Khu nghỉ dưỡng này thật tuyệt vời. Khu phức hợp rộng rãi với trung tâm có 3 hồ bơi, 3 nhà hàng và quầy lễ tân. Các biệt thự nằm trong một công viên rộng rãi được trang trí đẹp mắt. Nhân viên rất chu đáo và thân thiện. Nếu bạn cảm thấy quá xa, bạn có thể sử dụng xe đạp đi kèm hoặc điều khiển xe golf. Như dự kiến, bữa sáng rất đáng mong đợi và đồ ăn trong nhà hàng cũng rất tuyệt. Du khách tại đây chắc chắn không bận tâm về việc giá cả rất cao, ngay cả so với tiêu chuẩn châu Âu. Bạn có thể đến Hội An trong 15 phút và Đà Nẵng trong 30 phút và thưởng thức không gian yên tĩnh tuyệt vời tại đây, bên bờ biển. À, quầy bar bên bãi biển là nơi pha chế những ly cocktail tuyệt vời.

This resort is absolutely amazing. The property is incredibly spacious with a central area housing 3 pools, 3 restaurants, and the reception. Villas are set within a beautifully landscaped and expansive park. The staff is exceptionally attentive and accommodating. If the distance feels too far, guests can use the bicycles provided or opt for a golf cart ride. As anticipated, the breakfast is impeccable and dining at the restaurant is equally superb. Guests here won't be fazed by the high prices, even by European standards. Hoi An is just a 15-minute drive away, while Da Nang can be reached in 30 minutes, allowing guests to enjoy the serene beachside ambiance. Notably, the beach bar serves outstanding cocktails.

My trip in September included a pleasant three-night stay. It was delightful to feed the carp behind the spa with my child. Room service consistently met our expectations. The dining options at the hotel were on the pricier side. Thankfully, there was a shuttle service to Hoi An, which we utilized. The à la carte breakfast menu was exceptional. However, I believe more measures are necessary to control insects. I had the chance to rent a game console and enjoyed playing Super Mario after a long time. The library adjacent to the lobby was also impressive.

Có xe đưa đón đến Hội An, nên tôi đã tận dụng. Thực đơn buffet sáng, mà chúng tôi đặt theo yêu cầu, rất tuyệt. Tuy nhiên, tôi nghĩ cần nhiều hơn về phòng tránh côn trùng. Tôi thuê được máy chơi game, nên đã chơi Super Mario lần đầu sau một thời gian dài. Thư viện bên cạnh sảnh tiếp đón cũng tuyệt vời.

The resort is stunning, offering a tranquil atmosphere with fresh, clean air that is very enjoyable.

We loved every minute at the Four Seasons. From the minute you check in you are made to feel special. We had two villas, both beautiful and immaculate. The location of the villas is great, every morning we enjoyed a walk along the beach, watching the fishermen in their basket boats. The pool is out of this world, with food and service to match. We enjoyed all of our breakfasts and had a meal in the hotel at the indian restaurant. I was celebrating my 50th and the staff knew this and made my day very special. Special mention to Nam Tran, what a lovely guy. If you get the chance to go here - don't miss it!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nam Hai! This resorts ticks all the boxes. It has a great beach, big pools, it is big but still feels very private and intimate and never crowded. Service level is very high. The villas are great Food was super. Also for our kids it was one big party. Already at arrival there were personalized gifts for them. There is a adult only pool as well.

I had a great time staying at four Season, everything was perfect, from my private villa and I’m room service, to spa, and beach bar, perfection in every step.

My wife and I spent 5 nights, including our wedding anniversary here on the heals of a 5 day trip to Tokyo and this property has it all. The rooms are large and comfortable. Everyone who works here knew our names by the second day, always said hi and were so pleasant to talk to. Every restaurant was just amazing, no need to go out to eat. What can I say, this is a truly 5-star resort!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Nam Hai Four Seasons Hoi An. Everything is so perfectly balanced, a warm and personal welcome, the delicious breakfast and variety of food also for vegetarian, the ocean view and our astonishing pool villa with privacy and luxury decoration part of the beautiful gardens of the resort! We are in love with the Four Seasons Nam hai, the facilities, the accommodations, the spa, the location, the restaurants and common spaces as well as the activities. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, personalized, and above, and beyond any experience we have had in years. We would suggest going as often as possible. This resort is on the ocean, but near a beautiful UNESCO town Hou An and there’s never a moment you are not taken care of in this beautiful part of the world

Perfect destination to relax after a visit to the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Just over an hour's flight from Hanoi to Da Nang and then a 40 minute taxi ride to the outskirts of Hoi An. Lovely resort on a beautiful sandy beach with three superb pools. Great breakfast with fresh local and international food. Three restaurants for evening meal. Friendly and attentive staff and spacious and clean bungalows to stay in around the resort complex.

Most beautiful resort with impeccable service!!! The staff was so welcoming and made us feel so special. The accommodations are unparalleled. Beautifully appointed. The food was amazing and the spa was exceptional! I can’t recommend this property enough. Only wished we could have stayed longer!!

Just wonderful. We had an email miscommunication before arrival so we were worried it might be a more corporate style FS. Boy, were we wrong. They just do so many things to make the stay special. Mostly , we felt the service was filled with intention and kindness. They care. Little details: sweets and fruit and even a bday cake left in the room, a neat game of hide and seek that housekeeping does with dragonflies for the children , immaculate cleaning and so on. Beach front rooms are 50 meters from the water. Rooms are spacious, nice separation adult and kids pools, and breakfast is great. They recommended a few amazing places in Hoi A for dinner so do ask. Other hotels are being built so maybe Hoi An is a few years from being overrun by tourists so go while it’s still so special.

It's definitely the best Resort in Hoian in particullar, among the Best Resorts in Vietnam in general with really excellent service! It looked like an green oasis in the beautiful Ha My Beach. 03 days 02 nights may not enough to enjoy this peaceful place, 01 week trip would be much better :D

My extended family and I had the most magical stay in the Three Bed Room Hilltop suite. The service is exceptional throughout. We want to thank Trang, our butler, for taking such great care of us. She gently nudged us towards better decisions about the timing of excursions. She prepped the most delicious mangosteens that awaited our return. She remembered to put the unopened champagne back in the fridge and re-ice it for another afternoon. She made sure we were comfortable and felt special and pampered. Also, we appreciated Marco Minoletti, Guest Experience Manager, for the arranging our excursions. It did not go unnoticed that he personally saw to every departure in the morning. And the Vespas Foodie Tour he recommended turned out to be the adventure of a lifetime not just for the kids but also for my aunt, who had so much fun, and had never been on a motorcycle in her 70+ years. The Vespa tour guide told us that the Four Seasons tour is specially curated for FS guests, and that the hotel reminds them every time on booking that their guests are VIPs. lol. I can go on and on, but I think I will leave some space for people to discover the magic themselves.
