We were highly impressed with the thoughtful and practical hotel design, ranging from the layout to the quality of bedding and bathroom fixtures. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming! With a 24-hour reception desk, safety is ensured at all times. However, there are drawbacks to its location as it may be farther from popular attractions. Nonetheless, Grab services are readily available at any hour. Thank you, Maison De Camille, for the fantastic stay! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-quality yet affordable stay in HCM city.

The room is very attractive, the staff is incredibly helpful and especially the kitchen... the food is quite tasty. If you're not overly strict and demanding about dining, the hotel's chef is ready to prepare you delicious meals with a professional style at the hotel.

During our two-week journey in Vietnam, we stayed at various accommodations, but none could match the excellence of Maison de Camille boutique hotel. Despite lacking a pool and being slightly less centrally located in Saigon, the hotel stood out for its exceptional customer service and room cleanliness. Ivy and the entire staff demonstrated extraordinary kindness and thoughtfulness, surpassing our expectations and leaving a lasting impression on our final days in Vietnam. Enthusiastic about: What captivates me most is the rooftop balcony adorned with beautifully tended roses. There are inviting wooden deck chairs strategically placed for soaking up the sun and unwinding. I particularly adore the tranquil nighttime ambiance, perfect for stargazing; the gentle glow of the lamps creates a wonderfully romantic atmosphere. Additionally, I am fond of the golf course! The room itself is incredibly snug and inviting. The furnishings are of premium quality, blending colors and textures harmoniously. It feels like stepping into a carefully curated piece of art. Despite limited choices, the breakfast was surprisingly delightful. I'm convinced the chef is anything but amateurish. Areas for improvement: The most significant drawback was the lack of professionalism among the reception staff. The woman at the desk seemed rather disinterested and frequently preoccupied with phone calls, failing to acknowledge my presence even with a simple gesture to indicate she needed a moment. The man spoke hurriedly, making it necessary for me to repeat my inquiries multiple times to grasp the information. Overall, their lack of sufficient eye contact and hospitality made me feel unwelcome. Another disappointment was encountering a family of ants on the table upon entering the room. The breakfast options during my stay were quite limited: either noodles with eggs or egg sandwiches. While I understand the constraints due to Covid, there's certainly room for improvement in the breakfast offerings. Final thoughts: A little more eye contact and a smile during interactions with guests would go a long way. It's a small gesture that can greatly enhance the guest experience.

Tôi chắc chắn đầu bếp không phải là người mới. Không thích: Vấn đề lớn nhất là các lễ tân không có vẻ được đào tạo kỹ lưỡng. Người phụ nữ dường như rất thiếu hiểu biết và luôn nói chuyện điện thoại; cô ấy có thể thông báo với tôi: "Xin đợi một chút nhé!". Người đàn ông nói rất nhanh, và tôi phải hỏi lại nhiều lần để làm rõ các câu hỏi. Họ đều không có đủ ánh mắt với khách hàng và khiến tôi cảm thấy không được chào đón. Thật đáng tiếc, chỗ nghỉ chất lượng cao nhưng dịch vụ không chuyên nghiệp. Một gia đình kiến đang bò trên bàn khi tôi mới bước vào phòng. Chỉ có hai lựa chọn cho bữa sáng ngày tôi ở: mì trứng và sandwich trứng. Tôi hiểu tình hình Covid, nhưng bữa sáng có thể được cải thiện. Điểm quan trọng là: Xin hãy nhìn thẳng vào mắt và cười một chút trong các cuộc trò chuyện với khách hàng của bạn. Đó không phải là điều quá nỗ lực.

I arrived at the hotel only to be told that there were no available rooms. They initially offered to cancel my reservation and suggested I find another place to stay. Despite arriving at 8 pm after an evening flight, I was suddenly tasked with finding accommodation for myself and three children. It was frustrating that the hotel had made an error and expected us to resolve the situation ourselves. After some time, they informed me that my booking was for a homestay and advised me to take a Grab to get there. Upon arrival, the host requested immediate payment. I contacted the hotel, and they assured me that they would transfer the necessary funds. After about 20 minutes, the payment was processed, and I was finally shown to my room. By then, it was already 11 pm, leaving me no time to arrange for dinner. To add to the ordeal, when checking out, I confirmed with the hotel staff if breakfast was included as per my reservation. They assured me that breakfast would be available at the new location. However, upon arrival at the new place, there was no breakfast service provided. They explained that this was due to booking a room higher in price than their standard, yet the room's condition was so poor that I wouldn't have stayed even if it were complimentary. This hotel was a complete scam. I had spent a considerable amount on travel expenses only to experience such disappointment and lack of consideration for their guests' time. I strongly advise against making any reservations at this establishment. The memory of my children in tears due to the difficulties we faced still haunts me.

Tôi đến khách sạn và họ thông báo không còn phòng. Sau đó, họ nói sẽ hủy và yêu cầu tôi đặt phòng. Mặc dù là chuyến bay vào buổi tối, nhưng chúng tôi đã đến khách sạn vào lúc 8 giờ tối và bất ngờ phải tìm chỗ nghỉ cho 2 người lớn và 3 trẻ em. Thật là ngớ ngẩn khi họ đã mắc sai lầm và yêu cầu chúng tôi tự tìm phòng. Sau một thời gian, họ thông báo rằng tôi đã đặt một chỗ nghỉ homestay và khuyên tôi nên đi Grab. Vậy là tôi đã làm theo và chủ nhà yêu cầu tôi thanh toán. Tôi liền hỏi lại khách sạn và họ nói sẽ chờ tiền được gửi vào tài khoản. Khoảng 20 phút sau, tiền đã được gửi và tôi được dẫn đi vào phòng. Khi bước vào phòng đã là 11 giờ đêm và tôi không thể làm gì cho buổi tối đó. Không chỉ vậy, khi tôi chuyển từ khách sạn, tôi đã hỏi nhân viên liệu đặt phòng có bao gồm bữa sáng không, và họ nói là có bữa sáng ở nơi mới, nhưng khi tôi đến đó, không hề có bữa sáng. Họ giải thích đó là vì họ đã đặt phòng đắt hơn so với phòng của họ, nhưng tình trạng của phòng quá tệ đến mức dù cho họ đưa cho tôi cũng không muốn ngủ. Đó là một khách sạn lừa đảo hoàn toàn. Tôi đã chi tiêu rất nhiều tiền cho chuyến đi này, nhưng lại phải ở một khách sạn tồi tệ không màng đến bồi thường thời gian. Đừng bao giờ đặt phòng ở đây. Hình ảnh ba đứa trẻ của tôi khóc thét vì họ gặp khó khăn vẫn hiện về trong đầu tôi.

Amazing hotel

Hotel is located further in the alley, good location for a peaceful sleep compared to hotels in D1. Walls are comparatively thin, able to hear people or doors from the same level. Good hospitality and simple breakfast is included at this price point.

The room is amazing decorated, very art and stylish…. Room was spacious, bed is very comfy, we slept very well and dont really wanna get up out of the bed…. Breakfast is ok, not alot of food choices, but the service is amazing, kitchen staff is very friendly… bathroom is quite big with hot and cold water… price is reasonable for 1 night…
