This hotel is extremely dishonest and disappointing! Upon checking out, we were informed that beverages and water from the minibar would incur charges, despite no prior notification and the absence of a price list anywhere in the hotel or our room. Furthermore, upon check-in, we discovered a room with a supposed mountain view. However, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, prompting us to request a room change. The hotel offered to upgrade us to a different room category. After waiting for an hour and a half, we found that the newly assigned room did not offer the promised mountain view. When we queried this at checkout, we received the response, "I helped you get an upgrade." The maintenance staff acknowledged over the intercom that the air conditioning issue had persisted in that room for an extended period, not the first occurrence. They were dishonest, even deceiving individuals who couldn't understand Vietnamese! There were no instructions in the hotel room, and the service was severely lacking. It is an unwelcoming establishment and not recommended!

The hotel is currently undergoing some construction. However, we didn't notice much noise as we were mostly out during the day. It is exceptionally clean and well-designed. The breakfast is extensive, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. I can only recommend this hotel. It's close to Cat Cat village and the city center, a 10-15 minute walk away.

“Worth staying” The room is clean and spacious. Staff are enthusiastic and supportive. The environment is fresh. It is recommended to proactively rent a motorbike taxi for convenient transportation, as it is about 500m from the center. Trams cannot pick up passengers. When driving in, be cautious as the path to the main gate and reception area is very slippery and prone to accidents.

There was an initial bit of miscommunication at the start but the team, especially their hotel manager - Thomas, was able to make-up and took excellent care and service! Definitely no regret with our choice and highly recommended. Great view, and value for money!

My first reaction when we arrived was; “Are we in heaven?” We were met by Jessica one of the managers and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Jessica and the head manger were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Jessica organised everything for us and was very efficient organising an itinerary for us so that we got the most out of our stay. The room we stayed in had an amazing view and everything we needed was supplied. Since we were staying there for 5 days we even received a free laundry service and they even repaired a bag of mine free of charge. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the things l liked best about the resort was that it was very peaceful and relaxing with lovely gardens and surrounded by breath taking views of the surrounding mountains but still only about 10 minutes by taxi from Sapa. It was a very convenient retreat. Perhaps the only thing that could be improved a bit is the gym. We were pleased with the restaurant meals and buffet breakfast also.. We would happily return to this resort.

The hotel is a wonderful relaxed and qiet place in walking distance to the busy Sapa center. The view is gorgeous. They have an infinity pool with mountain view. The apartments are surrounded by a beautiful garden/park all with phantastic mountain view. The hotel has western and Asian breakfast and even french wine. They staff is very friendly and always helpful. I will come back 😊

Excellent experience! I highly recommend the Cat Cat Resort, it has very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for the Room (got an upgrade to a private & spacious cabin). The view is impressive! You feel directly connected to the beautiful nature. Infinity Pool is also a great and stunning addition. The free breakfast is a nice addition but it could offer more international meal options. The staff there were very nice and friendly.

Highly recommend!!! The service, the amenities, the view, the whole resort is AMAZING! This is by far one of the nicest hotels we've seen throughout Vietnam. And you are treated like VIP. The only feedback I would give is that they do not have a website or email address so communication prior to trip was a challenge. They have not use Facebook which worried me if this place was legit. Second feedback which is completely out of there control is there is major road construction near the hotel so taxis need to take a detour to get to the hotel and most of them wouldn't take the detour and made you walk 15 mins down a boldoser'd road. Not easy with luggage. The hotel is outside of the main town ***** which was nice as it gave you amazing views and after spending time in places like Hanoi it was nice to have a quiet option. We enjoyed the views and restaurants right beside the hotel. Overall, we would 100% come back!

Staff were helpful, breakfast is good, beautiful view at the pool. Location is near fansipan and cat cat village. Totally recommend. Very nice and relax hotel. Arrived in the morning around 4+ and was upset that we can’t get to the hotel because of road work. Cars not allowed to drive over hence we need to stop at the construction site and carry our luggage to walk over the uneven road ( muddy and many stones). Not a long distance but I think the hotel management should notify the customers on this as it is really a hassle. Overall, the hotel is very comfy

Reservamos o Hotel para 2 noites e ficamos só 1 noite, o Hotel é bonito mais infelizmente não estão preparados para receber hóspedes nessa época do Ano, depois de uma longa viagem e muito frio, tivemos uma grande decepção ao entrar no quarto, que parecia mais que você estava em um congelador de tão frio que estava, resolvemos ir para o Spa ( Sauna e Massagem) também foi uma decepção, o Spa estava frio, a Sauna não era uma sauna, a massagem não foi uma massagem, mais sim cara !! No restaurante no dia seguinte para tomar o café , não foi diferente também, ambiente super frio, o cafe não era o buffet que o Hotel oferece no seu Website e sim a la carte, opções de comida bem minimalista e as pessoas que trabalham no serviço muito difícil de se comunicar, eles não entendem e falam inglês, talvez se você pretende ficar hospedado nesse hotel sinceramente não esse mês do Ano

Second feedback which is completely out of there control is there is major road construction near the hotel so taxis need to take a detour to get to the hotel and most of them wouldn't take the detour and made you walk 15 mins down a boldoser'd road. Not easy with luggage. The hotel is outside of the main town ***** which was nice as it gave you amazing views and after spending time in places like Hanoi it was nice to have a quiet option. We enjoyed the views and restaurants right beside the hotel. Overall, we would 100% come back!

Gorgeous room, stayed in deluxe queen room with beautiful view. Experienced both foggy and clear skies which gave different experiences. Staff were helpful, breakfast is good, beautiful view at the pool. Location is near fansipan and cat cat village. Totally recommend. Shout out to receptionist Kate and staff Jesse for their hospitality.

วิวจากโรงแรมสวยมาก และระเบียงวิวดีมากๆ การบริการดีเยี่ยม ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างมากไม่อึดอัด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ เดินทางไป cat cat village ได้ง่าย คุ้มค่า

Very nice and relax hotel. Arrived in the morning around 4+ and was upset that we can’t get to the hotel because of road work. Cars not allowed to drive over hence we need to stop at the construction site and carry our luggage to walk over the uneven road ( muddy and many stones). Not a long distance but I think the hotel management should notify the customers on this as it is really a hassle. Overall, the hotel is very comfy

Reservamos o Hotel para 2 noites e ficamos só 1 noite, o Hotel é bonito mais infelizmente não estão preparados para receber hóspedes nessa época do Ano, depois de uma longa viagem e muito frio, tivemos uma grande decepção ao entrar no quarto, que parecia mais que você estava em um congelador de tão frio que estava, resolvemos ir para o Spa ( Sauna e Massagem) também foi uma decepção, o Spa estava frio, a Sauna não era uma sauna, a massagem não foi uma massagem, mais sim cara !! No restaurante no dia seguinte para tomar o café , não foi diferente também, ambiente super frio, o cafe não era o buffet que o Hotel oferece no seu Website e sim a la carte, opções de comida bem minimalista e as pessoas que trabalham no serviço muito difícil de se comunicar, eles não entendem e falam inglês, talvez se você pretende ficar hospedado nesse hotel sinceramente não esse mês do Ano

The resort is situated in a fairly decent location with a view overlooking the valley, and the staff is polite and friendly. Moving from the entrance to the rooms can be challenging due to the steep terrain, but electric carts are available to take you up when needed. The interior is moderately okay, without anything particularly special.
