An unforgettable journey in beautiful Sapa, surrounded by majestic mountains and lush forests. My stay at the hotel was incredibly relaxing, with restful nights, cloud-watching, and reminiscing about cherished memories. The staff here are notably friendly and endearing, especially Nhan and Ha, who were exceptionally attentive. They captured lovely photos for me to cherish and eagerly assisted with questions and luggage upon checkout. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to returning soon!

Reflecting the nostalgia of past centuries' upper-class collections, it offers us a tangible connection to history. The paintings vividly capture the allure of French fashion designs. The design of the door frames, with its striking contrast of black and white, adds to the aesthetic charm. From the check in to check out time, it was magical. Staff noticed that we both were very tired from the trip and they gave us room early. They are very kind and helpful with our trip planning.

一言で言うと驚くほど美しいホテルです。フロント、ロビー、中庭、部屋、レストラン全て統一されたコンセプトのもと設計され、建物自身もインテリアも美しいです。装飾物が多いのにこれほど美しい空間はみたことがありません。現代美術館で過ごしているようですが居心地も抜群です。スタッフの対応もプロフェッショナルで皆感じよく、英語で対応してくれます。レストランもとても美味しく、美しい料理を提供します。値段はそこそこしますが、見合った内容と価格だと思います。星野リゾートでもここまでのものはないと思います。

5 star Hotel with Excellent service and picturesque view

What a lovely stay. The hotel is classy and rooms had the cultural touch. The buffet breakfast was good especially the bread. The service provided was good too. There were many places in the hotel for photos. Will go again if not that the journey there is just too far from Hanoi.

Excellent Location, comfortable beds, clean rooms, staff converse well in English. Beautiful Hotel basically everyone was taking pictures non stop. I had dinner, food was basic, paid mostly for atmosphere.
