This is my second stay at Senna Hue Hotel, and I have to upgrade my review from "one of the nicest" to "THE nicest hotel" I've ever experienced. Nestled in a bustling city, the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a sense of calm and tranquility. The garden, in particular, is a serene haven where you can unwind amidst lush greenery. However, the standout feature is the staff. They are exceptionally kind and dedicated to ensuring you feel welcomed and content. Despite my booking error, which was entirely my fault, the hotel staff went out of their way to assist me in finding a suitable solution. Additionally, I highly recommend trying the massage services and extending your stay at Senna for an extended period.

Đây là lần thứ hai tôi ở lại Khách sạn Senna Huế, và tôi muốn thay đổi đánh giá của mình từ: "một trong những khách sạn tốt nhất" thành: "KHÁCH SẠN TỐT NHẤT" mà tôi từng ở. Khách sạn nằm trong một thành phố nhộn nhịp, nhưng ngay khi bạn bước vào, bạn sẽ cảm nhận được sự yên bình và tĩnh lặng. Đặc biệt là khu vườn rất tuyệt vời, nơi bạn có thể thư giãn trong không gian xanh yên tĩnh. Nhưng điều quan trọng nhất là những người làm việc ở đây. Mọi người đều rất ngọt ngào và luôn cố gắng hết sức để bạn cảm thấy được chào đón và hạnh phúc. Dù tôi đã mắc sai lầm khi đặt phòng, và đó là lỗi của tôi, khách sạn đã giúp tôi tìm ra giải pháp tốt. Ngoài ra, tôi cũng khuyên bạn nên thử dịch vụ massage và ở lại Senna trong một khoảng thời gian dài.

A brand new and charming hotel situated in the heart of Hue City. Rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is large. Big windows. Walking distance to the city center and the restaurant and pub district of Hue. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Please note that smoking is prohibited on the balcony as it is not private.

Khách sạn mới và đẹp ngay trung tâm thành phố Huế. Phòng sạch sẽ và rộng rãi. Phòng tắm lớn. Cửa sổ rộng. Khoảng cách đi bộ đến trung tâm thành phố, cũng như khu vực nhà hàng và quán rượu ở Huế. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Lưu ý không hút thuốc ở ban công vì không phải ban công riêng.

Our stay here was thoroughly enjoyable! Unfortunately, the weather prevented us from using the pool, but it looks stunning amidst the tranquil garden. The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are exceptional. Many thanks!

The hotel was pleasant enough but lacked some of the luxuries we've come to expect from other '5-star' establishments in Vietnam. The lobby had few chairs and lacked a bar for drinks and snacks. The restaurant was often empty and unappealing during meal times, except for breakfast when it was more lively. If you wanted coffee or drinks, you had to walk through the restaurant to the front where there were tables set up. Our room had a small balcony, but the view from the second floor was rather underwhelming. The bedroom was acceptable, though not as elegantly decorated as others, and the bed was quite firm, not very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is decent but doesn't quite meet 5-star standards for me.

Khách sạn đẹp nhưng thiếu một số tiện nghi mà chúng tôi đã tìm thấy ở các khách sạn '5 sao' khác tại Việt Nam. Sảnh chỉ có vài cái ghế và không có quầy bar để uống nước và ăn vặt. Nhà hàng lúc nào cũng trống trải và không hấp dẫn, trừ bữa sáng. Tuy nhiên, bạn có thể uống cà phê và đồ uống bằng cách đi qua nhà hàng và ra ngoài phía trước nơi có bàn ghế. Chúng tôi có một ban công nhỏ, nhưng từ tầng 2 nhìn ra không có gì ấn tượng. Phòng ngủ tàm tạm, so với các khách sạn khác, không được trang trí đẹp và giường không thoải mái lắm, hơi cứng. Tóm lại, khách sạn này ổn nhưng không đạt tiêu chuẩn 5 sao với tôi.

We stayed at Senna Hue for one night, and our only regret is not staying longer. It's undoubtedly one of Vietnam's best-value hotels, boasting beautiful grounds and spacious, immaculate rooms. Conveniently situated, you can easily stroll to excellent restaurants nearby. When we return to Hue, Senna Hue will be our choice again!

