While the location wasn't particularly impressive, I have no regrets about my stay here! Booking a hotel in the old town can be tricky, and you might find yourself in a pricey, filthy place with poor quality. However, the rates here were quite reasonable, and the area was both fun and well-kept, making it perfectly fine. The large window offered a lovely view of the surroundings, and it was quite enjoyable to soak in a half-body bath while gazing outside. The swimming pool was rarely crowded, so we had it all to ourselves. There’s also an excellent massage shop nearby, and Lotte Mart is conveniently close, making it worth considering. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, hotel-like experience.

Có một tiệm massage rất tốt không xa, và Lotte Mart cũng khá gần, vì vậy tôi nghĩ bạn nên cân nhắc điều này. This hotel is dreadful, with terrible staff and absolutely poor hospitality. I strongly advise against staying here. Be cautious, as the hotel may impose unreasonable charges, like $2000 for carpet cleaning, and they even refused to let us check out. They seem intent on exploiting tourists. There are numerous better hotel options available in Hanoi, so please consider those instead.
