Excellent location. The hotel appears pleasant only in the lobby; however, the quality inside the rooms is subpar. The housekeeping service needs improvement. Upon checking in, my room had hair on the sink (which was quite obvious in origin). The receptionist and doorman provided excellent service.

I am an avid traveler, but at this hotel, the receptionist lost our ID card and refused to take responsibility. I explained that we trusted the hotel to securely handle our personal documents. How could they lose them? The staff's attitude was dismissive, claiming they only misplaced it somewhere, not lost it entirely. They asked us to leave and said they would contact us once found. A week later, they admitted they mistakenly gave it to another guest. What if a criminal steals my documents to obtain loans or mortgages? Who bears the responsibility then? Am I to blame? I demanded that the hotel director take accountability and enforce strict measures against these employees.

The bed was perfect, bathroom spotless like brand new,and the location spot on. Eventhough the hotel located at busy area,near to market but we can't really hear a single sound in our 3 nigh stay. The staffs are friendly and polite. Sure will be back.

When I first arrived at a&EM art hotel, staff Sally informed our seven people group that some of the room type we booked are sold out, and they will upgrade us to nicer rooms without extra charge. Also, as an apology of the inconvenience caused, Hotel offered free ride to the airport. The whole process is fast and smooth. We are happy with staff Sally’s professional work for us to have good start in our vacation. Also, the bar upstairs is outstanding, can be a very good place for a drink to relax.

Very conveniently situated in the heart of ho chi Minh, within 5/10mins walking distance of all major attractions and shops/ night markets etc.. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, we stayed in the corner suite which was absolutely beautiful, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful , the breakfast is beautiful. All in all i would highly recommend this hotel I've travelled around SE asia alot especially vietnam and this hotel is up there with the best I've stayed in.

My fiancee and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and they gave us a great experience overall! Food from the breakfast buffet was amazing and rooms were really clean. Upon arrival, concierge took care of our baggages and helped us with the check-in process. We came to the hotel hours before check-in time but the hotel accomodated us right away without asking for additional fees! The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city. The famous Ben Thanh Market/Ben Thanh Streetfood Market are at a walking distance and there are lots of bars/restaurants nearby. Also, travel agencies are to be found all over the district. They also have a pool/fitness centre available to all guests. Highly reccomended for people who want great service for a reasonable price!

Right in District 1. Walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. Food is everywhere. Hotel is clean and modern. Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly and they have free Tea Time buffet. Nothing much selection but its free anyway. The rooftop got a small pool and at night is a club. Highly recommended if u looking for a hotel which is trendy and new.

Loved this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean, the hall ways are a little dated, but that is no big deal. Good variety for the included breakfast, the afternoon tea was nice too. Great location, only 5 minute walk to Ben Thanh market

It is my first time stay in this hotel & it is fantastic. Just like Hilton standards. Front desk receptionist Ms. Bich Phuong speaks good English & very friendly. Mr Tan the bellboy is very helpful. I am amazed with the quality of this hotel & staffs. I moved out to another hotel in district 1 in japanese street middle of my trip but moved back into A&em Art because of it”s bed quality, room comfort, good breakfast & friendly staffs. This hotel also walking distance to Ben Tanh market.

Came here on a business mixed leisure purpose, and booked this hotel based on recommendation by friends. When we arrived at the hotel, we are greeted warmly by bellboys, receptionists and they gave us welcome drink, served by Ms Nhi. Mr Tan (bellboy) is very helpful, and attend to our needs, even during rainy days offered us hotel umbrella before we went out! Ms Phuong (receptionist) are also very helpful and curteous in handling many customers that walked in everyday. This hotel have gym, pool and opposite of the hotel they have Lavender Spa which offers great and relaxing massages. The room are spacious, and clean. They make sure that the room is properly attended to before you go into the room. The breakfast is all right, with the options to order noodle soup, and some other variety of foods. Ms Nhi and her friends will always be there to serve to your needs in ordering. The location of this hotel is quite convenient too, with walking distance to Ben Thanh market, Saigon square and Takashimaya. All in all its a great hotel. Recommended for solo travellers and also family with childrens.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to assist us and genuinely seemed to care. The breakfast was good and the complimentary afternoon tea was a nice touch. Location was excellent. It was, however, a very small room and although the bed was comfortable and clean, it was hard to be tidy in such a small space- typical of an inner city hotel in a very busy city, I guess. The pool was a bit of a let down as it didn’t seem especially clean and there was no one serving refreshments in the bar in the afternoon.

Ok location, the rest is bad. Filthy corridors and stairs, piles of dirty linen, bugs (cockroaches) in dining room during breakfast, dining room staff not speaking English, the bed hard like concrete, noisy room as windows not sealed, murky water in the swimming pool- didn’t risk swimming - it’s just some of issues.

My sis and I had an inner room with two twin beds. While it was tiny it was more then efficient for us as we don’t spend a great deal of time in the room when we travel. The breakfast included was good and the staff was very helpful in sorting out some tours for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel has a very good location , Easy to reach and easy to explore the city. During our Vietnam trip we stayed already the second time in this hotel, only because we found such a friendly face at the reception. She helped us with endless passion during our days. Her name is Bich Phuong. You will get fantastic support for any question that you might have. The rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast is a good mix between Vietnamese/ Asian and European options. A hotel success is living from friendly and well trained staff and this hotel is fulfilling it perfectly.
