The room was dilapidated, with a faulty air conditioner and unappetizing food. During breakfast, flies swarmed, which was disturbing. The pool was dirty with sandy bottoms, and the poolside chairs were too filthy to use. Overall, it was not worth the money; quite disappointing. Frankly, it deserves 0 stars.

Très bel hôtel situé rn bord de mer à 1,5 km avant d'arriver à Mui Ne. Très bon accueil. Un grand jardin arboré descend vers la plage et cache les différents petits bâtiments où sont les chambres. Petite terrasse ou balcon avec vue sur la mer et la piscine. Les chambres sont agréables grandes, spacieuse, bien décorées et confortables. Télévision climatisation frigo. Grand lit avec matelas ferme et moustiquaire. La salle de bain donne sur l'extérieur et est grande propre douche et baignoire. Grande piscine sauna et massage ( payant) Le petit déjeuner est servi au restaurant juste au dessus de la piscine. Beau buffet traditionnel asiatique ou européen. Le restaurant propose une belle carte avec de bons plats traditionnels. Le plus de cet hôtel c'est la gentillesse la disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel. Souriant serviable ( c'est le jardinier qui a insisté pour porter notre sac) Les échanges ont été très agréables et sympathiques chacun essayant d'apprendre sa langue à l'autre de bons moments de vie et de rigolades. The resort was absolutely the best place we have ever stayed. The service level was beyond words. My husband ended up with a emergent personal medical issue. One of the staff went to the hospital with us and translated for us to the doctor. Her western nickname was "Julia" and she was SOOO helpful, discreet, empathic, caring....there just not enough words in the English language to describe her or how much we are grateful for her accompanying us. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. In addition the food was wonderful, all the other staff were amazing and helpful as well.

性價比還不錯的度假酒店，去景點的路稍微有點遠周圍沒有任何可購物或吃喝的店，但對我們衹住一晚包車玩美奈的來説，不受影響。 度假酒店房間大，舒服，私家沙灘風景也不錯，早餐更是豐富，所以，總體很滿意，覺得以後真可直接來這裏住幾天好好休息。 設施：門簾裏面竟然是未處理的金屬條，割傷我兩次，打電話告訴前台處理，前台聽不太懂，衹能放在這裏，提醒大家小心。 環境：自然環境很好，還看到小松鼠，泳池不錯，沙灘也好，都喜歡。

衞生一般，有蟑螂。酒店位置離鬧市區有些遠，離吃飯的地方有些遠，但酒店風格我很喜歡，復古舒服。但前台服務tham非常好（THAM very frendly and help！）

花園洋房，房間很大，景色不錯，就是熱水不行，一分鐘就不熱，整個酒店是在半山上，去房間或者出去都像爬山，有點累。

Khách sạn rất đẹp và tham khảo, không có gì sai sót với giá này. Vì thích quá nên tôi đã bỏ qua khu nghỉ dưỡng khác và đến thăm lần thứ hai trong vòng một tháng. Một cô gái trẻ đáng yêu đeo kính ở quầy thu ngân rất thân thiện, thông minh và rất tốt bụng. Vì có vấn đề khi check-in nên giữa chủ và khách chắc là khó khăn lắm, nhưng xin lỗi và cảm ơn vì đã cố gắng giải quyết bằng mọi cách... Cô ấy giống như viên ngọc quý của khách sạn này. Hãy đối xử tốt với mình nhé. Bởi vì mặt khác, người lớn tuổi ngồi cạnh bàn tiếp tân, cô ấy không thân thiện và ấn tượng rất tốt, vì nó không đẹp lắm. Khách sạn thì tốt nhưng mà không giới thiệu cho người khác, có lẽ tôi sẽ không đi nữa. Hình như đây là lần đầu tiên mình thấy có người rất ngây thơ và hiền lành mà không như thế thì phải. The kitchen staff were incredibly charming and attentive, standing out as the highlight of the resort. The hotel boasts a beautiful design with lush greenery, despite its age, it's well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are particularly lovely, adorned with meticulous attention to detail. The receptionist and tram staff were notably courteous and professional. However, encountering snakes was a bit too frightening for comfort. Although there were plenty of vacant rooms, the staff didn't suggest switching to a sea view, albeit at an additional cost. Due to low occupancy, the breakfast buffet wasn't available, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the garden staff weren't as friendly as expected.

