2. CANCELLATION POLICY
In case the Customer has completed the online booking on the website, but then cannot arrange the time to go and check in as set in the booking, the Customer needs to contact Us or the hotel in which the Customer has booked a room to carry out the procedures to cancel the reservation or reschedule the booked check-in date. Terms and expenses incurred in the process of canceling or rescheduling check-in date will be applied in accordance with the cancellation policy of each Hotel (Cancellation policy will be notified to the Customer during the hotel booking process). ).
3. INFORMATION POSTED ON WEBSITE
We make every effort and commits to ensure that all information about prices, attached services, and the number of available rooms will be displayed correctly on the website. However, this information will be adjusted from the Hotels, so there might be possible mistakes or errors in posting room information on the website. We will reserve the right to change/adjust room information posted on our website at any time without prior notice to the parties as soon as we discover incorrect information.
4. DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITIES IN CASE OF TECHNICAL ERROR OF WEBSITE
- We are committed to ensure that the website operates safely, stably and continuously. However, in the event that our website has technical errors such as software errors, Internet connection system errors or other objective errors, causing customers unable to use services on the website. Customers please notify us immediately and promptly, and we will fix the errors as soon as possible.

6. COLLECTION, DISCLOSURE AND SECURITY OF CUSTOMERS' PERSONAL INFORMATION
- When Customer makes a reservation of a Hotel on our website, Customer will be required to fill in all information according to the form fields available on website such as: Full name, address (home or office), email address (corporate or personal), phone number (mobile, home or office), credit card details (which is credit card type and number, CVC code) , expiration date, cardholder name) and to the extent possible, booking options and smoking/non-smoking rooms. This information is required to book and complete the Customer's online booking (including emailing the booking confirmation to the Customer). Customer's personal information is only disclosed when one of the following cases occurs:
- Disclose the Customer's personal information to the Hotel that the Customer has booked to complete the booking process;
As requested by a competent state agency or as prescribed by law;
Disclosure to a third party when the third party is a distributor or party providing certain services and functions to and on behalf of our entity. This third party will have access to (part of) the Customer's personal information in order to perform their services or tasks, but subject to a non disclosure agreement signed between our entity and the third party, indicating that they are not allowed to use, share or disclose the Customer's personal information to other parties for any purpose other than to provide their services to us;
We will conduct surveys and send introductory emails about new services, service policies applied on our website from time to time to Customers according to the personal information entered in the reservation.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customers use 1 of 3 payment methods below to make room payment on our website:
1. CREDIT CARD (VISA AND MASTER CARD)
Customers choose this form of payment at the payment information section when making a reservation on the website. When using this form of payment, the Customer will have to pay a service fee to the Bank/Card Issuer.
2. CASH
Customers choose this form of payment at the payment information section when making a reservation on the website. Customers come to our office to pay or transfer to our bank account according to the instructions when choosing this payment method.
3. PAYMENT INTEREST SERVICES
Customers choose this form of payment at the payment information section when making a reservation on the website. After choosing this payment method, the Customer will perform the payment steps directly on the website of Onepay Payment Gateway.
4. PAY WITH CRYPTO
Customers choose this form of payment at the payment information section when making a reservation on the website.
Regardless of hotel/airline policies, orders paid with cryptocurrency are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
This payment method is provided through a third-party payment processor, therefore we shall not be liable in the following cases:
- System errors in the payment gateway or issues with cryptocurrency wallets that result in transactions not being recorded and/or being recorded incorrectly;
- Customer errors during transaction processing, including but not limited to: selecting incorrect accepted cryptocurrency types, entering incorrect transaction information, etc.;
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to: blockchain network issues; changes in crypto-related legal policies; natural disasters, epidemics, fires, earthquakes and other force majeure events that disrupt services.
We exclude liability for handling any requests, complaints, or claims related to this payment method; and will assist customers in contacting the payment processor if customer support is requested.
Regardless of hotel/airline policies, orders paid with cryptocurrency are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING INFORMATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
After the Customer completes the online booking on the website, we will send email to Customer to reconfirm all booking information displayed in Customer's online booking and payment method.
- Online booking that Customer has placed and we have confirmed via email is only valid within 24 hours from the time confirmation email was sent. If the Customer does not properly and fully pay the amount stated within the above 24 hours, we are not responsible for keeping and ensuring the correct and sufficient number of rooms and room types as indicated in the booking confirmation email. When this situation arises, the Customer needs to re-book another online booking or call us directly to reconfirm the information.
- After the Customer successfully pays the room rate for the online booking, we will send the final confirmation of the Customer's online booking. If necessary, the Customer can print this final confirmation to provide to the Hotel as proof of his/her successful booking. Before the date of the checkin, we may send an email to Customer with information about the destination, some specific information and offers (including third-party offers to the level that the Registered Customer chooses for this type of information) related to the Customer's booking and destination.
- Online booking that Customer has placed and we have confirmed via email is only valid within 24 hours from the time confirmation email was sent. If the Customer does not properly and fully pay the amount stated within the above 24 hours, we are not responsible for keeping and ensuring the correct and sufficient number of rooms and room types as indicated in the booking confirmation email. When this situation arises, the Customer needs to re-book another online booking or call us directly to reconfirm the information.
- After the Customer successfully pays the room rate for the online booking, we will send the final confirmation of the Customer's online booking. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. CHANGE/ CANCELLATION/ CHECK-OUT POLICY
- Each Hotel will have its own change/cancellation/check-out policy, Customers need to comply and strictly follow the change/cancellation/check-out policy of each Hotel. This policy will be specified in the details of each Hotel and in the Customer's online booking. Customers can only change/cancel/check-out when meeting the conditions specified in the change/cancellation/check-out policy that the hotel has booked.
- In case the Customer does not change/cancel/check-out successfully and does not check-in at the time specified in the online booking, the Customer still has to pay the full room rate for that booking.
- For flight ticket
Once a flight ticket has been booked, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. Passengers will not be eligible to receive any reimbursement or credit for the ticket price, regardless of the reason for cancellation or changes in travel plans. We shall not be held liable in the event that the customer independently contacts the airlines regarding the cancellation or refund of flight tickets under this provision.
- In case the Customer does not change/cancel/check-out successfully and does not check-in at the time specified in the online booking, the Customer still has to pay the full room rate for that booking.

