The menu offers a diverse selection of Asian and international cuisine during the quarantine period, and the added benefit of a complimentary cocktail every Saturday is a nice touch. However, I noticed that pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning of the rooms could be a concern for those sensitive to dust, as I observed dust accumulation on frequently touched items like the TV remote, telephone holder, and faceplate. Despite the room being thoroughly disinfected with approved chemicals by Vietnamese authorities prior to my arrival, it’s important to address these cleanliness issues. (The linens and towels were clean.)

Hotel is great. The swimming pool was unfortunately closed for renovation which was our main reason for choosing this hotel. We asked to leave early and we got a full refund they even helped us a book a taxi. I recommend this hotel.

There are eateries, Cafe and mart just besides and across the hotel. Staff service is very good and helpful. Breakfast is acceptable with the hotel star rating.

Beautiful hotel and room. It was a nice bit of luxury after roughing it in Sapa. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our big bags 3 days before check in when we were traveling to Sapa. Breakfast was incredible with a large range of choices. Gym was slightly disappointing would have been OK if the AC worked in there but was too hot to workout.

房間和國內大城市300多的水平，風格也接近，地毯有些老舊，但整體算乾淨，前台人很好，早餐也豐富，體驗了酒店的spa也很舒適，環境安靜，下次來河內應該還會選擇這個酒店。
