Exceptional房間面積夠大，裝修舒適，服務不錯，設施完善，最主要交通方便，新加坡這幾天主要靠地鐵，下樓就是，四通八達，十分方便，辦理入住華人女孩，熱情耐心，中文流利，這個素質可以為酒店留存很多客户，退房時一個馬來或是印度裔的女孩，也非常不錯，服務熱情，態度和藹，笑容燦爛，就是不知道説啥，最後翻譯軟件解決問題，總體普菲特不錯，方便，安全。

Exceptional酒店房間中規中矩，畢竟在寸土寸金的地方，品質五星酒店還是達到標準，前台有會中文的小姐姐很nice，酒店的位置在地鐵站旁邊，出行很方便，而且離一些景點都不遠，攜程訂酒店訂票還是很方便的！洗漱用品是公用大瓶裝的，但是給了小朋友一套小童小瓶洗護套裝。有需要的朋友還是自帶小瓶。我們當時是木注意。
