This hotel is absolutely delightful. I’m enjoying a spacious king-size bed, and the modern private bathroom, complete with a separate door, is quite nice. While the water is hot, the pressure isn’t the strongest. The air conditioning is excellent and easily adjustable. The room is bright and well-lit. Inside the closet, there’s a safe, along with two bathrobes and disposable slippers for convenience. Guests can enjoy a kettle for instant coffee and tea, along with two complimentary bottles of water each day. The towel service is prompt, and the room is kept tidy every day. There’s also a mini-fridge stocked with snacks and drinks for purchase. A flat-screen TV with remote control adds to the comfort. Complimentary toiletries, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, mini soap, and shampoo, are provided. I sleep very soundly here and feel quite safe during my stay. Breakfast is complimentary in the basement, where the restaurant/bar serves delicious food throughout the day and early evening. One minor complaint is that the bedroom rug appears a bit worn and could use a clean. It’s advisable to bring your own slippers, although disposable ones are provided in the room. Otherwise, this place is incredibly comfortable and inviting, with numerous massage spas, nail salons, and hair salons nearby.

Có két an toàn trong tủ quần áo, hai áo choàng tắm và dép dùng một lần. Bình đun nước với cà phê hòa tan, trà, và 2 chai nước mỗi ngày cho khách. Dịch vụ khăn tắm sạch sẽ và phòng được dọn dẹp hàng ngày. Có đồ ăn nhẹ và đồ uống để mua trong tủ lạnh mini. Tivi màn hình phẳng có điều khiển từ xa. Bàn chải đánh răng/kèm theo kem đánh răng, xà phòng mini và dầu gội miễn phí. Tôi ngủ rất ngon trên giường. Tôi ở đây vài đêm. Rất an toàn. Có bữa sáng miễn phí ở tầng hầm. Đây là nhà hàng/bar mở cửa suốt cả ngày và đầu buổi tối. Đồ ăn rất ngon. Một điều phàn nàn là thảm trong phòng ngủ cũ và cần được làm sạch. Nên mang theo dép. Có dép dùng một lần trong phòng nhưng tôi thích dép của riêng mình. Còn lại, nơi này thực sự thoải mái và dễ chịu. Bạn có thể tìm thấy nhiều spa massage, tiệm nail và salon tóc trong khu vực ngay gần.

I stayed at a hotel near Ben Thanh Market for 2 weeks, right in the city center with a 2-minute walk to Ben Thanh Market. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the restaurant served delicious food. The room rates were reasonable. I will definitely return to this hotel next time.

Tôi đã lưu trú 2 tuần tại khách sạn gần Chợ Bến Thành, ngay trung tâm thành phố, chỉ cách chợ Bến Thành 2 phút đi bộ. Nhân viên thân thiện, phòng sạch sẽ và đặc biệt nhà hàng nấu ăn rất ngon. Giá phòng hợp lý, sẽ quay lại khách sạn lần sau.

Tôi đã lưu trú tại khách sạn này trong 3 ngày. Điểm cộng đầu tiên là vị trí của khách sạn nằm ngay tại trung tâm thành phố, tiện lợi cho việc đi lại và tham quan. Phòng ốc đẹp và được bài trí nội thất rất đẹp. Menu đồ ăn đa dạng từ các món cơm gia đình đến các món alacarte. Bữa sáng buffet phong phú và thay đổi mỗi ngày. Tôi rất hài lòng với chất lượng dịch vụ, đặc biệt là nhân viên phục vụ rất vui vẻ, lễ phép và luôn chào hỏi. Điểm 10 cho mọi điều này. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại cùng bạn bè.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. The first major plus point is its central location, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. The room is beautiful with lovely interior decor. The menu offers a diverse range of dishes, from family meals to à la carte options. The breakfast buffet is varied and changes daily. I am very satisfied with the quality, especially the cheerful and polite service staff who always greet guests. I rate this experience a perfect 10. I will definitely return with my friends.

Compact hotel with larger-than-usual rooms. Air conditioning operates with room key, so room may not be cool upon return. Small pool without surrounding seating. Balcony room accommodates one person standing at a time. Combined shower and bathtub. Beds are plush and comfortable. Excellent location. Despite being in city district 1, the hotel is not too noisy; quiet by midnight. Would choose to stay here again.

While the rooms themselves are satisfactory, the carpet appears notably dirty and marked. There is often a lapse in vacuuming. Surprisingly, room cleaning occurs even without the door card displayed!? The swimming pool, though small, is pleasant. Reception staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is convenient, near the market and within walking distance of several attractive destinations.

Terrible experience. The receptionist provided poor customer service. I booked 3 rooms on Agoda, but upon arrival, there was only 1 room available. The receptionist claimed not to have my booking code. I waited from 5:00 PM until 12:30 AM without resolution. Eventually, I had to book another hotel myself. Anyone planning to book this hotel near the center should reconsider.

This is a best hotel in Ho Chi Minh District 1. The location walking distance to Ben Thanh Market..Saigon square, street foods.. many cafe and restaurant. Clean facilities.. Warm service from staffs.. nice food for breakfast buffet.. even their food in lunch and dinner.. I am happy that I chose this hotel 😊
