Trên mạng, mình thấy giá là 600k/1 ngày đêm. Nhưng khi tới nơi, lại nói là 1.2 triệu/1 đêm. Sau một lúc chờ đợi, giá giảm còn 800k/1 đêm. Mình hỏi có bao gồm ăn sáng không thì lại được trả lời là không. Giữa rừng rú, mình phải chịu đựng và ở lại qua đêm, sau đó tiếp tục hành trình vào sáng hôm sau. Không có thức ăn ở đây, giữa rừng hoang vắng, chủ nhà có vẻ như kẻ cướp, đầu trọc, ở lại qua đêm nhưng không thể ngủ được, sợ rằng sẽ xảy ra chuyện gì đó. Xe phải khoá cẩn thận, tránh mất mát. Thật đáng sợ, thật sự là mình sợ người hơn sợ ma. Kiêu căng, xảo trá và giống như kẻ cướp. Đừng đến đây, mình khuyên bạn nên tránh xa.

I checked online and found the price listed at 600k VND per day and night, but upon arrival, they quoted 1.2 million VND per night. After some negotiation, it was eventually lowered to 800k VND per night. I inquired about breakfast and was informed it was not included. In the midst of the dense jungle, I reluctantly decided to stay overnight before continuing my journey the next morning. There was no food available, amidst the eerie silence of the wilderness. The host appeared rather suspicious, with a bald head resembling a bandit, making it difficult for me to sleep out of fear of potential risks. I made sure to securely lock my car to prevent any mishaps. It was a truly frightening experience; indeed, I found myself more afraid of the people than of ghosts. The atmosphere was unsettling, filled with deception and an air of menace. My sincere advice: do not venture into this place.

I encountered Home when I turned 30, a time when I sought a place of 'TRANQUILITY' to feel 'PEACE'. By serendipity, I chose Ninh Binh Family Homestay as my destination. 'The world has two of me, one half wants to wander, the other half wants to return home' is a quote that immediately came to mind upon arriving at Home. Waking up in the scenic view rooms of Ninh Binh Family, stepping onto the balcony, one can witness the natural transformations firsthand—the dawn breaking, early sun rays filtering through the forest and gently falling on delicate paper flower petals, the aroma of ripe mangoes... and I call that 'just enough' happiness. Home is incredibly serene, occasionally punctuated by the peaceful sound of temple bells. The hosts are charming inside and out. Location, service, cleanliness, and food all rate 10/10.

Mình đã gặp Home khi đã 30 tuổi, thời điểm mình mong muốn tìm một nơi 'YÊN BÌNH' để cảm nhận được 'AN LÀNH'. Và rồi với sự tình cờ, mình đã chọn Ninh Bình Family Homestay là điểm đến của mình. 'Thế giới có hai tôi, một nửa muốn đi bụi, nửa kia muốn về nhà' là câu nói mà mình nghĩ ngay đến khi trở về với Home. Bình minh rạng ngời trong những căn phòng view tại Ninh Bình Family, bước ra ban công là mình ngay lập tức cảm nhận được sự thay đổi của thiên nhiên ngay trước mắt, từ hừng đông, những tia nắng sớm len lỏi qua rừng cây và rơi lên những cánh hoa giấy mỏng manh, là mùi của cây xoài đang trĩu quả... và mình gọi đó là 'hạnh phúc vừa đủ'. Tại Home thật sự yên tĩnh, đôi khi chỉ nghe tiếng chuông chùa vang lên rất thanh. Anh chị chủ nhà thân thiện từ trong ra ngoài luôn ấy. Vị trí, dịch vụ, sự sạch sẽ, đồ ăn đều hoàn hảo 10/10.

Wonderful place to stay. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. The hospitality is exceptional, making this a great destination. People are genuinely friendly and hospitable.

Tất cả các phòng đều có view tuyệt đẹp từ ban công riêng ra những khu vườn rộng lớn hoặc nhìn ra núi non.

Folks are genuinely friendly. Location is breathtaking.

Endroit sublime, bien aménagé avec un accueil parfait de la part des propriétaires. Nous y avons séjourné une nuit et regrettons de ne pas y être resté plus longtemps. nous conseillons vivement une halte dans cet endroit où vous vous situez au centre de plein d’activités.

We went to Ninh Binh Family Homestay to have lunch as we heard the food was organic and good. The meal that we had there was excellent. More importantly, we had a great friendly discussion with Thanh, the owner, and he arranged for a wonderful two days of sightseeing led by he and his brother. They showed the areas that tourist rarely see, the hidden sights of NInh Binh. I highly recommend the use of their good services.

We stayed here for one night and I wish we had been able to stay longer. Tang and his wife were super friendly and so helpful. We had a fabulous dinner here and somehow they found a bottle of cab sav for us. The location is away from the main sights but there are some wonderful caves close by and quieter and better than others. They will organise a driver or tours here also.

The best part of our trip by far! I wish we stayed longer. Scott and his wife were amazing hosts, the food was fantastic and Scott even organised a birthday cake with my sons name on it for his 6th birthday. Scott organised a driver for us to take us to some amazing spots, the Bear Sanctuary was a favourite. I would highly recommend staying here, we hope to go back one day.

A special shout out to Ninh Binh Family Homestay for making our time in Ninh Binh so wonderful! After reading reviews online I booked our stay here directly with the owner Scott. Scott was fantastic, he organised our transfers from Hanoi and to Halong Bay, and he gave us the best rooms for us and our teenager sons. The bungalows were gorgeous, super clean and peaceful. When we arrived Scott's wife cooked us a beautiful lunch and then Scott took us on a cycle tour through the old village, he then organised a boat trip to Trang An and drove us home afterwards. The next day Scott organised an amazing tour guide for us who took us to Cuc Phuong National Park, the turtle and monkey sanctuary and Mua Cave. Both nights we had dinner cooked by Scott's wife and it was just delicious! I cannot thank Scott and family enough for our wonderful stay here, my only regret is that we didn't stay longer! I hope this review is helpful for others looking for a trip to Ninh Binh, I'm so glad we did this rather than a rushed day trip from Hanoi.

My wife and I absolutely loved our three night stay. Our hosts provided bikes (free) & rental motorbikes; amazing meals (breakfast included); great conversation; and amazing hospitality. While not located in central Ninh Binh, we preferred the quiet, idylic scenery of Gia Sinh. The Bai Ding pogoda - an absolute must visit - is just a few minutes away on a beautiful bike ride through farms and rice fields. The motorbike ride from Gia Sinh to Ninh Binh passes through beautiful Trang Anh - the best scenery around! Not much in terms of eating around the homestay, but the home cooking was wonderful to return to every night for dinner.

Super clean and beautiful place, with amazing Vietnamese restaurant - best place on our trip so far! Good for families, but also for couples. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. Many activities, sights and landscapes to see around, the trip from Hanoi was totally worth it!!

We had a lovely stay in this little paradise! The family did everything to make us feel home. The food was delicious and vegetarian friendly and the place was very well maintained! To top it all off: they have a very cute dog! ☺️

Was a nice quiet place to stay. The highlight was the night time tour of the Bai Dinh pagoda organised by the owner of the homestay. It was breathtakingly beautiful and our guide was extremely knowledgeable and set us up for the rest of our stay in Vietnam. Food at the homestay was yummy and as there was no menu always a surprise but a pleasant one.

Mình ở đây 2 đêm trong một không gian yên bình, xanh mát. Chủ nhà thân thiện và luôn sẵn sàng đưa ra những tư vấn hữu ích về các tuyến điểm du lịch. Đồ ăn ngon, ấm cúng giá phải chăng.
