We enjoyed the food and service during our stay the resort is amazing and Beautiful 😍 nama restaurants was the best specialty the server yugesh, eki, and ervi took great care of us , thanks to chef manshin, Manish and sugar for the great food during our stay

This was one of the best 5 star value hotels we've been too. The staff at reception (checked in by Tariq and welcomed, assited by Shakh), the cleaning service (serviced by Rafiq) and all the waiters and chefs (main waiter Eki) were all really polite and attentive. The room and hotel is clean, modern and spacious. The beach and 3 pools (one for family, one for infinith, one for adjults) is a really great idea with seperate uses which I haven't seen before so all credit to the hotel. The breakfast was good and plenty of seating. If being really critical then perhaps there could be more staff at the beach and pool so that they can help bring towels and arrange the lounges for you. A few different items on breakfast on each day would be even better and the seahawke activity organiser can be a little less keen after the first day. All of these however did not ruin our day and it's easily lived with. We'd definately recommend this hotel for couples or families and we will definately consider coming back again.

Great hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the beach and pool great. Food across the resort was great and the kids enjoy the kids club. From start to finish we enjoyed our stay. Over all everything was clean, well.done and service great

Best bed I can remember sleeping in. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful location. My room was excellent and in perfect condition. The lounge pool was so relaxing. The vibe at the main pool was invigorating. Great waves at the beach; not for everyone but the shallow slope means you can safely play in the crashing waves. My wife and I went snorkeling at Snoopy Island and enjoyed it. Recommendations? Some of the beach chairs are showing their age and the team running the snorkeling needs a new boat ladder. The food at the lounge during happy hour was a bit bland compared to what I have had at other IHG locations. But these are minor distraction in what was, in general, a wonderful, relaxing weekend.

Everything was good. Reception was very welcoming, room had beautiful view and all the necessaries. Special thanks to Abas from teens club, for creating great atmosphere there and giving best support out there. Also wanna thanks to Sandeep and Ria for making our nights more interesting by creating best cocktails. Thanks for everything, hope I see you again.

Everything was perfect, staff was very welcoming, room was immaculate, and overall service was outstanding. The room was exceptional and way beyond our expectation as it had everything we needed. Food option for breakfast and dinner was also great as Intercontinental offers a huge variety while keeping the quality high. Check in and check out was seamless and very easy.

This is the best holiday with my family , we really enjoy our stay in this beautiful hotel , we enjoy the sport activities with animator ABBAS , he is nice guy and lovely he invited us for all activities, The restaurant is so nice and have delicious food , room very nice and clean , pool are so nice and beautiful, stuff gor the hotel and so kind and helpful thanks again for the hotel we wish to come back soon

Had an amazing massage from Nitisha,10/10 would recommend again. Was welcomed respectfully and the service throughout the massage was amazing. Was assured throughout the massage to ensure the best experience. Nitisha was amazing and helped make me feel comfortable
