ExceptionalI stayed here with my family we were all happy and felt like we are in our own house.Rooms are well decorated and cleaned and best thing staff were very friendly and always ready to help.thanks to Heritage Home Guest House team.definitely recommend and we will come again on our next visit😍

Not goodThe check-in process was chaotic and the staff was rude. The room was in terrible condition, with dirty sheets and a malfunctioning air conditioner. The bathroom was filthy and the shower was broken. The breakfast was terrible and the dining area was dirty. Overall, a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
