This place is very good to spend few days in Hoi An. Great and helpuf staff, clean room and bathrom and very comfortable bed. Food its very good . We take a bike (its free) and go to the trip all day :)

Where do I begin! Milk , hin , thu , 3 fantastic young ladies. Upon arrival greeted by Hin and milk became a friends. They sorted out our pick ups and drop off from denang airport. Room nice and clean. Has everything you need . Comfy bed . Tasty breakfast. Laundry done at no more cost than anywhere else. Free bikes , nice cycle into the town and beaches . Milk recommended the field restaurant , amazing recommendation as it's where I proposed to my partner Peter !!! Over the moon . There's small pool at the homestay . Friendly staff and security guard . The property is on the main road but so are all of the rest of the homestays in Hoi An. Vietnamese people are early to bed and early risers ! For a bargain homestay with excellent staff , I hope the owners read this as it's the staff that make this little gem it is . Milk sorted out a birthday card for me , brought me to the pharmacy and my partner even was given a birthday cake on the morning of his birthday !! Go ahead and book :-)

Big rooms and showers, nice pool, good breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. Sadly I could only stay for two nights, otherwise I would have stayed for at least a week. Nicely situated in between the old town and the hidden beaches. Far enough from Da Nang but close enough to use its airport. The Hotel has bikes to use and there are lots of good restaurant options nearby.

Garden Aroma Homestay is a great place to stay to enjoy Hoi An. The staff and family are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and very nice. The location is close to the beach and a short bicycle ride to town. The bikes are free to use and a nice way to explore town. There is also a swimming pool to relax by for a pleasant lazy afternoon. There are plenty of stores, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a sports bar next door that can most European and American sporting broadcasts. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are large marble and glass with nice rain shower heads. Garden Aroma Homestay is a great place to stay!

We have spent two nites here staff very very friendly rooms are large and very clean AC works a wonder for 30 US a nite great value with breakfast included don't hesitate to book even if your on a budget very well priced.had swimming pool a super mart across the road When I come back I could spend my whole holiday here😀😀😀😀

We stayed in the aroma garden guesthouse for 5 nights and had a delightfull stay. The family is more than helpfull and take care of everything. The room is quite big and has the best beds we've had in Vietnam. The swimming pool is a plus. Even the free bikes to go to the old Town (10min) and the private beach (3min).

This was an excellent place to stay for our time in hoi an. Hien and the rest of the staff cannot do enough for you and are very nice. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying for 6. The homestay is like a luxurious private villa. Massive rooms and huge shower rooms. Great air con and a brilliant pool to relax in. Amazing breakfast is also included! They also offer free bikes which is handy for getting around. The bike to the beach is 5 minutes and they have links with one of the restaurants on the beach. We went there two days - cocktails and food on the restaurant beach which was just amazing. The cycle to town is maybe 15 minutes so it's not too far to get there. Great value for money and a great place to stay in Hoi An. Cannot say anything negative about the place! Stephen and John

We stayed here for three nights recently and absolutely LOVED it. The owner, Hien and her beautiful children were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are really spacious, big bathrooms with a lovely waterfall shower too. They provide breakfast each morning which consists of your choice of eggs with a baguette and then served with fresh fruit. There is coffee and tea available and they can make you fresh juices (which cost about 20-25,000VND per glass). The homestay provides free bicycle hire (comes with a lock) and you can also rent motorbikes (scooters) too if you are game enough. There is a beautiful swimming pool on the side of the property with four loungers which was a nice retreat for when the scorching afternoon sun hit! The homestay itself is very close to the beach, and they have a private beach (no.9) where you can use the loungers without paying. You can just as easily bike into the old town (it will take about 10minutes on the bicycle) or take a taxi (which will cost about 70,000VND one way). They provide airport transfers at a cost of 300,000VND each way as well (to and from Da Nang airport). I would definitely stay here again and recommend to people I know.

This is a great little 'homestay'. The rooms a very basic but they are large and clean with everything you need. The shower facilities are excellent. The staff were very helpful. They offer free bicycle use which is brilliant and makes it very easy to get to Hoi An centre and to the beaches which are a 10 minute ride away. The homemade pho for breakfast is one of the best I tasted in Vietnam, as is their coffee.

Room: large, with huge bathroom, access to patio overlooking street. Very clean, made up every day, with wifi, minifridge, TV/cable, etc. Amenities/Staff: amazing and refreshing pool. 10/10 multiple course DELICIOUS breakfast. 24hr security. Incredibly helpful staff at all times of the day and night (they would frequently turn the pool lights on for us at night). Location: not located in old city or on the beach, it is not perfect for either but great for both. What I mean is that you are a 10 min bike ride (free!) to the amazing beach, and a 10min cheap cab to the city, but you cannot walk to the city. You could bike to the city but the roads are busy in and narrow and were too afraid to. Overall: This place was great, and central to doing everything. They offer great customer service, are super nice, and it would be worth it just for the breakfast and pool, let alone the room. Wholeheartedly recommend this place for someone who wants access to both the beach AND the city.

We've stayed at Garden Aroma for three months. It really is a home from home. Because it's a family-run place, the staff are friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is quite substantial - although if you're expecting muesli, you might be surprised to find it's more of a fresh fruit salad - still tasty however! There are eight rooms: clean, large, bright, and airy. Flat-screen TVs feature several Western channels (movies, AXN, Diva, BBC World News, etc.), with the facility to playback from a point two hours past - just in case you switch on and see a film you want to watch is half-way through. There's a swimming pool and bicycles (free). The homestay is located closer to Cua Dai beach than the Hoi An old town. A taxi costs (approx) 70000VND - around the US$ 3:00 mark to the edge of the old town. Paddy's bar is a short walk along the road - handy for sports fans.

Great place to stay, nice and very big rooms . All the place is clean and calm, also there are big and very comfortable bathrooms. The swimming pool is small but very relaxing after hot day in Hoi An.

We spent 10 days in Hoi over the Lunar New Year 2016 and decided to hunker down at Garden Aroma Homestay the entire time. The choice was a great decision! The value was fantastic especially when you consider perks like their huge delicious breakfasts, unlimited use of bicycles, and proximity to the coast. Sure, most people that come to Hoi An tend to stay in the town (about 4km) from this homestay, but based on the visits we made to town, we were very happy that we did not decide to stay in town. We also found getting to town using the homestay bicycles was the perfect option; an ideal option in fact for touring the nearby islands, rice paddies, An Bang beach - basically anywhere you'd want to see within a 10km radius. For us, the location was ideal. The staff was also wonderful. The front desk was run by the duo Thu and Lin, both very capable sweet people who made sure we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay - breakfast orders, airport transfer, laundry, and whatever extras that came up. The owner/mother was also great in preparing our breakfasts in the mornings, and did a tremendous job with the meusli, omelettes, boilded eggs and most importantly, coffee! I'd happily recommend Garden Aroma to anyone that wants a Hoi An experience without being righ in Hoi An and is interested in venturing around a bit on their own with the bikes they have on hand. Hoi An is about 4km, Cua Dai less than 1km, An Bang about 4km, plus all the stuff in between in any and every direction. A genuine pleasure of a stay~
