung cấp khác một cách độc lập) gần như muộn 45 phút! Mặc dù không phải là "vấn đề của họ", nhân viên khách sạn vẫn thường xuyên kiểm tra tình hình của chúng tôi, đề nghị giúp chúng tôi gọi phương tiện di chuyển theo lịch trình của chúng tôi hoặc đặt một chiếc taxi riêng để chúng tôi không bỏ lỡ chuyến bay. 環境很好 靠近還劍湖

第二次入住這家，環境還可以，最好不要選10樓，雖然有落地窗（整塊玻璃不能打開通風的）看風景，因為樓頂就是酒吧，晚上11點多才不吵。離還劍湖步行5分鐘，與三十六行街的銀行街相鄰

Service quality meets 5-star standards! Super comfy bedding with spacious bathroom. Breakfast buffet exhibited both viet and western fusion style. The spa could have been a bit bigger, the current scale and workforce are not capable of accomodating even for 10% of the hotel guests.

鬧中取靜的酒店，整體很高檔。定的家庭俱樂部房，此行最滿意的酒店。早餐很精緻，酒店人員素質很高，酒店的餐廳食物也很美味。小小的缺點，一是電梯少，小，而且慢。二是地處鬧事，門口沒有停車區域，有點擁擠。

We had a great stay at La Siesta Ma May! Throughout our trip, they made us feel right at home - always making sure that our needs are fulfilled and queries answered. Special shoutout to Thanh Hang and her colleagues for looking out for us and going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! Would highly recommend everyone who’s looking to visit Hanoi to give this hotel a try. Their Michelin-star restaurant, Red Bean Ma May, serves up some lip-smacking, high quality Vietnamese food. Their house bar offers great cocktails and a view over Hanoi’s old quarter. The in-house spa, La Spa, was the best massage I’ve ever had. So be sure to check them all out while you’re there too! The service across all these establishments is just as good as its hotel, such a great experience overall!
