Lunch amidst the lush greenery, with a refreshing climate in the cool early September air, is especially satisfying upon arrival at the resort, where you feel completely detached from the world around you, hearing only the rustling of green trees, birdsong, and the aroma of green leaves and grass typical of the Western river region.

Azerai Cần Thơ là một khu nghỉ dưỡng thanh bình nằm trên đảo Con Ấu xanh tươi, một hòn đảo cách ly trên sông Hậu trong vùng đồng bằng sông Cửu Long với 60 phòng và 5 biệt thự có hồ bơi chỉ có thể tiếp cận bằng thuyền. Azerai Cần Thơ mang đến sự tách biệt và riêng tư trong một khuôn viên bao quanh bởi nhiều khu vực xanh mát và những cây đa cổ thụ hơn trăm tuổi. This establishment falls far short of being a 5-star resort, let alone 'luxury'. In my opinion, investors and management should uphold customer respect and adhere to 'luxury' standards that are universally accepted. The bedrooms are incredibly cramped with a bed for two that's only 1.6m long, lacking even a doormat in the bathroom, and all toiletries are made of ordinary plastic. There are absolutely no entertainment facilities for guests, from basic amenities like walking paths and scattered seating for relaxation, to garden swings and electric shuttles to the restaurant during rainy weather... even the more upscale features such as libraries, yoga rooms, and plush sofa pillows in spa lounges are conspicuously absent. When queried, staff responded that the resort doesn't offer these amenities, with only one electric car available to 'assist guests during check-in and check-out with heavy luggage', leaving guests to walk in inclement weather despite slippery paths. Overall, this gives me the impression that the resort operates on a very tight and constrained budget; either the investors and managers truly don't grasp what defines a luxury resort or they lack regard for customer satisfaction. I believe it would be beneficial for them to personally experience stays at other luxury resorts in Vietnam like Six Senses, The Anam in Khanh Hoa, The Nam Hai in Hoi An, or the Sofitel Metropole in Hanoi... all of which surpass this resort by far in terms of facilities and services, yet offer comparable or lower pricing. I booked a garden-facing 2-bedroom bungalow for 14 million VND per night for 2 nights, upgraded to a river view with the most expansive vista at the resort, yet still found it stiflingly dull and monotonous, prompting me to check out after just one night with no refund for the remaining night. Additionally, the resort's products are excessively priced considering their quality.

Từ phòng ngủ rất chật chội với giường chỉ dành cho 2 người, có chiều dài chỉ 1.6m, không có thảm chùi chân trong phòng tắm, tất cả các dụng cụ vệ sinh đều là nhựa bình thường đến hoàn toàn thiếu các tiện nghi giải trí cho khách lưu trú. Từ những điều cơ bản như con đường đi bộ, những chiếc ghế được đặt xung quanh để khách nghỉ ngơi, cái xích đu trong khu vườn, xe điện đưa khách đến nhà hàng khi trời mưa... cho đến những tiện ích cao cấp như thư viện, phòng tập Yoga và gối đệm trong phòng spa đều không có. Khi được hỏi, nhân viên trả lời rằng resort không có những tiện ích này, chỉ có một chiếc xe điện để 'hỗ trợ khách khi nhận phòng và trả phòng với hành lý nặng', và khi trời mưa gió, bạn phải đi bộ dù đường rất trơn trượt. Tất cả khiến tôi cảm thấy ngân sách của resort này rất hạn hẹp; nhà đầu tư và quản lý có lẽ không hiểu rõ khái niệm resort sang trọng là gì hoặc thiếu sự tôn trọng đối với khách hàng. Tôi nghĩ rằng việc họ trải nghiệm lưu trú tại các resort sang trọng khác ở Việt Nam như Six Senses, The Anam ở Khánh Hòa, The Nam Hai ở Hội An, khách sạn Sofitel Metropole ở Hà Nội... sẽ rất hữu ích cho họ. Tất cả những địa điểm này đều vượt trội hơn rất nhiều về cả tiện nghi và dịch vụ trong khi giá cả lại bằng hoặc rẻ hơn so với resort này. Tôi đã đặt 2 đêm tại một Bungalow 2 phòng ngủ hướng vườn với giá 14 triệu đồng mỗi đêm, được nâng cấp lên phòng hướng sông và có tầm nhìn thoáng nhất của resort nhưng vẫn cảm thấy bức bối, đơn điệu và nhạt nhẽo đến mức phải trả phòng ngay sau một đêm dù không được hoàn lại tiền cho đêm thứ hai. Còn một điều nữa, các sản phẩm của resort đều rất đắt so với chất lượng.

