I enjoy staying at this tranquil place for weekend getaways. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the rooms are consistently clean. Moreover, the food served is quite satisfying and meets my expectations.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely delightful. We were seeking a clean, contemporary place to lodge for a few nights while exploring Ninh Binh. We researched extensively around Tam Coc but couldn’t find anything that met our criteria of cleanliness, hygiene, and modernity. Finally, we discovered Bai Dinh Resort - although it's distant from Tam Coc and most of the sightseeing spots we intended to visit, it proved to be a wonderful sanctuary for us during our trip! A few highlights that impressed us:- STAFF: The staff here is exceptional. They are fluent in English, communication was clear, patient, and understanding. They were proactive, polite, and quite possibly the best staff we’ve encountered throughout Vietnam. Thai, whom we believe manages the property, was always present and available to answer questions and accommodate requests via WhatsApp. He runs a highly professional operation and even arranged safe and clean taxis for us to navigate Ninh Binh, which was especially helpful since Grab is less popular in Vietnam. Although we did manage to get a Grab from Tam Coc to the hotel once, in case you prefer that option. Kimmie was also wonderful - incredibly caring, enjoyable to converse with, and quick to respond to our needs! There was another gentleman at the front desk (whose name we unfortunately do not recall) who was equally helpful during our check-in process. All staff members spoke excellent English, ensuring our needs were met seamlessly during our stay. We also experienced a minor shower leak, which they promptly addressed.- ROOMS: The rooms were impeccably clean. Sheets and towels were changed daily, and everything was spotless. The bathroom was modern, clean, and nicely finished. They also offered a reasonably priced mini-fridge, catering well to Western travelers. Glass-bottled drinking water was provided daily.- FOOD: The onsite restaurant was convenient, considering the resort’s location isn't within walking distance of other restaurants or cafes. While its location may feel somewhat isolated, the restaurant offers a diverse menu including vegan and vegetarian options for my wife, as well as Western and Asian cuisine. Despite our sensitive American stomachs (haha 😂), we never fell ill from eating cooked food at the restaurant or during breakfast, which was a major relief for us.- PROPERTY: The resort grounds, though small, were beautiful. There was a serene Zen garden and a pool that the staff continuously maintained. Since we visited mid-week and there weren’t many guests, we didn’t see anyone using these facilities, but the staff diligently cleaned leaves and debris from the natural trees, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere. Thai and the staff also arranged our return travel to Hanoi, starting with a local cab to a limousine shuttle with other travelers heading to Hanoi. This arrangement spared us the hassle of organizing it ourselves. Some minor considerations:- The resort is more than a 30-minute drive from Tam Coc and other popular sights, so this distance should be kept in mind. If you expect to walk or bike to sights (aside from Bai Dinh Pagoda), this may not be the ideal choice. However, if you seek a safe, serene location that offers quick car access to sightseeing spots, it’s perfect! One day, we took a Grab cab from Tam Coc, but the resort wasn’t accurately marked on the app’s map. Note that there’s another resort named “Bai Minh Riverside Hotel” with a similar name but located far away, so take care not to select it accidentally. Simply compare the map with Google to ensure you pinpoint the correct location. We would gladly return to this resort in the future!

Nước uống từ chai thủy tinh được cung cấp hàng ngày.- ĂN UỐNG: nhà hàng tại resort rất tiện lợi, vì resort không phải là cách đi bộ đến các nhà hàng hoặc quán cà phê. The resort, though small, offers a tranquil environment with clean rooms. The reception staff is very enthusiastic. If you're looking for a place to relax without the need for extensive sightseeing activities, this location is suitable for a peaceful getaway.

Khu resort này có diện tích nhỏ nhưng rất yên tĩnh và các phòng ốc được giữ gìn sạch sẽ. Nhân viên lễ tân rất nhiệt tình. Nếu bạn đến nghỉ dưỡng mà không cần quá nhiều hoạt động tham quan, địa điểm này là sự lựa chọn tốt.

Great amenities, rooms are clean and well-equipped. However, the food was somewhat average compared to our other dining experiences in Vietnam.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful surroundings using the available bikes. Thai was an exceptional host, taking care of us at every turn (and occasional bump on the road!), and the rest of the staff were equally amazing. We opted for a garden-facing room, which was impeccably clean, comfortable, and serene. The pool was breathtaking, and altogether, this became our most cherished accommodation. We are eagerly looking forward to returning. Moreover, the inclusive breakfast featured a diverse array of Vietnamese and continental dishes, providing us with ample energy for our explorations.