Passengers will not be eligible to receive any reimbursement or credit for the ticket price, regardless of the reason for cancellation or changes in travel plans. 2. REFUND GUARANTEE POLICY
2.1 REFUND CONDITIONS
- Only applicable to hotels with Money Back Guarantee on the website;
- Only applicable to successful bookings. Successful bookings are counted from the time the Customer receives the check-in slip from customer service staff via email;
- Complaint information will only be resolved and refunded when it is notified by the Customer's call or email within 24 hours from the time of the Customer's check-in;
- Complaints about additional services of the room only apply to hotel rooms posted on the hotel's detail page on the website.
- The Customer provides evidence to prove that the Customer's complaint is true, accurate and well-founded;
- Only applicable to successful bookings. Successful bookings are counted from the time the Customer receives the check-in slip from customer service staff via email;

2.2 CASES OF REFUND
- We commit to refund the room(s) that Customer has paid for but the Hotel cannot provide or does not provide sufficiently, and include a coupon equal to the amount paid by the Customer.
- If the hotel does not provide the right room type(s) as confirmed in the booking that the customer has successfully paid, the customer will be given a free room type upgrade or a coupon with the same value as paid (subject to Customer's preference).
- If the services attached to the booked room (such as breakfast, wifi, etc.) do not match the content of the successfully paid booking, the customer will be given a coupon with a value corresponding to 10% the amount the Customer has paid but not more than 500,000 VND.
- For flight ticket
Once a flight ticket has been booked, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. Passengers will not be eligible to receive any reimbursement or credit for the ticket price, regardless of the reason for cancellation or changes in travel plans. We shall not be held liable in the event that the customer independently contacts the airlines regarding the cancellation or refund of flight tickets under this provision.
- If the hotel does not provide the right room type(s) as confirmed in the booking that the customer has successfully paid, the customer will be given a free room type upgrade or a coupon with the same value as paid (subject to Customer's preference).

2.3 CUSTOMER'S COMPLAINT SETTLEMENT AND REFUND PROCESS
a. Complaint settlement process
- When the cases mentioned in Section 2.2 arise, please call 1900 2083 or email to [email protected]. The content of the complaint needs to include the order number. Complaint information will only be resolved when it is called or emailed by the Customer within 24 hours from the time of check-in. The phone hotline is only available during office hours.
- When receiving a complaint from the Customer, we have the right to check the authenticity of the complaint request. If the Customer fails to provide authentication evidence or we have re-confirmed and finds that the Customer's notice is incorrect, we have the right to refuse to settle. In the event of a dispute or conflict between the parties involved, the final decision to resolve the complaint is ours.
- The maximum time to resolve customer's complaint is 3 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
- When receiving a complaint from the Customer, we have the right to check the authenticity of the complaint request. If the Customer fails to provide authentication evidence or we have re-confirmed and finds that the Customer's notice is incorrect, we have the right to refuse to settle. In the event of a dispute or conflict between the parties involved, the final decision to resolve the complaint is ours.
- The maximum time to resolve customer's complaint is 3 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
b. Refund and coupon or discount code
- Time to refund to Customers is 3 working days from the date we confirm the results of complaint settlement for Customers.
- Regulations on coupons and/or discount codes:
Discount code is emailed to Customer;
The discount code can only be used once, cannot be exchanged for cash, is not applicable during public holidays, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional programs;
Discount code with expiry date is included in the email sent by us;
If the order is cancelled, the discount code will not be refunded.
- Regulations on coupons and/or discount codes:
Discount code is emailed to Customer;
The discount code can only be used once, cannot be exchanged for cash, is not applicable during public holidays, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional programs;
Discount code with expiry date is included in the email sent by us;

- We are exempt from liability when one of the force majeure cases occurs as prescribed by law.
- We are exempt from liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- In every case, our liability for compensation does not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for a successful booking that is breached.