Azerai Can Tho is a slice of paradise - a tranquil, remote, peaceful oasis on a smog-free island in the Mekong River. The resort comprises just 30 two-room bungalows and a few villas, featuring one to four bedrooms, private pools, and other amenities. The surrounding area is a beautifully maintained park and garden with lotus ponds, lawns, and ancient trees, all meticulously cared for by a team of gardeners and maintenance staff. Room differences (and prices) depend solely on the view: the river (pleasant, though somewhat distant), the lotus lake (stunning and a favorite spot for breakfast and dinner), or simply the lush greenery between the bungalows, which is the most affordable option (but for us, it was the most satisfying). Breakfast, available in both international and Vietnamese styles, is served à la carte by the attentive, friendly, and professional staff. The menu is delicious, with many options and daily specials, and you can order as much as you like (within the breakfast hours of 6:30 - 10:00). The dinner menu offers a good range of Vietnamese and Western dishes. We dined at Azerai every evening during our four-day stay. The second restaurant, featuring set menus of Vietnamese or Thai cuisine, is a great alternative and opens on weekend evenings. While you might not choose this resort solely for the food, it certainly did not disappoint us. There are limited activities on the island, such as taking a bicycle ride for about 10 to 15 minutes (after which you will have covered the entire road network), using the gym or spa, or playing tennis. You are essentially encouraged to relax, which felt perfect for us after traveling around Cambodia and visiting Saigon for two weeks. Of course, you can take the complimentary transfer boat to Can Tho every hour or go on one of the tours arranged by the resort if you wish to explore the Mekong River area. However, as a base for extensive travel, I would choose a different place. There are only a few minor aspects that might need improvement or are suboptimal: - Breakfast time should be longer (last order is at 9:45 am) - The swimming pool temperature was a bit warm - The otherwise spacious pool is unfortunately quite shallow and would be more suitable as an infinity pool - The pool beds felt worn out despite being attentively maintained by the staff - The playlist at the pool bar should be varied; it seemed to be the same every evening on repeat - The welcome bread at dinner resembled airplane buns; it shouldn't be difficult to provide freshly baked baguettes (especially considering the French influence in the area - we had much better bread in Saigon and Cambodia) - It was somewhat challenging and required a lengthy phone call and exchange of emails to find the exact location of the mainland boat transfer, which turned out to be a distinct and fully resort-style, manned transfer pavilion easily located on Google Maps - why isn't this mentioned on the website? - Drinking water should be readily available free of charge everywhere - There is no 'smart' TV, i.e., you can't connect your device to stream your favorite music or videos (at least I couldn't manage it, whereas it worked in other places) These are just minor issues that didn't spoil our stay at all and were far outweighed by the overall perfection of the place, including the spacious, high-quality, stylish rooms with a good coffee maker, a nice selection of teas, non-intrusive room service, and very high Wi-Fi data rate and coverage. We would definitely visit again - highly recommended!