Chúng tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại khách sạn này. Vị trí của nó rất hoàn hảo để khám phá những vùng đất xinh đẹp với những chiếc xe đạp mà họ có sẵn. I probably won't come back again. When we arrived at our house, we were assigned this room. The room price is 3 million VND per night. The bathroom overlooks the garden but you can see through to the resort's kitchen. While my husband was showering, the hot water ran out. We called the receptionist and they explained that due to the 20-liter water heater, the next person would have to wait 5 minutes for the water to heat up enough. Huhuhu. Never experienced that before. Even at home, we haven't experienced such issues. At night, we leave the light on in the bathroom because our child is afraid of toilet training at night. In the morning, the entire electrical system of the room lost power. We checked the main switch and everything seemed fine. The card was still properly inserted. We called the receptionist and a minute later they explained that the card wasn't plugged in securely. However, we noticed the power outage before rechecking the card. Overall, the price doesn't match the service. Goodbye for now, unlikely to return. It will be a long time before we come back to Ninh Binh.

Amazing experience that made our visit to Ninh Binh unique. The resort is amazing and luxurious felt like a king. It was spotless and the staff were always smiling and smiling eager to help with anything we needed. Their food at the restaurant was delicious and had a menu with a big variety of dishes and the food was delicious!

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. We were looking for a clean, more modern place to stay for a few nights while we explored Ninh Binh. We researched quite a bit around Tam Coc but couldn’t find anything that felt clean, hygienic, and modern enough. We finally found the Bai Dinh resort - and while it’s far from Tam Coc and most of the sightseeing we wanted to do - it was truly a wonderful safe haven for us during our trip! A few things we loved: - STAFF: A+ staff. The staff speaks English very well - communication was clear, patient, understanding. They were also very proactive and polite - probably the best staff we’ve encountered across Vietnam. Thai, who I believe manages the property is around all the time, and even available to answer questions and make requests via WhatsApp. He’s wonderful and runs a great, professional operation. He arranged safe and clean taxis for us for getting around Ninh Binh which was great as Grab app is less popular in Vietnam. Though we were able to get a Grab from tam Coc to the hotel once incase you prefer that. Kimmie was also wonderful - super caring, fun to talk to and took requests quickly as well! There was another man at the front desk (I don’t remember the name) and he was really helpful as well helping get us checked in. All spoke really good English so it was seamless getting what we need while staying there. We also had a minor shower leak and they were willing to fix it immediately. - ROOMS: rooms were very clean. Sheets and towels changed daily, all pretty spotless. Bathroom was also nice, clean, and had modern finishes which was good. Very reasonably priced mini fridge too for western travelers. Glass bottle Drinking water provided daily. - FOOD: restaurant onsite came in handy, as the resort is not really walking distance to restaurants or cafes. So while it’s location can feel a bit isolated - know that the restaurant has a diverse menu - vegan and veg options for my wife, as well as western and Asian food. We also have weak American stomachs (haha 😂) and we never got sick from eating cooked food at the restaurant nor at breakfast - a major peace of mind for us. - PROPERTY: small but beautiful resort grounds. There was a nice zen garden + pool that was continuously being cleaned by the staff. We were there mid-week so not many people staying so didn’t see anyone use it, but even so they were constantly cleaning out leaves etc that fall in from all the natural trees etc they have that add to the vibe. - Thai and the staff arranged travel back to Hanoi for us - a local cab to a limousine shuttle with some other folks who were travelling to Hanoi. This was nice as we didn’t need to figure it out on our own. Minor things to be aware of: - this resort is 30+ minutes away from tam Coc and other sights you may be planning to visit, so keep that in mind. If you’re expecting to be able to walk or short bike to sights (other than Bai Dinh Pagoda) this may not be the right

We spent four nights at the lovely Bai Dinh Riverside Resort in Ninh Binh province. The hotel has only been open for a year, but it runs perfectly. The room was large and the bathroom spacious. Lots of room to spread out our belongings and not feel crowded. Thankfully, the king size bed bed was SO much softer than many Vietnamese mattresses!! Everything was scrupulously clean. The staff, especially Thai, Lu, Lan, and Ha (but really ALL if them) are incredible. They make sure everything is perfect for you, and will immediately fix anything that they perceive not to be perfect. Thai’s English is phenomenal! Their breakfast is very good, with buffet options (Try the passion fruit mousse!!) as well as several cooked to order choices. There are several options for vegetarians/vegans to choose from on the full menu for lunch and dinner. Portions are large! The poolside bar is always open for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic choices, including fresh juices, smoothies, and Vietnamese coffees. The grounds are beautiful. Loads of greenery, a nice garden with a pond (and frogs!), a view of Bai Dinh’s stupa (lighted at night), and a nice pool. You can walk to Bai Dinh Pagoda from here, but not much else, so you will need to arrange for daytrips or the staff will be happy to arrange something if you are looking to explore. Most other sites are within about 20-30 minutes drive from the hotel. They do have bikes you can borrow, but we did not use them. We paid 700K dn for a half day driver to take us a few places arranged by the hotel. The beautiful, quiet, and laid back atmosphere here makes this a great place to decompress after a busy day of climbing hundreds of stairs to a temple or what have you. Cảm ơn. Hẹn gặp lại!

