This is my second visit to Nghe An, and I chose to book a stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly enthusiastic, taking great care to escort guests to their rooms and delivering items directly to them. The reception was friendly and cheerful, making the experience even more pleasant. I look forward to returning here whenever I have work in Nghe An.

An excellent hotel for relaxation. We arrived on a motorcycle trip and found it to be a sanctuary. The hotel's massages were superb. There's a limited selection of whiskey, but it's a great place.

Khách sạn rất tốt để thư giãn. Chúng tôi đến trong chuyến đi xe máy và đây đã là một điểm oázis. Các dịch vụ mát-xa tại khách sạn rất xuất sắc. Đồ uống whisky hơi ít nhưng nơi đây rất tốt.

Luxurious hotel with modern room designs that are exceptionally contemporary. I was particularly struck by the bathroom, which features highly sophisticated TOTO equipment, notably the temperature-controlled shower and multi-function shower head, ensuring guests' comfort during bathing.

The room is not yet occupied, temporarily rated 4 points. The service is quite satisfactory.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern einferichtet. Elegante Möbel, ein sauberes funktionierendes Badezimmer mit alllen was man benötigt. Man fühlt sich direkt sehr wohl. Der service ist stets bereit zu helfen egal welches Problem man hat. Das Frühstücksangebot ist umfangreich und einfach handzuhaben. Preisleistung stimmt somit. Im großen und ganzen war ich sehr zufrieden. Komme gerne wieder

總體上都不錯。

Disappointing. We got a tiny bed, and despite advertising they had an airport shuttle - there was none. Rooms were clean and well appointed, but small. There were lots of toiletries, tea, coffee, water and a nice couch. Well appointed gym. Pool doesn't look like it gets cleaned in winter; but this is standard across most hotels.

Thái độ phục vụ tệ. Nhân viên mất dạy, phòng lúc nào cũng trống không ai ở nhưng đăt qua mytour toàn kêu hết phòng để bắt book tại ks giá cao hơn.
