Disappointing Stay Experience: Issues with Service and Cleanliness

Not goodI stayed at the accommodation from November 30th to December 6th. Despite assurances during booking, the promised new hair dryer was not provided. I requested compensation due to stains on the old bedding (pillow cover) shortly after dyeing my hair, and a towel stained with an unfamiliar ink color. I paid 800,000 dong and departed, noting the use of worn bedding. Travelers should be cautious as VAT charges apply. I do not intend to revisit.

Not goodTôi là người đã lưu trú từ ngày 30 tháng 11 đến ngày 6 tháng 12. Khi đặt phòng, họ nói sẽ đặt một cái máy sấy tóc mới nhưng không làm vậy. Tôi đã yêu cầu bồi thường vì đã làm bẩn chăn ga cũ (vỏ gối) không lâu sau khi tôi nhuộm tóc và một chiếc khăn với màu mực chưa từng thấy trước đó. Tôi đã trả 800,000 đồng và rời đi. Chăn ga đã qua sử dụng. Người dùng nên cẩn thận vì còn tính thêm VAT. Tôi sẽ không quay lại nữa.

Not goodDespite being old, the rooms are satisfactory. My room's window overlooked the wall of the building across the street; although reachable with outstretched arms, it met my needs. Breakfast was exceptionally tasty. However, the service was atrocious. I was aware of the $30 charge for an additional person, but upon arrival, they demanded 1,900,000 dong. I paid and received a partial refund the next day. It seems even hotels are deceiving tourists. Moreover, not all staff members are friendly; they do not initiate greetings nor respond when greeted first. The hotel is located in District 3, and the journey to District 1 is lengthy and challenging.

Not goodCác phòng khá ổn mặc dù cũ. Cửa sổ phòng của tôi nhìn ra tường của tòa nhà đối diện đường, mặc dù tôi có thể chạm đến nó khi vươn tay ra, nhưng tôi cảm thấy hài lòng. Bữa sáng rất ngon. Dịch vụ thì tồi tệ. Tôi biết phải trả thêm $30 cho người thứ hai, nhưng khi tôi mang họ đến, họ yêu cầu 1.900.000 đồng, vì vậy tôi đã trả và nhận lại một phần hoàn tiền vào ngày hôm sau. Thậm chí cả khách sạn cũng lừa đảo khách du lịch. Không phải tất cả nhân viên đều thân thiện và không chào tôi trước, hoặc thậm chí còn không chào hỏi tôi khi tôi chào họ trước. GoodDo mùa dịch nên công tác phục vụ hơi kém, nhân viên ít, sảnh không bật điều hòa rất là nóng, hành lang cũng nóng, đôi lúc không có ai ở quầy tiếp tân. Phòng tôi ở là 740 và có thấy phòng đối diện sử dụng dịch vụ ăn uống xong có để khay chén dĩa ngoài cửa mà không thấy ai lên dọn. Về tiện nghi phòng thì cũng cũ, chỉ tương đương 3 sao. Ăn sáng là chọn món, có hồ bơi. Nhân viên theo tôi quan sát thì không thân thiện và quan tâm khách lắm, trừ bác belldoor ở ngoài cửa là thân thiện, vui vẻ đón chào khách.