My three-night stay at Senna was incredibly comfortable and convenient. Situated in the heart of Hue, the hotel is just a few hundred meters away from popular cafes and restaurants, making it extremely convenient for getting around. The exterior of the hotel is a bit aged, likely due to its long-standing construction, yet it maintains an elegant and spacious look. Inside, the hotel features beautiful and luxurious spaces, including a charming garden and a swimming pool area with lovely trees and a serene koi fish pond. I initially booked a two-night stay in a premium room without a view, which was quite comfortable with its spacious layout and full amenities. However, the lack of view felt a bit enclosed. The following night, I upgraded to a much more appealing garden-view room, which wasn't significantly pricier. The receptionists were also helpful in facilitating room changes starting in the morning rather than having to wait until 2 PM. The bathroom facilities are on par with other luxurious 5-star hotels, offering fragrant amenities, good water pressure, and comfortable water temperature. The buffet breakfast each morning offered a wide variety of dishes, both Western and Vietnamese, all of which were delicious and satisfying. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality. I also ordered afternoon tea at the hotel, which included a generous selection of cakes and a pot of tea, all at an affordable price of just 250k VND. Some of the lighter fare in the restaurant, such as pizzas and snacks, were also exceptionally tasty, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to that of a 5-star hotel. The hotel staff were professional, courteous, and always greeted guests with warm smiles. My only minor gripe was with the pillows, which were overly thick and high, causing some discomfort in the cervical spine area during sleep. I hope the hotel will consider offering lower pillow options for guests with health concerns. Overall, my experience was excellent, earning a solid 9 out of 10 rating.

Trải qua 3 đêm nghỉ tại Senna, mình cảm thấy rất thoải mái và tiện nghi. Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm Huế, chỉ vài trăm mét là đến các quán cà phê và nhà hàng nổi tiếng, vị trí thuận lợi cho việc di chuyển. Phần không gian bên ngoài khách sạn có phần cũ kỹ, có lẽ do đã xây dựng từ lâu, nhưng vẫn mang phong cách lịch sự và rộng rãi. Bên trong, không gian của khách sạn được thiết kế đẹp và sang trọng, với khu vườn và bể bơi trong khuôn viên, cây xanh và ao cá Koi tạo nên không khí thư giãn dễ chịu. Mình đã đặt phòng premium 2 đêm không có view và thấy khá thoải mái, phòng rộng rãi và đầy đủ tiện nghi, tuy nhiên vì không có view nên cảm thấy hơi bí. Đêm sau, mình nâng cấp lên phòng view vườn đẹp hơn nhiều với giá không chênh lệch nhiều, các nhân viên lễ tân cũng hỗ trợ đổi phòng từ sáng sớm thay vì phải chờ đến 2 giờ chiều. Phòng tắm của khách sạn tiêu chuẩn như các khách sạn sang trọng 5 sao khác, mọi thứ đều thơm tho và lượng nước mạnh, nhiệt độ nước dễ chịu. Bữa sáng buffet mỗi sáng tại đây có nhiều món đa dạng từ phương Tây đến Việt Nam, mình thấy các món ăn rất ngon và dễ ăn, nguyên liệu cũng tươi và ngon. Mình cũng đặt thêm trà chiều tại khách sạn, với nhiều loại bánh và một ấm trà với giá chỉ 250k, rất đầy đặn. Một số món ăn nhẹ như pizza và snack trong nhà hàng cũng rất ngon, và so với khách sạn 5 sao, mình thấy giá cả rất hợp lý. Các nhân viên ở đây rất chuyên nghiệp, lịch sự và luôn tươi cười chào đón khách. Điều duy nhất mình hơi không hài lòng là gối ở đây, như nhiều khách sạn khác, quá dày và cao, gây khó chịu khi ngủ vì đau đốt sống cổ. Hy vọng khách sạn sẽ có thêm lựa chọn gối thấp hơn cho khách có vấn đề sức khỏe. Tổng thể, trải nghiệm của mình rất tốt: 9/10.

I spent 2 days here and had an amazing experience. The hotel's location is central, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street. It takes only 3 minutes to reach Trang Tien Bridge and a mere 5 minutes to get to the Citadel. Nearby, there's also a Cong cafe for those who enjoy unwinding in the evening. Within the hotel grounds, there are relaxed restaurants and eateries as well. The rooms are immaculately clean, spacious, and decorated in a distinctively Hue style, which I found very appealing. The staff members are exceptionally courteous and warmly greet guests upon meeting them. I will definitely return to Senna on my next visit.