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are authentic, relaxing with enormous comfortable beds, good internet. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant was good. It took us 20-30 mins to drive to Mua Cave, one of the best tourist destinations when you go visit Ninh Binh. I would definitely visit again and recommend the resort for our family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Bai Dinh Riverside. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have every facility, Great wifi. The staff was very helpful, helping us plan our trips, and spoke fluent English. The bicycle were free of charge, The pool was very refreshing after a day of sight seeing I would recommend this place for people that want to relaxed pace and enjoy nature This is a new place, and well worth your visit. Highly Recomended !

Beautiful resort. We stayed at Royal Villa. It is really nice, quiet, modernize, super clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful, they helped me with all my questions. Breakfast was very good. We will come back again Thank you very much for your help.

The receptionist and staff here are very enthusiastic and friendly. There were a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. I am very satisfied with this experience. We had a truly wonderful 2 days off. It's very peaceful here, the room space is minimalist, and the scent is very pleasant. Dinner and breakfast were served on time and were quite delicious with specialties of goat meat and scorched rice!!! Thank you ! 🙏🏻

I wanted to write to commend Luna and Thai for their warmth and general great service. Then I realise others have already. I echo their sentiments. But 2 special areas I would like to highlight: Luna and Thai for helping us sort out our outbound transport issues. Transport did not show up. We needed several emails, phonecalls and WhatsApps to solve the problem. All with their help. Otherwise it would have been impossible! (The transport company was not quick to respond as you can imagine) And even when we arrived at new destination, I called her to help sort out a payment miscommunication. She continued to help. Secondly, my 79 year old mother wanted to relearn cycling. Thai was most helpful in continuously looking for the best bicycle to suit her. Even after we started for 20 minutes, he brought out yet another bike. Thank you both.

This quiet resort is really well maintained and did not disappoint! The attention to detail was amazing - from the gardens to the pool to our rooms, everything was perfect. Staying in the Royal Villa was superb and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant provided great breakfast and lunch/dinner options with a mix of western and asian options - the chicken pho here is so flavourful. The drinks and cocktails were strong and large and were great value for money. 5/5 Absolutely recommend staying at Bai Dinh Riverside Resort

Kỳ nghỉ đáng nhớ Gia đình mình dịp lễ vừa rồi chọn BaiDinh Riverside là nơi để nghỉ dưỡng. Khu nghỉ khá nhỏ xinh chứ không quá rộng, cái này mình nghĩ không phải vấn đề quá lớn vì mình đến đây với mục đích là nghỉ dưỡng nên cũng không quan trọng lắm.Khách sạn nằm rất gần chùa Bái Đính, cách Tràng An khoảng 10km nhưng đường Ninh Bình thật sự rất đẹp và luôn mang lại cho mình cảm giác được chữa lành. Mọi chi tiết trong khách sạn đều rất chỉn chu và đồng điệu với nhau, đối với mình thì là chỉn chu trong từng chi tiết nhỏ, mình là người rất kỹ tính nhưng cũng bị sự tỉ mỉ này làm hài lòng. Bể bơi nằm ở trung tâm resort, bể nhỏ xinh, đặc biệt màu nước rất trong, xanh và sạch, soi bóng những cây cọ xanh mướt càng làm mình cảm thấy mát mắt hơn. Phòng đẹp,sạch sẽ, được xông tinh dầu sả chanh rất thơm, đệm êm,mềm mại, chăn ga được gấp phẳng phiu và nếu mình lưu trú 2 đêm thì sẽ có nhân viên buồng phòng dọn lại phòng 1 lần nữa trong ngày. Ninh Bình là mảnh đất đẹp, không khí rất trong lành, người dân bản địa thân thiện, nhân viên nhiệt tình, hiếu khách. Lễ tân nhanh nhẹn, vui vẻ, luôn giải đáp mọi thắc mắc của khách lưu trú. 2 đêm lưu trú tại resort, mình thực sự cảm thấy rất hài lòng. Từ đồ ăn đến cách phục vụ rất mộc mạc nhưng lại đem đến cho mình cảm giác rất thoải mái và gần gũi. Mình đặc biệt ấn tượng với bạn Hiền - Luna. Mình rất thích cách bạn ấy tư vấn, giải đáp thắc mắc và thích những câu chuyện mà bạn ấy kể về mảnh đất Ninh Bình xinh đẹp. Mình sẽ quay lại vào thời gian gần nhất.