Resort bao gồm 30 bungalow hai phòng và một vài biệt thự có từ một đến bốn phòng ngủ, hồ bơi riêng và nhiều tiện nghi khác. Khu vực xung quanh là cảnh quan công viên và vườn với ao sen, bãi cỏ và cây cổ thụ, được chăm sóc cẩn thận bởi đội ngũ nhân viên làm vườn và bảo trì. Sự khác biệt giữa các phòng (và giá) chỉ phụ thuộc vào tầm nhìn: nhìn ra sông (đẹp, nhưng ở khoảng cách xa hơn), hồ sen (rất đẹp và cũng là nơi ưa thích cho bữa sáng và tối) hoặc chỉ là cảnh xanh xung quanh bungalow, có giá thấp nhất (nhưng đối với chúng tôi lại là lựa chọn thỏa mãn nhất). Bữa sáng quốc tế và Việt Nam được phục vụ theo kiểu à la carte bởi đội ngũ nhân viên rất chu đáo, thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp. Thực đơn đa dạng và phong phú với các món đặc biệt hàng ngày - bạn có thể đặt bao nhiêu tùy thích (trong khung giờ bữa sáng từ 6h30 - 10h). Thực đơn bữa tối có nhiều món Việt Nam và phương Tây. Chúng tôi đã ăn tối suốt bốn ngày ở Azerai. Nhà hàng thứ hai với thực đơn theo set Việt Nam hoặc Thái Lan là một lựa chọn tốt vào cuối tuần. Tôi nghĩ rằng bạn không nhất thiết phải chọn resort này vì ẩm thực, nhưng nó chưa bao giờ làm chúng tôi thất vọng. Không có nhiều hoạt động trên đảo, ví dụ như đi xe đạp khoảng 10-15 phút (sau đó bạn đã khám phá hết mạng lưới đường), sử dụng phòng gym hoặc spa, hoặc chơi tennis. Bạn sẽ phải thư giãn và điều đó thực sự tuyệt vời đối với chúng tôi sau khi đã du lịch Campuchia và thăm Sài Gòn trong hai tuần. Có vài điểm nhỏ cần cải thiện hoặc không hoàn hảo: thời gian bữa sáng nên dài hơn (đặt món cuối vào 9h45 sáng), nhiệt độ hồ bơi hơi ấm, hồ bơi rộng nhưng nông và kiểu vô cực sẽ hợp lý hơn, ghế nằm hồ bơi hơi cũ mặc dù nhân viên đã chăm sóc chu đáo, danh sách nhạc tại quầy bar hồ bơi nên thay đổi, bánh mì chào đón tại bữa tối giống như bánh trên máy bay; không nên khó khăn để cung cấp bánh mì tươi (đặc biệt là với ảnh hưởng Pháp trong khu vực - chúng tôi đã có bánh mì ngon hơn nhiều ở Sài Gòn hoặc Campuchia). Tìm địa điểm chính xác của bến phà từ đất liền đòi hỏi cuộc gọi dài và trao đổi email, mặc dù cuối cùng nó là một điểm dừng sang trọng riêng biệt, có thể tìm thấy trên Google Maps - tại sao không có gợi ý này trên trang web? Nước uống nên được cung cấp miễn phí dễ dàng ở bất cứ đâu, TV không có tính năng “thông minh”, tức là bạn không thể kết nối thiết bị của mình để xem nhạc hoặc video yêu thích (ít nhất là tôi không thành công - nơi khác lại được). Đây chỉ là những vấn đề nhỏ không làm hỏng kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi và bị vượt qua bởi sự hoàn hảo tổng thể, với phòng rộng rãi và sang trọng, thiết kế tinh tế với máy pha cà phê tốt, lựa chọn trà phong phú và dịch vụ phòng không làm phiền, cùng tốc độ và vùng phủ sóng Wifi rất cao. Our stay at this hotel ranks among the top experiences we've had. It was truly remarkable from beginning to end. The boat trip to the private island, flawless 24/7 service, well-maintained grounds, fantastic pool, and lush surroundings—all create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. We were consistently satisfied throughout our stay. There are a couple of minor downsides to note. Although the delicious à la carte breakfast was excellent, having the same menu every day for four days made it somewhat monotonous. Also, being on an island requires consideration of dining options—whether to venture into town for affordable meals or stay at the hotel and pay higher prices. We enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant once, which was delightful, and explored the town on other days. A pleasant walk along the river to the city provided opportunities to savor local street food.

Chúng tôi luôn cảm thấy hoàn toàn hài lòng. Có hai điểm nhỏ xíu đáng kể. Bữa sáng á la carte thực sự tuyệt vời và ngon miệng có thể trở nên “nhạt nhẽo” sau bốn ngày vì thực đơn luôn giống nhau. Và vì bạn ở trên một hòn đảo, bạn phải suy nghĩ xem liệu bạn có đi vào thị trấn để ăn uống, ăn rẻ hay trả giá “châu Âu”. My family holds several Azerai vouchers as we are customers of Novaland. Last November, I phoned to make a reservation. Upon calling, the first question from Azerai after the greeting was not about the date of stay or number of guests, but rather "Are you using a voucher?" I was somewhat surprised by this at a five-star resort. It seemed unprofessional. Acting on instinct and honesty, I confirmed I was using a voucher. Immediately, the staff responded, "I'm sorry, we're fully booked." They didn't even inquire about my preferred dates. Today, I called to book for December 23rd, and again, the initial query was "Are you using vouchers?" My response was affirmative, and once more, I was told, "I'm sorry, we're fully booked until the end of the year." Frustrated, I called from another number and stated I wouldn't be using the voucher. Surprisingly, Azerai then confirmed availability for all room types, including garden view rooms (the rooms applicable for vouchers). Feeling upset, I called Azerai again to seek clarification. This time, explanations were confusing and contradictory. Azerai mentioned a contractual agreement with Novaland not to accept guests from December 23rd (the date of my booking) due to peak season, attributing any voucher discrepancies to Novaland's error and suggesting I take up the issue with them. However, this doesn't align with my experience as three weeks prior, around November, Azerai claimed no availability when I mentioned using a voucher, suggesting possible dishonesty on their part. I earnestly hope Azerai will provide a satisfactory explanation.