Mình đã lưu trú tại đây trong 2 ngày và có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời.- Khách sạn có vị trí trung tâm, gần phố đi bộ. Chỉ mất 3 phút để đến Cầu Tràng Tiền và 5 phút để đến Đại Nội. Gần đó còn có quán cafe Cộng dành cho những ai thích thư giãn vào buổi tối. Trên khuôn viên khách sạn cũng có nhà hàng và quán ăn phục vụ khá thoải mái- Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, trang trí theo phong cách Huế rất ấn tượng với mình.- Nhân viên rất lịch sự và nhiệt tình, luôn chào đón khách một cách nhiệt tình khi gặp gỡ.Lần tới mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại Senna

Senna is centrally located, just a few minutes' walk to Truong Tien Bridge. The hotel is well-equipped, clean, with spacious and airy rooms. The swimming pool is beautifully maintained. Although the breakfast selection is not extensive, it is quite delicious. The hotel's layout includes every 2 rooms sharing a private balcony, making it convenient for families or groups of friends who wish to book 2 interconnected rooms. The staff, in true Hue fashion, are very friendly and endearing. Staying at Senna was truly comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel has a beautiful and quiet garden. Central location, easy walk to restaurants and eateries. Nice and attentive staff. The swimming pool is large and there is always a pool attendant. My family had a relaxing vacation here. We will come back when we come to Vietnam next time.

酒店泳池不錯 可以看到日麗河。酒店的Spa也非常好，按穴位很到位。不錯的酒店 下次來也會住這裡。地理位置很方便，酒店大門右手邊就是街市。

Good location, short walk from walking street. The room was nice. The bed was fine, and it was a bit harder than used to, but that's vietnam. Breakfast was good, which quite a few options. Service was good. Nice pool and garden area. Overall, I would use this hotel again if in Hue.

This hotel is stunning from the moment you arrive. Staff treat guests like they are royalty and are always kind and smiling. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms were beautiful, especially the bathrooms and the shower is the best shower I think I’ve ever had!! The pool is nice and the gardens are really well kept, very pretty. Location is pretty good - just a short walk to eateries and shops. The breakfast is just amazing with so many choices of Asian and western foods. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

First time stay at Senna Hue Hotel when i was on my trip to visit my friend on July. Just one word to say “Fantastic”, good customer service, first impression encountered at the main lobby was a warm greeting from the Front Desk with their huge smiling, very hospitality. The Front Desk staffs were professional, they provided exceptional service throughout my whole stay. Especially, i would like to mention Ms.Phuong Pham the manager who helped me with the check-out and Ms.Vy at the Front Desk for their outstanding service. l feel welcome here and wanna highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family, i will be back soon.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast had a large variety and the staff were friendly and helpful, We had booked the hotel car for a few places we wanted to visit on the way to the next hotel, the driver Thanh was lovely and helpful and spoke great English. I was at Senna Hue hotel for my company trip late June 2024. The location is perfect, just in walking distance to Perfume River, Truong Tien Bridge and Hue night market. The hotel has only 5 floors, meaning it not too crowded and you don't have to wait forever for the lift during the peak hours. All the rooms have a balcony with view to the in-house garden and swimming pool, which is shaded by the next door building so the kids can go swimming from 3pm without worrying of sunburn. The room was spacious with all the amenities one would expect from a 5-star city hotel. Special thanks to salesperson Luc Thien, bellboy Ry Nguyen and receptionist Trang Tran for taking care of me and my guests during the trip. Our group (20+ rooms) were very happy with the stay.

Our family stays at many hotels in Hue and this time we chose Senna hotel as it is close to city center and able to walk to all restaurants, Cafe. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a bellman and invited us to sit at sofa for welcome drinks. Luckily rooms were ready for us to check in early and relax. After staying one night, I will vote this hotel 5 star as everything perfect: - Room is spacious and mattress is soft for a sound sleep - Pool is big and clean. Life-guard is on duty and provide towels. - Buffet breakfast is great with lots of choice - The garden is nice - Staff is friendly from gardener, security and front dest. - Room rate is good Highly recommend this hotel for customers to Hue.

Good hotel ! They have an amazing pool and garden looking like great. It's so enjoyable to relax and chill. When i arrived, their staff suggested me upgrade to garden view with discounted price. It is worthwhile. My room is spacious and my bed is good for my sleep.

From the minute we walked through the door until we departed, there was nothing to fault. Really convenient location, immaculately clean and well presented, and the most extensive breakfast buffet we've ever seen! The room was large, the bed comfortable and the bathroom/ shower very clean. The pool always had an attendant and after the sun had moved it was very comfortable with a nice refreshing breeze. The staff are a credit to the hotel and always there to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Senna Spa and Phuoc I and my friend stayed at senna hotel for 3 days. Everything was wonderful. we love massage so much so every place we came, we almost spent time for massage. On my second day,I visited Spa.I loved everything,very nice ,comfortable and relaxing. Mr Phuoc, spa manager I and my friend booked two Hotstone massage and Hawaian massage. Mr. Phuoc, who we booked 2 times was so helpful to recommend the necessary services which proved that I wouldn’t regret for that at all. It was so relaxed and enjoyed the treatments. He’s definitely a very potential staff for any higher position, I’m sure. Highly recommended! By staying at this hotel, our holiday became much more memorable. Thank you so much!
