The staff is quite good, the view is beautiful... the place is clean with reasonable prices! This varies from person to person, I mean it suits me because it's a holiday but still offers discounts to customers!

Located at the highest point in the town center of Sapa district, offering a view overlooking Fansipan peak. Features an indoor heated swimming pool. Rooms are new, clean, and staff is friendly. It's a bit of a climb when walking from the church.

Vị trí cao nhất ở trung tâm thị trấn Sapa, mang đến tầm nhìn hướng về đỉnh Fansipan. Được trang bị hồ bơi nước ấm trong nhà. Phòng mới, sạch sẽ và đội ngũ nhân viên thân thiện. Từ khách sạn, du khách có thể đi bộ lên nhà thờ nhưng phải vượt qua một chặng đường leo dốc đáng kể.

The place is tidy...The scenery is lovely, although my visit coincided with heavy fog. It's a brief walk, under 10 minutes, to reach the cathedral.

Hotels conveniently located near shopping and dining options provide comfortable stays. The culinary offerings are exceptional, especially at the nearby restaurant, which impressed me greatly.

Impressive hotel with tidy rooms, excellent breakfast, spacious accommodations, and a heated pool with a jacuzzi. It's a bit of a walk to the center, around 10 minutes, and the water pressure is low, though hot water is available but limited.

Everything was great. From the spacious room, delicious breakfast, good location to my favourite 4-season pool. Though the bathtub is little bit weak, but others were too good to complaint anything about. Suitable for families and friend.

Large rooms with a lot of space and a nice shower. Big pool with a gym next to it. What we didn’t like is that there was no streaming services on the tv and the breakfast was mediocre. Although everything was clean it was not worth five stars, because of the breakfast

We stayed at the Sapa Highland for 2 nights We the hotel was in a good location and easy to walk to where we want to go. The room was difficult to navigate as the bed was strange, you could not walk around the bed there was like a shelf built around it. The bed was extremely hard and not comfortable at all, so I found it difficult to sleep. Our room had a balcony but it was strange that there was only 1 chair, so 2 people could not sit our side together Our holiday was book through Trip A Deal.

I had to write this review because I don’t want others to travel all the way here to experience what I did. The room is just a room, clean enough and the view is fine, but the beds are rock solid hard, I tried 4 different rooms and the beds are all the same. The hotel staff are aware of it and thought it was a joke and so did our tour guide from Trip a deal. Haha nope not funny at all. I resorted to having 3 extra quilts and 4 pillows to lay on, but it made no difference. It was like sleeping on concrete. I could not participate in the activities given the lack of sleep sore back and neck. I wanted you to change hotels at midnight it was so bad. If you like a rock solid hard bed this might suit you, but I like my bed medium.

I usually don't write reviews, but we had an amazing experience. We could check in at 9am instead of the usual 2pm, got upgraded to a bigger rooms with amazing views. Two days later, after returning from our hiking trip to pick up our bags, we asked if for a fee we could use the showers by their swimming pool. Again, we were assured, it's free of charge, and got fresh towels to use. Great service, breakfast was tasty, Vietnamese and western cuisine. Their masseuse was very skillful. Overall ,we had a great experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapa Highland Resort, and I must say it was a great experience. The resort provided a truly remarkable atmosphere, surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountain. The staff at Sapa Highland Resort were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable

This hotel has wine in room, 562 000 dong fir 375ml bottle. It is not in the fridge. I asked fir ice and was told to go out side to their restaurant. I found no one inside. I went to back door of kitchen and no one spoke English. I went back to reception and he said their busy. There was not one person in the restaurant. After 30 minutes a girl arrives with 6 ice cubes and a bill fir 20 000 dong. They have got to be kidding.