Khi gọi để đặt phòng, câu hỏi đầu tiên sau lời chào hỏi của Azerai không phải là hỏi bạn sẽ ở đến ngày nào hay có bao nhiêu người, mà là "Bạn có sử dụng phiếu ưu đãi không?" Lúc đó, tôi có chút ngạc nhiên vì đó là một khu nghỉ dưỡng năm sao. Không thể tin nổi nó lại thiếu chuyên nghiệp đến vậy. Khi đó, theo tình cảm và thật thà, tôi trả lời rằng tôi sử dụng phiếu ưu đãi. Nhân viên ngay lập tức nói: "Dạ, hết phòng rồi ạ." Ngay cả nhân viên cũng không biết tôi muốn đặt vào ngày nào. Hôm nay tôi gọi và cho biết tôi muốn đặt phòng vào ngày 23/12, nhưng câu hỏi cũ vẫn là "Bạn có sử dụng phiếu ưu đãi không?" và tôi vẫn trả lời là có, sau đó nhận được câu trả lời "Dạ, hết phòng đến cuối năm rồi." Everything seemed fine until encountering specific issues.1. Room: Good, meeting cleanliness standards deserving of 5 stars. However, for those requiring more sophistication, there are certain issues: curtains that do not sufficiently block light and are open at the sides. The sliding door is slightly ajar, allowing a few insects to occasionally fly in. Nevertheless, I've already sprayed to exterminate mosquitoes, so there's no need to worry. Some detailed designs are a bit subpar for tourists, but they are few and only the observant will notice.2. Service: Good, with minor issues regarding the food such as being overly well-cooked leading to excessive ordering. Service needs to be quicker.3. Location: Excellent, yet there's a significant issue due to a smell emanating from the food production area across the river. It will surely be noticeable during 5 months of adverse winds. Okay, I'll return, except during the monsoon season.

Amazing resort. Everything is 5 star from the amazing food, stunning resort and facilities and the most helpful and caring staff. I also used the steamroom and pilates facilities and had the best massage ever with the amazing Thuy in the spa. Thang from the spa was very informative about all of the treatments and so lovely! Do not hesitate to book!

Love it, recommended by our friend who is expat living in Saigon. Super kind service with amazing experiences on the river. We appreciate how property is set as eco resort with some large, old Banyan and Mangroves Trees. Few staff are exceptional, i remember some names: Dung in bar, Gianga at Front Office and super cute housekeeping staff that i forgot the name :(.

What a stunning resort! Everything about it was 5 star Had the best massage ever from Linh. Magic hands! The staff are amazing and food incredible. A beautiful overlooking the river. So many things to do or just relax at the resort. The best!

The staff is very professional, and the service they provide is excellent. I love the location for total relaxation. The Spa had a wide range of services available. My favorite was the wild Connection Azerai - steam, body scrub, massage, and the fifty-minute shampoo I added to the package. My scalp was happy with the pampering experience from the therapist, Nhan. The hotel is on an island 5, minutes by shuttle boat from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. We took the hotel boat to the Cai Rang floating market at 7:00 a.m., and a light breakfast was on board. The guide also bought a delicious noodle soup and pineapple from the floating food boat, so we ate on the water like the locals. It was a very delicious and awesome experience. Special thanks to all the employees especially Nhan, Lins and Giang the front desk manager.

