They safeguarded our bags, helped retrieve lost luggage, and even assisted in selling our bikes. The rooms are clean, well-conditioned, and have strong wifi. The central location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the lake. We booked an excellent Ha Long Bay trip through Ian, with a surprisingly great deal. A free room for a post-trip shower and beer sealed the memorable 6-day stay. Green Street Hotel, led by the incredible Ian, is a must-experience gem!

Nhân viên đáng yêu và rất hữu ích, luôn tận tâm cung cấp lời khuyên và hỗ trợ từ nhà hàng tốt ở Phố Cổ (69), cho thuê xe máy (sắp xếp 5 xe cho chúng tôi), định hướng (đến Công viên nước 8km về phía bắc), giặt ủi (trả lại vào sáng hôm sau trong một bao bì nhỏ), đón/tiễn sân bay và không kém phần quan trọng là một chuyến đi Hạ Long 3 ngày giảm giá!! :) Tất cả đều được tính vào hóa đơn cuối cùng khi chúng tôi rời Hà Nội và Việt Nam 9 ngày sau khi đến. Rất có thể sẽ ở lại nếu đi du lịch ở thủ đô Việt Nam!

Họ đã hỗ trợ chúng tôi suốt hành trình xuống phía Nam với vé tàu Hà Nội - Huế và vé máy bay từ Huế đến TP.Hồ Chí Minh cũng như vé máy bay trở lại từ TP.Hồ Chí Minh đến Hà Nội. Chúng tôi sẽ quay lại Việt Nam và lựa chọn ở lại khách sạn này khi có dịp.

Sau khi ăn, chúng tôi được phục vụ trái cây tươi. Nhân viên rất nồng hậu. Chúng tôi yêu Green Street và Việt Nam. Ở tầng cao sẽ là lựa chọn tuyệt vời để ở.

We stayed for a few nights. The staff could have been a bit friendlier and the beds were very hard but as it was our first few nights traveling we didn't mind. One thing to bare in mind is that as we explored Hanoi a bit more we found there are a lot better places available for a similar price.

We stayed there 6 night's in total. They treated us very well, helped us to book great tours and did everything they could to make it a nice stay for us. It's perfectly located in the old quarters to explore everything from there by foot. Free beer, coffee and banana's all day included ☺