Nhân viên bếp rất đáng yêu và chu đáo, điều này là điểm nhấn rực rỡ nhất của resort. Khách sạn được thiết kế đẹp, có nhiều cây xanh. Mặc dù đã cũ nhưng được bảo quản kỹ càng, sạch sẽ. Phòng ngủ đẹp với mọi chi tiết được chăm chút kỹ lưỡng. Nhân viên lễ tân và nhân viên điện xe rất lịch sự và thân thiện. Tuy nhiên, có những con rắn gây sợ hãi. Mặc dù có rất nhiều phòng trống, nhân viên không đề xuất cho khách chuyển sang phòng nhìn ra biển mặc dù có tính phí bổ sung. Vì số lượng khách ít nên không có buffet sáng. Nhân viên vườn không thân thiện và ít nhiệt tình.

A disappointing experience. The staff's attitude towards guests was unprofessional, resembling untrained personnel, perhaps influenced by Cham culture? Hence, a 1-star rating seems appropriate :). The room was dilapidated, with a faulty air conditioner and unappetizing food. During breakfast, flies swarmed, which was disturbing. The pool was dirty with sandy bottoms, and the poolside chairs were too filthy to use. Overall, it was not worth the money; quite disappointing. Frankly, it deserves 0 stars.

Très bel hôtel situé rn bord de mer à 1,5 km avant d'arriver à Mui Ne. Très bon accueil. Un grand jardin arboré descend vers la plage et cache les différents petits bâtiments où sont les chambres. Petite terrasse ou balcon avec vue sur la mer et la piscine. Les chambres sont agréables grandes, spacieuse, bien décorées et confortables. Télévision climatisation frigo. Grand lit avec matelas ferme et moustiquaire. La salle de bain donne sur l'extérieur et est grande propre douche et baignoire. Grande piscine sauna et massage ( payant) Le petit déjeuner est servi au restaurant juste au dessus de la piscine. Beau buffet traditionnel asiatique ou européen. Le restaurant propose une belle carte avec de bons plats traditionnels. Le plus de cet hôtel c'est la gentillesse la disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel. Souriant serviable ( c'est le jardinier qui a insisté pour porter notre sac) Les échanges ont été très agréables et sympathiques chacun essayant d'apprendre sa langue à l'autre de bons moments de vie et de rigolades. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour passer un agréable moment Jean-Pierre

房間很大，設備齊全。酒店前面就是一個私人沙灘，沙子很軟很舒服。工作人員服務態度很好。前台可預訂美奈吉普包車一日遊，很方便

The resort was absolutely the best place we have ever stayed. The service level was beyond words. My husband ended up with a emergent personal medical issue. One of the staff went to the hospital with us and translated for us to the doctor. Her western nickname was "Julia" and she was SOOO helpful, discreet, empathic, caring....there just not enough words in the English language to describe her or how much we are grateful for her accompanying us. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. In addition the food was wonderful, all the other staff were amazing and helpful as well.

性價比還不錯的度假酒店，去景點的路稍微有點遠周圍沒有任何可購物或吃喝的店，但對我們衹住一晚包車玩美奈的來説，不受影響。 度假酒店房間大，舒服，私家沙灘風景也不錯，早餐更是豐富，所以，總體很滿意，覺得以後真可直接來這裏住幾天好好休息。 設施：門簾裏面竟然是未處理的金屬條，割傷我兩次，打電話告訴前台處理，前台聽不太懂，衹能放在這裏，提醒大家小心。 環境：自然環境很好，還看到小松鼠，泳池不錯，沙灘也好，都喜歡。

衞生一般，有蟑螂。酒店位置離鬧市區有些遠，離吃飯的地方有些遠，但酒店風格我很喜歡，復古舒服。但前台服務tham非常好（THAM very frendly and help！）

花園洋房，房間很大，景色不錯，就是熱水不行，一分鐘就不熱，整個酒店是在半山上，去房間或者出去都像爬山，有點累。

It is inconvenient and the climbs are very difficult with two children.

很美的酒店，房子很大約40平米，大堂去房間有電動車接送，自助早餐很豐盛，晚飯我們幾天都在餐廳點餐，價格實惠，游泳池很贊。酒店職員熱情友好，我們11：30點退房了，但是夜大巴去芽莊，大堂服務員要我們繼續使用游泳池及休息場所。 謝謝POSHANU。祝願生意興隆財源廣進，越來越好！