Had an anti age facial and head wash, Indian head therapy and Aromatherapy body massage by Linh. She is skillful and her hands flow smoothly. Linh is fantastic, kind, gentle and a Beautiful joy of nature. She is very professional and the Spa is immaculate and environmental designed. I highly recommend her.

Such a beautiful and relating experience - an absolute treat, worth every dollar. We had a beautiful tea before and after our 90 minute massage, the staff were so kind. Incredible place to stay as well if you are coming to this area - everything is immaculate, free bicycles to get around and the best breakfast you could dream of! Thank you!

太美了，理想中的湄公河三角洲上的老家大宅，坐着船進入小島，一大片的草地和榕樹，中間是餐廳、泳池和bar，荷花池，佈局簡潔大氣，類似古典中國庭院的穩重，又帶着熱帶花園的浪漫。河景房能平視依然非常傳統平靜的湄公河支流，河岸沒有任何人工建築，躺在床上看河等待時間消逝。餐廳美食水平很高，精緻的越式法國菜，口味本地，出品形式西化。服務親切自然，保持着恰到好處的距離。很多活動可以參加，我們選擇了去cairang水上市場，感受了傳統的越南南部城市氛圍。一切都如此平靜、美好和真實、樸素而用心，Azerai刷新了我對度假酒店的感受，真正的可以在河中心小島上消磨時光的地方。

Our second visit at this lovely getaway resort! Yet again we had a lovely stay, the staff is so friendly and give excellent service, the food is tasty and decent price for a 5 star resort. We look forward to come back again.

My wife and I spent two nights here in this resort and were very impressed. The boat ride out to the resorts sets the whole thing up beautifully. Very friendly and efficient staff at reception and the rooms are immaculate. Not the biggest rooms but sufficient space and perfectly appointed. The main restaurant served breakfast and was open all day and the menu was small but very good. We were very happy with all of our meals at this restaurant. The bar is fully open air with views all round the resort, again a small menu but something for everyone. There are a number of tours offered by the resort and the one we chose which was a tour of the local village was great. All of the staff were great, very friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend this resort and will be back. Only 2 1/2 hrs drive from Ho Chi Minh City. Only feedback I would give other than this is that the seating on the outside of the room was not very comfortable and there needs to be an umbrella stand outside.

Wow! We stayed at luxury hotels throughout Vietnam on our 2 weeks there, and while the rooms at the Azerai are simple and understated, it was my favorite because of the hotel grounds - simply amazing and beautiful. You will feel far from any hustle and bustle (and taking the boat back and forth to the hotel was always easy and quick and part of the fun) and it is so peaceful. We loved just sitting and watching the river and boats go by from our porch and sitting by the lotus pond having a cocktail. Staff were kind and helpful but not overbearing, food was delicious, and we slept so well. We took the bikes on a small ride around the grounds which was fun as well as a lounge by the pool - so relaxing. This is a must stay if you are in Can Tho.

We had a wonderful experience here. We felt like George Clooney and Amal arriving at our private island by speed boat!The hotel is pristine and is so comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with a great array of both European and Vietnamese food served. It was lovely to be served breakfast for a change and staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Shout out to Zen on reception and Pho in the dining room who were exceptional in their service. This is a hotel not to be missed. We will return.

Perfect escape from civilization. This place is located on an island within Can Tho. The staff is professional and respectful. The rooms/villas were amazing. Remote for windows curtains is a nice touch. The ground is manicured beautifully. The pool is refreshing given the heat of the region. The restaurant was nice and food was good. Afternoon tea was nice. There are bicycles so you can go for a little ride. Another thing to enjoy is feeding the fish in the morning. We only stayed two nights, so we did not use the place to its full potential. Was nice to be able to take a boat ride to the mainland to see the region. We did prearranged a tour that picked us up in the early morning to go to the floating market. It was nice to have extra reassurance that they recorded your activity. This place is truly a place to escape from civilization

Wonderful hotel and excellent staff. Giang at the front desk was so welcoming and organized exciting outings for us. We felt at home right away. We enjoyed the cooking lesson with Chef Tonview who was so much fun and a great teacher; the sunset boat ride, and our spectacular tour with Ms. Whig to visit Mr Tom. Do not miss it! We were laughing and having so much fun during our two -day visit. Our room was beautiful looking out at the river. We loved swimming every afternoon and watching the gardeners tending to the hundreds of lotuses . Thanks also to the manger for being so helpful.
